Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this research is to acknowledge the positive influence between work culture and lecturer performance of Labuhanbatu University during the Covid 19 epidemic. The multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 using the stepwise method tools to get results as follows: Y = 3,381 + 0,622.X1 + 0,227.X2 + 0,442.X3 + e. The value R 0,78 indicates that the work culture which covers leadership, time work, and Science & Technology have a strong relationship to lecturer Performance. Value of Determinant Coefficient (R2) 0,592 show that the work culture which covers leadership, pungtual and Science & Technology take effect to Employee Performance and remaining 40,8 % are influenced by other factors not examined.  Based F test which show value 31,473 with probability of significance 0,000. Its mean that the work culture take effect to lecturer performance can generalizable to the population.The work culture which covers leadership, pungtual and Science & Technology significant effect on the performance of lecturer together. The Partially shows that The work culture which covers leadership (X1), puntual (X2), Science & Technology (X3) significant effect to the lecturer Working in Labuhanbatu University. Therefore conclutions based on the results of research conducted hypothesis is accepted.Keywords : Work Culture, Dummy, Lecturer Performance AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang positif antara Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja dosen Di Universitas Labuhanbatu di saat pendemi Covid 19. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS 21.0 dengan mengunakan methode stepwise untuk mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: Y = 3,381 + 0,622.X1 + 0,227.X2 + 0,442.X3 + e. Nilai R 0,782 menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan, tepat waktu dan iptek memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja dosen. Nilai Koefisien Determinan (R2) 0,592 menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan, tepat waktu dan iptek berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dosen dan sisanya 40,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan uji F yang menunjukkan nilai 31,473 dengan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000. Ini berarti bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dosen dapat digeneralisasikan ke populasi. Budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan,tepat waktu dan iptek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen bersama. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan (X1), tepat waktu (X2), iptek (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Labuhanbatu. Oleh karena itu kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan hipotesis diterima.Kata kunci: Budaya Kerja, Dummy, Kinerja Dosen

Abstract

Research held in Badan Kepegawaian Negara Kantor Regional XII Pekanbaru. The ai of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership and competency to organizational effectiveness. Samples consist of whole 52 employees of BKN Kantor Regional XII. Data analyzed by using multiple linier regression with SPSS 17 for windows. The study reveals that both leadership or competency partially and simultaneously influenced significantly to organizational effectiveness. Leadership is proven affecting organizational effectiveness stronger than competency. It is recommended to enhance organizational effectiveness by guaranting the process of an effective leadership. Employees’ competency is also need to be enhanced by conducting job rotation, training and providing a competence-based incentives.Keywords: Leadership, Competency and Organizational Effectiveness

Abstract

Abstract

This research is in the background by the declining sales volume of cassava crypt business marked by a decrease in crypt merchants. The problem in the study is whether there is an influence on product quality, price and market competitiveness simultaneously on the volume of cassava chips sales in Labuhanbatu. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents from the population of all cassava chips buyers in Labuhanbatu. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. partially the quality of the product affected the sales volume of cassava chips, with a thitung value of 2,510 > t tables of 1,986, as well as the price affecting the sales volume on cassava chips with a t count value of 5,634 > t tables of 1,986 and market competitiveness affecting the sales volume in cassava chips with a tally value of -2,294 < t table 1,986. And simultaneously the quality of products, prices and market competitiveness have a significant effect on the sales volume of cassava chips. Based on the R value of the two variables X1, X2, X3 andY are 12.9% and the remaining 87.1% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Market Competitivenes,, Sales Volume

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of excellent service and image institution on student loyalty and satisfaction on LKP Fiara Computer. The data which is used in this research is primary data collected from 52 respondents. The Sampling technique in this research is a non-probability sampling technique with pusposive sampling method, and analyzed by a non path analysis. The results of this research indicate that in structure of the I simultaneously excellent service and image institution significant affect student loyalty. Partially proven that excellent service and image institution significant effect on student loyalty. In the second structure, variable excellent service, image institution and loyalty simultaneous effect on student satisfaction. Partially excellent service, image institution and loyalty have a significant effect on student satisfaction. Analysis of the determinant coefficient (R2) on the first structure seen from R Square of 39%. This figure has the influence of excellent service and image institutions in loyalty simultaneously is 39.0%, while the remaining 61%. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) in second structure seen from R Square of 52.1%. The lift has the influence of excellent service, image institution, and loyalty student simultaneously is 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% (100% - 52.1%) is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Laundry business is one of the fastest growing businesses in Rantauprapat-Labuhanbatu region. The number of competitors causes the importance of getting loyal customers towards laundry. Satisfaction can be affected by quality of service, trust and consumer loyalty. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, trust and loyalty on consumer satisfaction. Data analysis tool in this study is SPSS.22 to determine the effect between variables. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, loyalty has a significant positive effect on loyalty, trust has a significant positive effect on loyalty, service quality and trust have a significant positive effect on loyalty. Quality of service and trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction with customer loyalty as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to analyze The effect of social media promotion on Facebook and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Wilda Collection Store Rantauprapat partially and simultaneously. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 96 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach with the criteria of visitors aged 18 years and over, visiting at least once, and active users of social media. The data analysis method used is the validity and rehability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test through t-test and f-test, and determination coefficient test. Tests are carried out using SPSS assistance. The results showed that promotion using social media had a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. subsequent results show that word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The more often social media marketing is done, the higher the consumer's intention to buy. Keyword: Social Media Marketing, Word of Mounth, Purchase Intention, Purchase.

Abstract

Shopee's success as a marketplace cannot be separated from the existence of strategies and innovations in the implementation of digital marketing which are applied to website quality, product reviews, and payment methods, resulting in purchase decisions. the population adopted the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) where the number of research indicators carried out was 17 x 10 = 170, the number of samples in the survey was determined to be 200 respondents with a purposive sampling technique approach which data collection used primary data online via a google form. SmartPLS data analysis method. The results of the research website quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product reviews have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, payment methods have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, website quality has no significant effect on online shopping satisfaction, payment methods have a significant effect on online shopping satisfaction, purchasing decisions significant effect on online shopping satisfaction, site quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by online shopping satisfaction, product reviews have no significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by online shopping satisfaction and payment methods have a significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by online shopping satisfaction.

Abstract

State political policy in the hajj waiting list system is manifested in the forma of state intervention ini religious life through regulation. The goverment ini this case carries out power politics while maintaining political stability. The state through the Minsitry of Religion has monopolized the implementation of the hajj because it is fully involved in the regulatory, operational and execution stages in the field. The motive for this policy is to expand power through the reproduction of power thorugh an ideological system of regulations and rules in order to control the strategic functions of the Ministry of Religion and is abudant with funding resources for the state amd political parties. This study aims to explain the factors that cause the existence of state politics in the hajj waiting list system. The reseach locations in the city of Denpasar, wich has the largest number ini Bali Province. This research used qualititave methods. The analysis used is critical theory. The results of this study reveal the factors causing state politics the hajj waiting list system, including: (1) state politics and ideology; (2) party politics and ideology; (3) the leviathan of state power in religious life; and (4) polical stability.
