Wisata kuliner termasuk pada pariwisata global. Riset ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui keadaan wisata kuliner di desa Bagan Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, mengetahui kondisi pendapatan masyarakat desa Bagan Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dan ketiga mengenai peran keberadaan wisata kuliner dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Studi berlangsung di Desa Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Studi memakai pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta penghimpunan datnya memakai teknik observasi, teknik wawancara serta teknik dokumentasi. Temuan riset ini dikonklusikan bahwasanya gambaran kondisi wisata kuliner selaras terhadap standarisasi destinasi wisata, yang memenuhi “something to see” yakni objek serta daya tarik khusus yang mampu ditinjau, misalnya keindahan alam. “something to do” merujuk pada terdapatnya fasilitas pendukung yang ditujukan untuk wisatawan melaksanakan sejumlah kegiatan. “something to buy” merujuk pada terdapatnya fasilitas untuk berbelanja misalnya makan di restoran serta melakukan pembelian atas hasil tangkapan laut di tempat pelelangan ikan. Berikutnya, ada pembeda di taraf penghasilan, sebelum terdapatnya wisata kuliner Bagan Percut mayoritas penduduk memiliki penghasilan yang tak menentu dan kondisi berubah setelah hadirnya wisata kuliner. Terakhir merujuk pada objek wisata kuliner Desa Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap pendapatan masyarakat sebab telah menyerap kebutuhan atas tenaga kerja, memberikan keuntungan serta sebagai pihak yang menyediakan peluang bekerja lapangan sekaligus peluang usaha penduduk lokal yang berimplikasi pada meningkatnya penghasilan yang dapat dipergunakan bagi pemenuhan kebutuhan harian

Maqashid syariah menganut prinsip syariah untuk mencapai kemaslahatan umat dengan berpartisipasi dalam banyak kegiatan manusia yang berkaitan dengan menjaga agama, jiwa, pikiran, harta benda dan generasi mendatang. Bertujuan menganalisis implementasi maqashid syariah yang terdapat dalam mekanisme asuransi syariah pada PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan menggunakan parameter Al-Syatibi. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif, menunjukan bahwa perlindungan terhadap agama diimplementasikan dalam produk takafulink salam ziarah baitullah sebagai upaya perlindungan dalam menjalankan rukun Islam kelima yaitu haji. Perlindungan terhadap jiwa diimplementasikan dalam semua produk takaful keluarga sebagai upaya pencegahan terhadap terancamnya jiwa dan mengkover biaya kesehatan. Perlindungan terhadap akal diimplementasikan dalam produk takaful dana pendidikan dan takafulink salam cendekia sebagai penyandang dana pendidikan. Perlindungan terhadap keturunan diimplementasikan dalam semua produk takaful keluarga sebagai adanya perlindungan ahli waris dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan ketika peserta meninggal dunia. Perlindungan terhadap harta diimplementasikan dalam semua produk takaful keluarga sebab terdapat investasi sebagai harta yang sewaktu-waktu dapat dijadikan proteksi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa maqashid syariah telah diimplementasikan didukung oleh terwujudnya kemaslahatan dalam produk dan mekanismenya.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan dan melihat apakah etika kerja Islam berpengaruh atau tidaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan di BSI KC Medan Gajah Mada. Sifat religius yang berbeda antara individu dengan individu lainnya apakah akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang terdapat di BSI KC Medan Gajah Mada karena pada dasarnya bank syariah merupakan bank yang menjalankan kegiatannya sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh etika Kerja Islam (X1), Religiusitas (X2), Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan Pendidikan (Z) (Studi Kasus BSI KC Medan Gajah Mada). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang sumber datanya adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner pernyataan kepada karyawan BSI KC Medan Gajah Mada. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji statistik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan pada uji t menunjukkan hasil bahwa penerapan etika kerja Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tingkat religiusitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, etika kerja Islam dan tingkat religiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pendidikan mampu memoderasi pengaruh penerapan etika kerja Islam terhadap kinerja karyawan, pendidikan mampu memoderasi antara tingkat religiusitas terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pendidikan mampu memoderasi pengaruh penerapan etika kerja Islam dan tingkat religiusitas terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The bad habit of the people who often dispose of waste indiscriminately and waste management with the concept of open dumping, burning it (with an incinerator or just burning it), digging the lid (sanitary landfill) do not provide a good solution. To overcome the problem of waste, it is necessary to change the paradigm that views waste as a resource that has economic value and is utilized. This research is included in qualitative research and uses qualitative descriptive methods. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation. The key informants in this study were the Head of the Carnation Garbage Bank, the manager of the Carnation Garbage Bank and the customers of the Carnation Garbage Bank. The results of the empowerment carried out by the Anyelir Garbage Bank are that people who become customers of the waste bank get benefits in the form of gold savings, and the community has the ability to process waste and knowledge about maggot caterpillar cultivation. . The supporting factors are the involvement of members, facilities and infrastructure, the involvement of the surrounding community and collaboration with other parties and the inhibiting factors are the currently available facilities, customer indiscipline, and the low mindset of the community. The community empowerment process through activities at the Anyelir Garbage Bank with The Gade Clean and Gold Program went well and received good appreciation.

This research was made in purpose of examine and analyze the effect of service quality (SQ), Customer’s trust (CT) and satisfaction (CS) on purchasing decisions in the personal selling activities of PT. Prudential Sharia Life Assurance. The data was collected using a massive survey that had been created based on predetermined research indicators. The population in this research are active customers of PT. Prudential Sharia Life Assurance and as counted as 85 data of the respondents are used as the samples. The analytical method that had been used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The analytical results show that SQ, CT, and CS, along with personal selling have a significant effect on purchase intention. CS has a significant effect on personal selling, while SQ and CT have no significant effect on personal selling. Personal selling cannot mediate SQ and CT on PI. This study aims to determine the process of resolving claims for the Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera product and to review it from the Maqashid Syariah aspect. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely research that provides an overview of the situation being studied in the form of a narrative description. The conclusion of this study is that the settlement of Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims is in accordance with the specified conception which consists of notification of claims, submission of claim files, investigation of claim files, and payment of claims. Then in the process of settlement of Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims in terms of maqashid sharia aspects, PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia Medan branch has realized maqashid sharia in the aspects of hifzh ad-din (property protection) and social benefit. The forms of hifzh ad-din (property protection) in the settlement process for Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia Medan branch are: the false. Second, the management of claim funds in the form of tabarru funds is issued with sharia values and does not contain elements of usury. Third, the administration of fund claims can be quickly provided to customers because the investigation of claims submission is carried out in a fast, responsive and strict procedure so that handling feels safe for customers and the company. And fourth, claims for payment of funds are made by transferring to each customer's account, so there is no need to worry about fraud or elements of gharar. However, the hifzh ad-din (property protection) aspect in the claim settlement process cannot be separated from other aspects of maqashid sharia which include hifzh ad-din (religious protection), hifzh an-nafs (life protection), hifzh al-aql (protection of reason) and hifzh an-nasl (protection of offspring) because all aspects of maqashid sharia influence one another. In the realization of the benefit of the existing maqasyid sharia values, the level lies at the first level, namely dharuriyat. This research is motivated by the problem of how the role of the Diski Mandiri Garbage Bank in Realizing a sustainable Green Economy in Sumber Melati Diksi Village. A productive business in carrying out waste services to be deposited and saved and exchanged in the form of money. The problem is the lack of knowledge about waste to the surrounding community who have not sold waste to a higher economic value. Further problems that occur in realizing a green economy must have support from the government, such as waste that has been recycled and produces hand sanitizers, redogens (floor mopping devices) and therapeutic pillows, not many people know about these products. In this study using a descriptive approach to the type of qualitative research, so that this research is included in the qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained from this study are the role of the Garbage Bank for the Sumber Melati Diski village community and the role of the Garbage Bank in realizing a sustainable green economy run by the Diski Mandiri Garbage Bank in Sumber Melati Diski village, Sunggal Subdistrict, Deli Serdang district is to seek to improve the quality of life that is healthier for sustainable development, besides increasing income for customers who save at the Mandiri Disk Trash Bank. In realizing a green economy, efforts are made to implement even more recent innovations and creativity so as to provide benefits in the educational, socio-economic and environmental aspects for the welfare of the community and sustainable survival for the village of Sumber Melati Diski. Shrimp paste or also known as Belacan is a traditional cooking spice made from rebon shrimp (kecepe) through a fermentation process that has been passed down from generation to generation among the people, especially in coastal areas. This research was conducted in Rantau Panjang Village, which is one of the villages located in Pantai Labu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province which has the potential to develop the Shrimp Terasi home industry as an effort to empower the economy of the community in the area. The aim of this research is, to find out how efforts to empower the community's economy are made through the shrimp paste home industry, what impact the existence of the shrimp paste home industry has on the economy of the surrounding community and what impact the shrimp paste home industry has on increasing the income of business actors and the surrounding community in Rantau Panjang Village, Regency. Deli Serdang. Using qualitative descriptive research methods. The results of this research show that: 1. Efforts to empower the community's economy through the shrimp paste home industry in Rantau Panjang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. 2.
