Abstract

Productive Waqf Management Strategy in the Context of Empowering the People's Economy in Productive Waqf Dompet Dhuafa Alert. In addition to analyzing the management of productive waqf and the tactics used in its management, this study intends to study how waqf is managed and whether there are productive waqf in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. Qualitative research is the methodology used. ways of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings lead to the creation of the Dompet Dhuafa Farm center, namely in the field of animal husbandry which is a useful waqf management strategy, promoting independent livestock villages and community villages where silver is spread, managing productively and planning, developing existing livestock units, and increasing human Resources. Considering that Dompet Dhuafa Waspada is in quadrant I (positive) which indicates it is strong and has opportunities, an offensive (SO) approach is taken. direct referrals from third parties in collaboration with Dompet Dhuafa Siaga who are experts in animal husbandry, and community economic empowerment in Dompet Dhuafa Siaga by increasing human resources. In carrying out the empowerment there are several activities carried out such as fattening livestock, conducting nurseries to produce superior livestock seeds, making good and good animal feed, making manure which is useful for horticultural empowerment and distributed to farmers in need. Conducting trainings on how to raise good livestock by being guided for 2 years, after being guided for 2 years, the recipient mustahik is released by receiving assistance, especially financial assistance in the form of several goats and assistance for cage construction, as well as assistance assistance. With some of these activities, it is hoped that they will be able to increase knowledge about livestock centers, especially boosting the economy. Abstract

Study aims to determine the implementation of health insurance carried out by BPJS Kesehatan, and can be used as a consideration in formulating and designing policies for implementing health insurance for Civil Servants (PNS) and also to find out the obstacles faced by BPJS Kesehatan Langkat Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The conclusions of this study in brief are: (1) The implementation of health insurance at the Langkat Branch of Health BPJS is in accordance with the law on state civil servants that civil servants are entitled to receive pension security, old age security, health insurance, work accident insurance and death security. And the implementation of health insurance for civil servants at BPJS Kesehatan Langkat Branch is in accordance with Law No. 24 of 2011, which stipulates that BPJS Kesehatan functions to organize a health insurance program with the aim of ensuring that participants receive health care benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs. (2) Obstacles found in the Langkat Branch of BPJS Health are delays in service to participants, health facilities obtained are not in accordance with the fees paid, lack of participant data collection. The solution to the obstacles in the Langkat Branch Health BPJS needs to be improved in the service system because what participants need is fast, accurate service and can provide convenience in participant administration. Abstract

Shrimp paste or also known as Belacan is a traditional cooking spice made from rebon shrimp (kecepe) through a fermentation process that has been passed down from generation to generation among the people, especially in coastal areas. This research was conducted in Rantau Panjang Village, which is one of the villages located in Pantai Labu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province which has the potential to develop the Shrimp Terasi home industry as an effort to empower the economy of the community in the area. The aim of this research is, to find out how efforts to empower the community's economy are made through the shrimp paste home industry, what impact the existence of the shrimp paste home industry has on the economy of the surrounding community and what impact the shrimp paste home industry has on increasing the income of business actors and the surrounding community in Rantau Panjang Village, Regency. Deli Serdang. Using qualitative descriptive research methods. The results of this research show that: 1. Efforts to empower the community's economy through the shrimp paste home industry in Rantau Panjang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. 2. The impact of the existence of the shrimp paste home industry on the economy of the surrounding community in Rantau Panjang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. 3.
