Abstract

Abstract

Perusahaan rokok dewasa ini dihadapkan dengan perubahan teknologi yang berangsur ke jaman digital, banyaknya regulasi pemerintah tentang pembatasan iklan rokok membuat para pebisnis rokok harus memikirkan cara kreatif untuk membuat strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat . Dalam pemasaran digital, konten merupakan suatu hal yang utama dalam pembuatan iklan yang menarik, sehingga terdapat strategi didalam komunikasi pemasaran digital saat ini yang tepat adalah Content Marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Content Marketing terhadap Customer Retention  dengan Brand Experience dan Customer Engagement. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 100 reaponden yang telah mengkonsumsi rokok merk Djarum. Teknik analisa yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisa kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Path Analysis

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufakturyang memproduksi berbagai jenis ukuran matras spring bed dengan tipe MaxiCoil, seperti 80 × 200 cm, 140 × 200 cm, dan 200 × 200 cm. Perusahaan inimelakukan produksinya berdasarkan ketersediaan bahan baku, jumlah permintaan,kapasitas mesin, dan tenaga kerja. Untuk itu, PT. XYZ perlu mengoptimalkanjumlah produksi matras spring bed sehingga tujuan utama PT. XYZ dapat tercapai.Metode yang akan digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalahmetode cutting plane. Metode cutting plane merupakan metode yang digunakan untukmenyelesaikan program linier bilangan bulat, baik bilangan bulat murni maupuncampuran dengan penambahan batasan baru yang disebut gomory. Batasan gomorydiberikan jika nilai dari variabel keputusan belum bulat (bernilai pecahan). Hasilpembahasan dengan menggunakan metode cutting plane dari permasalahan jumlahproduksi yang optimal bagi PT. XYZ, yaitu matras ukuran 80 × 200 cm, 140 ×200 cm, dan 200 × 200 cm berturut-turut adalah 155 unit, 160 unit, dan 170 unit.

Abstract

This study used descriptive qualitative research method to describe and analyze 16 students’ exercise while using Chinese complement of duration phrase. This study also used Miles, Huberman, and Saldana for the data analysis. According to Yang’s theory, Chinese complement of duration phrase has four common formulas, which are S1: S+V(+了)+时量补语(+了); S2: S+V(+了)+时量补语(+的)+O(+了)(O为一般名词); S3: S+V(+了)+O+V+时量补语(+了); S4: S+V(+了)+O+时量补语(+了)(O为人称代词/确定的人的名词. Each student was given 10 Indonesian sentences to translate into Chinese sentences using this phrase. According to the results, there were 37 error of omission sentences (49%), 34 disordering sentences (45%), 2 error of addition sentences (3%) and 2 error of substitution sentences (3%). Through interviewing these students, there was one factor that causes error in those sentences; it was intralingual factor in which students did not really understand to use complement of duration. Key Words: complement of duration phrase; Error analysis; Qualitative research

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Loyalty and Location partially or simultaneously on Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. Population in this study are customers of Brastagi Supermarket for 50 customers. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated samples, which amounted to 50 customers. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. T test results indicate that Customer Loyalty has no positive and insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto and Location has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. F test results indicate that Customer Loyalty and Location have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. The coefficient of determination (R2) show that 35.3% of the Purchasing Decisions variable is influenced by the Customer Loyalty and Location variables, while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as service quality, store atmosphere, and promotion.
