Perancangan Sistem informasi inventaris barang ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mempermudah pencatatan data barang yang cukup banyak dan rumit serta masih dikelola secara manual pada SMA Negeri 4 kota Pematangsiantar. Sistem informasi yang dirancang  terdiri dari beberapa bagian antara lain: pencatatan data tempat inventaris, pencatatan barang masuk, pencatatan barang keluar, mutasi barang serta pembuatan laporan barang masuk dan laporan barang keluar. Hasil implementasi dari Sistem informasi inventaris ini adalah pencatatan data inventaris serta pembuatan laporan inventaris lebih mudah untuk dilakukan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi inventaris barang ini, pekerjaan pendataan inventaris barang pada SMA Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar sudah dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat.

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Insentif ini digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam penentuan insentif pegawai setiap bulan di Edene Sayangku Cafe & Bakery sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan pangan di kota Pematangsiantar. Dalam menentukan jumlah insentif pegawai, data yang digunakan sebagai kriteria adalah jumlah orderan, jumlah pengantaran makanan dan jumlah rekomendasi customer masing-masing pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma Naïve Bayes dimana membutuhkan beberapa masukan/kriteria pesanan/orderan, mengantar pesanan, rekomendasi customer. Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 dan database MSQL. Hasil implementasi dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat mempermudah pihak manager Edene Sayangku Cafe & Bakery dalam menghitung insentif pegawai dengan tepat dan akurat.Keywords: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Naïve Bayes, Insentif, Pegawai.

Perancangan sistem informasi pendataan logistik aktiva tetap PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk cabang Pematangsiantar ini digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan aktiva yang masih dilakukan dengan mencatat data barang pada buku expedisi. Sistem pencatatan aktiva di PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk cabang Pematangsiantar yang masih dilakukan secara manual, menjadi kendala yang cukup berarti karena memperlambat proses pendataan barang, sehingga perlu dibangun sebuah Sistem Informasi yang dapat menangani pendataan aktiva pada bank tersebut. Perancangan Sistem Informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 dan database MySQL. Hasil implementasi dari Sistem Informasi Pendataan Aktiva Tetap ini dapat mempermudah pegawai bagian logistik PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk cabang Pematangsiantar dalam melakukan pendataan dan pelaporan data aktiva.

Designing information system for collecting data at PT. Serdang Hulu is done to help simplify data collection and recording data on incoming and outgoing goods at the company. PT. Serdang Hulu which is a subsidiary of PT. Sumatra Sarana Sekar Sakti or what is often referred to as Sumatra Sarana Sekar Sakti Group (SSSS Group) is a company that distributes palm oil. In carrying out their daily activities, data on goods that come in and out at PT. Serdang Hulu is still manually recorded in the book listing incoming and outgoing goods. Recording of incoming and outgoing goods that are carried out manually results in the work of collecting data taking a long time so that it is not efficient in presenting the report and is not effective at work. With the design of the Data Entry and Exit Data Collection System, recording data on incoming and outgoing goods at PT. Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai problematika dalam proses pembelajaran di berbagai belahan dunia termasuk Indonesia. Pembelajaran yang semula dilakukan secara tatap muka, berubah total menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dan Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR). Baik guru maupun peserta didik mengalami kaget teknologi yang turut berpotensi menurunkan motivasi dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini juga terjadi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang berada di Kecamatan Patumbak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Dengan mengetahui permasalahan ini, tim memberikan solusi dengan mengadakan diseminasi Literacycloud untuk guru dan orangtua di sekolah dasar negeri. Metode yang diselenggarakan selama kegiatan ini adalah menyelenggarakan pre-tes, memberikan pengimbasan secara daring melalui webinar, memberikan pengimbasan secara luring, supervisi secara daring menyelenggarakan pos-tes dan membagikan kuesioner kepuasan peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh peserta kegiatan baik guru maupun orangtua peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan secara signifikan mengenai strategi membaca yang menyenangkan; Selain itu terjadi peningkatan kepemilikan akun pelantar Literacycloud. Selanjutnya, beberapa guru telah memahami dengan sangat baik penggunaan Literacycloud yang dibuktikan dengan praktik baik yang telah dilakukan dan sebanyak 92% peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka puas dengan diseminasi dan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh tim.

The outbreak of Corona virus pandemic is changing the face of the education process in various parts of the world. Lots of the educational processes are transformed into online or learning from home. In spite of this, it was found that some teachers experienced difficulties administering online teaching. This phenomenon moves the community service team to organize a varied, interactive, and fun learning process for educators at the elementary school level in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. A total of 90 educators from private and state schools were trained to use a fun reading style using the Literacycloud browser. The training began with online dissemination, followed by visitations to target schools. All educators were asked to practice Triwaca, namely Uninterrupted Sustained Silent Reading (USSR), story pyramids, and BookTalk. performance. The results of cognitive measurements showed an increase in educators' knowledge about the pleasuring reading by 50%. In addition, the target school has produced more than 20 story pyramids and practicing BookTalk both online and offline for students. In conclusion, the Triwaca and Literacycloud programs in general ran successfully as seen from the program achievement indicators.

The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of original local revenue and balance funds partially on the capital expenditure in districts / towns of North Sumatra Province. The amount of capital expenditure for each region varies according to the size of the region and the needs of the region. The realization of capital expenditure in each region can show the economic progress of a region. Based on data that the author obtained from the website of the Director-General of Fiscal Balance, there is still a capital expenditure budget that has not been maximally realized for regional development The population was 33 districts / towns of North Sumatra Province years of 2010-2018 and population will be used as sample. The data were processed by using panel data regression statistical method. The result of the research that original local revenue and balance fund had positive and significant influence on the capital expenditure in districts / towns of North Sumatra Province.

This research was conducted aiming to overcome the problem of the effectiveness of the delivery of goods by the Cendrawasi Expeditionary Company which at this time still does not use a decision support system approach. For the process of delivering goods to customers to be carried out effectively, a decision support system is designed that functions to determine the priority of goods to be delivered first. This problem is solved by designing a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which serves to help the Cendrawasi Expeditionary company get recommendations for priority delivery of goods. The SAW method is very appropriate to be used as a decision support tool where in this study three alternative choices of goods that must be delivered first were obtained, namely plywood with a preference value of 99,6, mattress with a preference value of 83,55, and PVC pipes with a preference value of 79,35.

INDONESIA READING MOVEMENT TECHNICAL GUIDANCE FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN DELI SERDANG REGENCY. Since 2015, the government of Indonesia has accelerated Indonesia Literacy Movement. However the effectiveness of this program wasnot reflected in the results of students’ PISA test result in 2018. In attempt to the improvement of this program, the volunteers decided to carry out a technical guidance to increase the reading literacy of primary school teachers in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera. This voluntarily activity aimed to share the knowledge and best practice of fun and interactive reading. 40 primary school teachers from two state schools were involved in this community service program. İn the beginning, they had to complete the pre-test. Then, they were given a workshop about how to perform fun reading and created their own best practice. The result of their work were presented in front of the other groups and at last they completed the post-test. As the result of this activity, there was a significant increase on the teachers’ knowledge about fun reading and Indonesia Reading Movement based on the pre-test and post-test. İn addition, the teachers were able to produce their own fun reading activities based on their interests through Uniterrupted Sustained Silent Reading (USSR) Journal and Reading Pyramid.
