New family planning participants were 48,032 (11.01%), while active family planning participants were 365,784 (83.84%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of injection type contraception and menstrual cycle disorders in injecting family members in Eris Village. This study uses a quantitative correlational method with analytic survey research design using the Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 32 respondents, data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistical test used is chi-square with a degree of confidence of 95% and a error rate of 0.05%. The results of the analysis test between the independent variables are injection contraception with the dependent variable namely Menstrual Disorders using the Chi-Square test, p value = 0.011. In this study, it was found that p <0.05. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the use of injection contraception contraception with menstrual disorders in the injection family planning acceptors in Eris village with a P value = 0.011 <0.05.
