Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola produk yang dihasilkan menjadi produk unggulan Kecamatan Ra’as. Kegiatan ini melakukan pendampingan standarisasi mutu produk, inovasi produk, perbaikan pengemasan, branding dan pemasaran, serta pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama untuk meningkatkan kemampuan daya tawar pasar. Metode pelaksanaannya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yakni (1). Survey UMKM di Kecamatan Ra’as di 9 desa; (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD); (3) Pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM; (4). Monitoring pasca pendampingan. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 113 UMKM yang tersebar di 9 desa Kecamatan Ra’as. Jumlah tersebut terdiri dari 78 UMKM yang bergerak di bidang makanan atau minuman dan 35 di bidang kerajinan. Hasil kegiatan FGD adalah mengklarifikasi hasil survei UMKM dan menentukan produk unggulan. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM antara lain standarisasi produk ikan kering, standarisasi kemasan, pembuatan merek dan logo, pelatihan diversifikasi produk baru dari bahan jagung lokal, pelatihan pemasaran online, dan sosialisasi desain awal marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of consumer satisfaction, brand love on loyalty and WOM, and the influence of customer loyalty on WOM. The object of this research is Batik in Sumenep Regency. The sample for this study consisted of 200 people who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire was distributed to collect data. Path analysis and structural equation modeling were used in the test. Results-Based on this research, the variable of satisfaction has an influence on loyalty and word of mouth, love of the brand has an effect on loyalty, and customer loyalty has an effect on WOM. But the variable love of the brand has no significant effect on word of mouth. It is hoped that the research can provide information about the ability of satisfaction and brand love in influencing consumer loyalty and the ability of satisfaction and loyalty in influencing consumers to carry out the word of mouth. Furthermore, this research is useful for clothing business actors in the batik industry in developing appropriate strategies in developing their businesses.

Abstract

Students often experience problems in choosing the method of completing their thesis, as a result, student thesis planning is hampered. During lectures, they only know the theory and practice of statistics without practicing in depth. Therefore this dedication is carried out to assist a group of students in determining the method that suits their thesis. The formulation of the problem is due to the lack of understanding for students in choosing analytical tools to conduct their research. As well as adding insight in doing descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The purpose of this training is to add insight in analyzing using the SPSS software. The target in this service is the final year students who are taking thesis which is held in June 2019. This training will later use the SPSS software as an analytical material in conducting thesis. From the results of monitoring during the assistance in this service, the majority of participants with a percentage of 84% who can complete 5 cases with a perfect score of 100, another 16% get a score of 70. And from these results are in accordance with the training target, as well as many of the participants who expressed satisfaction with the training that was held.

Abstract

COVID-19, which has become a world pandemic, has hit the economic sectors of countries in the world, including Indonesia. Indonesia's economic growth is predicted to be only around 2% or even 0%. This research was conducted to analyze how public support for government efforts to deal with COVID-19 and describe how the economic challenges faced. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through in-depth interviews with several informants relating to public support for government efforts. Data collection is also done by searching for related documents online. From the research conducted, the government has the opportunity and strength to carry out initiatives to deal with COVID-19. Administrative support, regional government, business, political parties, including the opposition, and the people are tremendous. The problem is, the government's efforts and scenarios are not visible to anticipate the economic threats that are already in sight. This research wants to uncover the power of government in the form of public support in dealing with COVID-19, and remind the government, the economic challenges faced with the existence of COVID-19.

Abstract

The amount of garbage that pollutes the oceans can be reduced by sorting garbage on the beach. Waste sorting is the initial key to waste management activities. With the process of sorting waste on the beach, it will make it easier for waste managers in the next stage and can provide economic value to the surrounding community. Sorting can be done by doing basic sorting, namely separating organic and inorganic waste and separating wet waste and dry waste. Information about the importance of sorting waste and types of waste is something that is not widely known to the community in Sapeken district. It is proven by the large amount of mixed waste (organic and non-organic) in one bag of plasty k in the same plastik. In addition, knowledge about the adverse impacts of litter thrown into the sea will affect the diversity of fish species and the sustainability of coastal ecosystems in the future is also not widely known by residents in Sapeken district. With the above problems, it is necessary to hold counseling activities on how to sort and manage household waste so that it does not pollute the marine ecosystem to the community in Sapeken district. Pagerungan Besar Village is taken as a pilot project for this Community Service (PkM) activity. The implementation method that will be carried out in the activitiesn PkM for the communityof Pagerungan Besar Village is socialization and practice. This socialization is carried out in order to provide knowledge about the importance of sorting marine debris and direct practice of waste sorting. Inthis activity, 50% of participants who do not understand the dangers of marine debris are produced to 100% better understand and understand the dangers of marine debris for the sustainability of coastal and marine ecosystems. There were 75% of participants who participated in the garbage cleaning activity directly on the pagerungan Besar port beach.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the conceptual model of brand equity, brand trust, brand satisfaction, and loyalty of Indonesian consumers to brand heritage. This research examines the direct effect of brand equity on trust and satisfaction, the direct effect of trust on satisfaction and loyalty, and the direct effect of brand satisfaction on brand loyalty. This conceptual model tests 9 proposed hypotheses. The object of this research is Brand Heritage in Indonesia. The total sample used is 270 respondents taken through the purposive sampling technique. The respondent's criteria used are respondents who have used/consumed and bought heritage brands in Indonesia. The data was obtained through the distribution of online and offline questionnaires. The hypothesis testing was carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM). Hypothesis testing using path analysis. This study found that two dimensions of brand equity, namely perceived quality and brand association, affect consumer trust and satisfaction. On the other hand, brand awareness does not have a significant effect on trust and satisfaction. Meanwhile, consumer trust also influences satisfaction and loyalty. Then, consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty.
