Abstract

Kompresi citra dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan color quantization di mana dengan mengurangi jumlah warna yang terdapat pada citra maka akan dapat mengurangi jumlah bit yang digunakan untuk merepresentasikan warna – warna tersebut. Semakin rendah jumlah warna yang dikurangi dalam rangka mencapai rasio kompresi yang optimal berdampak pada terdegradasinya kualitas dari citra. Secara umum color quantization menggunakan model clustering dalam proses pembentukan color palette yang akan digunakan sebagai referensi pada saat kuantisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model clustering berdasarkan nilai max variance pada channel RGB secara terpisah. Proses clustering dilakukan dengan membelah populasi cluster sebelumnya menggunakan nilai mean dari channel RGB yang memiliki nilai variance tertinggi. Color palette kemudian dibentuk menggunakan centroid hasil dari proses clustering. Percobaan pada beberapa citra uji dengan format 32bpp yang kemudian dikompresi menggunakan kuantisasi warna pada format 8bpp dan 4bpp memberikan kualitas dan rasio kompresi yang cukup baik yang diukur menggunakan ukuran MSE, PSNR dan CR di mana nilai MSE yang diperoleh berkisar 3.87 sampai 6.3 pada kuantisasi 8bpp dan 13.39 sampai 19.62 pada kuantisasi 4bpp. Sedangkan rasio kompresi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 1.44 sampai 2.09 pada kuantisasi 8bpp dan 2.87 sampai 4.23 pada kuantisasi 4bpp. AbstractImage compression can be done by using color quantization where by reducing the number of colors contained in the image it can reduce the number of bits used to represent the colors. The lower the number of colors reduced in order to achieve the optimal compression ratio has an impact on the quality of the image. In general, color quantization uses clustering models in the process of constructing color palette that will be used as a reference during quantization. This study uses a clustering model based on the max variance value on the RGB channel separately. The clustering process is done by dividing the previous cluster population using the mean value of the RGB channel which has the highest variance value. The color palette is then formed using centroids resulting from the clustering process. Experiments on some test images in 32bpp format which are then compressed using color quantization in 8bpp and 4bpp formats provide a fairly good quality and compression ratio with MSE, PSNR and CR assessment where the MSE values obtained ranged from 3.87 to 6.3 at 8bpp quantization and 13.39 to 19.62 at 4bpp quantization. While the compression ratio obtained is 1.44 to 2.09 at 8bpp quantization and 2.87 to 4.23 at 4bpp quantization

Abstract

The Indonesian government through the Smart Indonesia Program provides cash assistance through the Smart Indonesia Card. The problem that occurs is that the selection process for KIP assistance recipients has not gone through the right procedure, resulting in social jealousy among students who should not be eligible to receive assistance but receive the KIP assistance funds. This is because some students have relatives from school officials so that student data can be manipulated. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is able to select the eligibility of students receiving KIP funds quickly and accurately by using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method which in line performs calculations on the matrix multiplication between criteria that have a weighted value of each alternative so as to produce a PSI value which will be the final result in determining the eligibility of students to receive KIP assistance funds. The resulting impact is the selection of students who really have the eligibility requirements to get KIP funding assistance.

Abstract

Abstract- Ultrasound images are taken using high-frequency sound waves to produce an image with dark and light spots that spread over the object. In this case the resulting image looks blurry and the presence of spots will cause reduced information in the image. An image that has decreased in quality due to noise. Noise can be caused by physical disturbances to the acquisition device or intentionally due to improper processing. Based on these problems, a system is needed that can improve the ultrasound image by minimizing the existing noise. However, many methods have been created to improve the image by removing noise, so it is confusing for someone to use which method. Therefore, in this study, a comparison of several methods such as Gaussian filter, Median and Mean in removing noise in ultrasound images was carried out in order to know which method is better. The comparison of the three methods is based on the PSNR and MSE values. From the results of the research that has been applied, the Median filter method is superior in minimizing noise in ultrasound images with up to 60% noise than the Gaussian and Mean methods.

Abstract

he more advanced the world of technology produces new applications that can help make it easier for humans in the process of sending files and because of the ease with which these applications are accessed by humans, it does not rule out the possibility of fraud or file leaks from unauthorized parties. is also one of the factors to speed up the delivery process. Combining cryptography and compression techniques is one solution that can be done to overcome these problems. Cryptography is the expertise and science of ways for secure communication in the presence of unauthorized parties. Compression is a process to reduce the size of the data so that it can store more data and speed up the data transmission process. The algorithms used in this research are Polyalphabetic and Huffman. Implementation of this system is built in the form of a website. The results showed that securing and compressing files using Polyalphabetic and Huffman could restore the original file contents intact. Testing the Hufman algorithm shows that the compressed file size in several experimental samples with different sizes is directly proportional to the initial file size before being compressed.

Abstract

In the current era of the covid-19 pandemic, for employee attendance attendance is still using the attendance system with a finger print and in my opinion it is very dangerous in employee attendance at this time during the covid-19 pandemic, because the hands of employees who have been absent are left behind in the attendance machine and I think it can spread covid-19 to other employees who want to be absent, so that the use of a distributed system application on the mobile-based attendance information system at bpdashl wampu sei snake has a good impact on users, where users can avoid the spread of covid-19 with services digital attendance provided by the application that was built so that employees no longer have to queue at the attendance machine and avoid touching the attendance machine. To build a distributed system application on a mobile-based attendance information system at the office of bpdashl wampu sei snake using Adroid Studio. Therefore, the author raised the title of a distributed system application application on a mobile-based attendance information system at the BPDASHL Wampu Sei Snake office, so that the prevention of employee attendance is not contagious because there is no physical contact by reducing touch. With the design of a distributed system application on this mobile-based attendance information system, it is hoped that it can trigger other developers to innovate more in designing the next system

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the most active Twitter users, so Twitter can be used as a medium to analyze e-learning topics. Studying at school is one of the things that have been affected by the current Covid-19 pandemic. On March 4, 2020, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Educational Organization) recommended that schools adopt a distance education system that allows teachers to reach students remotely and limits educational disruption on social networks. This study aims to answer public opinion that focuses on social media Twitter on this online/distance learning policy. Sentiment analysis is conducted to determine whether opinions on an issue have a positive, neutral, or negative trend value and can be used as a benchmark to improve a service. Sentiment analysis using the k-Nearest Neighbor method with Twitter data as much as 7800 tweet data that has been previously processed and achieves the best accuracy value of 53.03% with a comparison of training data and test data of 80:20.

Abstract

A text file is a file that contains information in text form. Data derived from word processing documents, numbers used in calculations, names and addresses in the database are examples of text data input consisting of characters, numbers and punctuation marks. The process of sending messages or texts has now become a necessity for everyone through various media platforms that exist as a form of visual message. The large size of the text transmission of course sometimes becomes an obstacle, not to mention bandwidth is also a problem for users in the sending process. One solution to solve this problem is to use compression or compression techniques. Data compression is a method that supports technology in the use of networks for data transmission, data access, and data use. Some of the many compression algorithms that are declared good to be applied to text-based data compression are Byte Pair and Half Byte. The Half-Byte Algorithm takes advantage of the four left-hand bits which are often the same in sequence, especially in text files. Byte Pair Encoding Algorithm is a simple text compression algorithm based on pattern substitution. Both of these algorithms mandate the similarity of data as a compression process using a program that has been created with the Visual Basic 2010 programming language. Visual Basic 2010 is an OOP-based programming language or object oriented programming that utilizes .NET technology which is used to create applications in a work environment based on Windows. Visual Basic 2010 or Visual Basic . Comparative analysis will be carried out based on the results of compression, ratio, and processing time in determining which algorithm is more optimal.

Abstract

ASCII differentiation is a compression method that utilizes the difference value or the difference between the bytes contained in the input character. Technically, the ASCII differentiation method can be done using a coding dictionary or using windowing block instead of the coding dictionary. Previous research that has been carried out shows that the ASCII differentiation compression ratio is good enough but still needs to be analyzed on performance from the perspective of the compression ratio of the method compared to other methods that have been widely used today. In this study an analysis of the comparison of the ASCII Difference method with other compression methods such as LZW will be carried out. The selection of LZW itself is done by reason of the number of data compression applications that use the method so that it can be the right benchmark. Comparison of the compression ratio performed shows the results of ASCII differentiation have advantages compared to LZW, especially in small input characters. Whereas in large input characters, LZW can optimize the probability of pairs of characters that appear compared to ASCII differentiation which is glued to the difference values ​​in each block of input characters so that in large size characters LZW has a greater compression ratio compared to ASCII differentiation.

Abstract

Biometrics technology and its combination with Cloud Computing has become a technological trend today which has been utilized in various applications and services such as social media. The low insight into this technology is still often found in the younger generation, especially in high school students. This dedication activity is carried out at SMK Dwi Tunggal 2 Tanjung with class X students. This dedication aims to provide insights and knowledge of Biometrika technology and Google Cloud Vision API which are widely used by various Google services in the hope that this activity can be useful to educate generations especially in the fields of Biometrics and Cloud Vision technology.

Throught science and technology (Science and technology) that us increasingly developing now a days, more and more using human technology. With the technology it can help humans in every day life. But in technology area, there all stull system that use manual methods such as parking. The impact of indiscriminate parking casuses quite severe congestion, not to mention the illegal parking fees quoted in the name of government based on the problems outlined, as solution is found to find the existence og indiscrimimate parking. That way conducted research on “Multilevel parking based on Mikrocoontroller”. Mulitilevel can be interpreted with multilevel or tierd sentences. The parking lot does not move because the vehicle is being moved by driver. Microcontroler has a system that is intended to recive input from what has been made and made to be an input.
