Abstract: This study aims to describe the practice of murabaha, and determination murabaha install-ment payment that used by BMT Al-Karomah Martapura. The object of this research is the determina-tion mechanism of murabaha installment payment method at BMT Al-Karomah in Martapura ob-tained through explanations of the managers of BMT Al-Karomah the Martapura. The method in thisresearch is a field research, which is the author explore the data directly from the field in accordancewith the problems studied. This research resulted several findings; First: Practice murabaha transactionsat BMT Al-Karomah Martapura is based on order and is consumptive and in the settlement of paymentby way of installments. Second: BMT Al-Karomah Martapura apply four methods for murabaha install-ment payments, namely: average profit margins, declining profit margins, flexible and voluntarily method.

This study aims to analyse impact of foreign ownership to value of non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.The independent variables consist of Total Foreign Ownership, Foreign Institution Ownership, and Foreign Company Ownership. The variables control consist of size, age, dummy director. Variable dependent is Company Value, using Tobins'Q ratio. The research sample is 72 companies with purposive sampling sampling technique. Period of data is 5 years, from 2014-2018. Data panel regression using as data analysis method. The results showed that Total Foreign Ownership and Foreign Institution Ownership positively and still significantly at level of <15%. While Foreign Company Ownership has a positive but insignificant relationship to the value company. Size, Age, dummy director is not influence to value company.Â Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan asing terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel independen terdiri dari Kepemilikan Asing Total, Kepemilikan Institusi asing, dan Kepemilikan Perusahaan Asing. Variabel kontrol terdiri dari Ukuran perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan, dan dummy Direksi. Variabel dependen adalah Nilai Perusahaan, diukur dengan Tobinâ€™s Q. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Periode data 5 tahun, yakni dari 2014-2018. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kepemilikan Asing Total dan Kepemilikan Institusi Asing berpengaruh positif dan masih signifikan pada tingkat < 15% terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sementara Kepemilikan Perusahaan Asing memiliki pangaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan, dan dummy direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of CEO power onfirm performance and the moderating influence of independent board on therelationship between CEO power and firm performance. Indicator of CEOsPower studied were the CEO ownership in the company (CEO Ownership).The firm performance studied with the calculation of PE Ratio. Then, theindependent board is a proportion of independent board on the board ofcommissioners.The research is conducted by quantitative methods using secondarydata. Secondary data comes from the company's annual report listed on theIndonesian Stock Exchange. This research population is company listed onthe Indonesian Stock Exchange, and then the samples were taken bypurposive sampling with criteria manufacture company that not sufferedlossesduringthe observation process and have the data required in this study,in order to obtaina sample of 267 companies. This study use sregressionanalysis to the test the parameters individually significant (t - test).The result of the hypothesis test indicates that the CEO Powerwith CEO ownership as indicator has no effecton the firm performance withPE ratios are calculated, and the independent board based on the proportionof independent board does not have a moderating effecton the relationshipbetween CEO power and firm performance.

Kebijakan makro ekonomi terdiri dari kebijakan moneter dan fiskal diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah ekonomi makro yaitu inflasi. Masalah inflasi tidak dapat dihilangkan tetapi dampaknya dapat diminimalisasi dengan menerapkan kebijakan yang tepat. Oleh karena itu perlu analisa yang akurat sebelum menerapkan kebijakan tersebut. Kebijakan moneter diterapkan dengan membuat kebijakan dari sektor perbankan dan kebijakan fiskal diterapkan dengan membuat kebijakan dari sektor perpajakan dengan tujuan yang sama yaitu untuk mengurangi tingkat inflasi yang berlaku pada suatu negara.

Investment is a motivator to speed up economy growth. Fund coming from the investors is used to build up new factories and develop the existing ones. It means that to develop the economy growth we need more fund. It is concluded that investment as a fuel for economy growth. To increase more fund we have to invite the investors to come into our country. There are many problems to make them invest into our country. It is not only about the profit that they will have but also risks which they take. The less risk they have the more investors will come into our country. In this case government has assignment to make condition in our country safe and secure.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate (JIBOR), Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (JISDOR), and Total Money Supply (JUB) on Net Asset Value of Sucorinvest Sharia Equity Fund. in the period January 2016-May 2021 in the short and long term. This study uses Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL), in explaining the effect of ISSI, JIBOR, JISDOR, and JUB as independent variables on the NAV of Sharia Mutual Funds Sucorinvest Sharia Equity Fund as the dependent variable. In the short term, partially NAB at lag 1, ISSI at lag 0, 1 2, JIBOR at lag 1 and JISDOR at lag 0 have a significant effect on NAV. In the long term, only the ISSI variable has a significant effect on NAV while the JIBOR and JISDOR variables have no effect on NAV. The JUB variable has no effect on the NAV of Islamic mutual funds in the short and long term. The results of this study are expected to be additional literacy in the capital market and become a reference for investors in investing in mutual fund instruments.

Rock is a solid substance that contains minerals and is formed naturally. Joint is a fractured plane without a shift in the rock body and can be present systematically formed by tectonic forces and can be analyzed as an interpretation of its forming tectonic forces from systematic data. This research was conducted in Sugai Cibogo, Padalarang, West Bandung Regency, with coordinates 06049'29.07 " S and 107026'17,69 "S. This type of research used in research is a quantitative descriptive study by telling the conditions of the field conditions as is. The purpose of this study was to determine the direction of rock fractures in the Cibogo Padalarang river and how to take samples in the Cibogo Padalang river. The results of this study found that the fracture that occurred was a normal fault because sigma 1 was bigger than the other sigma and the sample was taken using a geoglogic hammer, compass, meter by determining the age of rocks and others.

ISR as a report that is not mandatory makes this disclosure interesting to be examined and juxtaposed with financial ratios, namely liquidity, profitability, solvency and stock price ratios. This study examines these financial ratios against simultaneous and partial ISR disclosures in health sector companies listed in ISSI for the 2017-2021 period. This study applied quantitative methods and multiple linear regression, the samples in this study were selected by purposive sampling techniques. The companies gathered are 12 companies. The results of the regression analysis carried out were simultaneously and partially variable liquidity, profitability, solvency, and stock price ratios, which did not significantly affect ISR disclosure.
