Abstract

Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil is a sharia-based financial institution that manages the financial deposits and financing. Strategy in Marketing BMT At-Tajdid Temayang Bojonegoro Temayang planned to build community confidence that BMT At-Tajdid Temayang Bojonegoro is a business hall in which there are activities to develop Productive efforts and investments in improving the quality of economic activity and also building community confidence that at the BMT At-Tajdid Temayang Bojonegoro can manage the savings with the trust, but with the marketing strategy Whether BMT as a financial institution can compete with conventional financial institutions although the products, prices, places, and promotions have not been adequate so that the main problem will be observed by researchers. The results showed that the variable marketing strategy (product, price, place, promotion) simultaneously had an effect on funding and lending. It can be proved that the value F count > F table or 99.847 > 4.20. While based on a partial test of a variable marketing strategy the product has a significant effect on funding and lending, it can be proved that the product marketing strategy value T count more > T table or 3.709 > 2.059, price 0.045 > 0.50, place 0.240 > 0.50, Promotion 2.205 > 2.059. The results of this test resulted in a coesophageal determination (R ²) of 0.963 That means 96.3% of the marketing strategy variable in the influence of variable funding and lending while the remaining 3.7% in the influence of other variables that are not conscientious in research This.

Abstract

In the Islamic economic system, infaq is an instrument in the distribution of wealth as a form of gratitude for the pleasures that Allah has given to his people. Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources. Muslims are caliphs on earth who are given the authority to regulate everything that exists on earth. In relation, Eco Mosque is the development of places of worship that have concern for the reciprocal relationship between the environment for a sustainable life. Nature is managed and utilized for the common good and welfare. This type of research is a qualitative research with exploratory methods and content analysis using descriptive analysis as the nature of the research. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the use of infaq funds is allowed in the construction of the Eco Mosque program in the perspective of maqasid sharia. In this case, it is concluded that infaq funds in the perspective of Maqasid Sharia may be used in the construction of the Eco mosque, because it is intended for the welfare and benefit of the people.

Abstract

Dual Banking System sebagai sistem perbankan yang dianut di Indonesia. pengelolaan asset agar tidak terlalu banyak idlefund juga menjadi salah satu dari sekian banyak kebijakan yang diprioritaskan oleh manajemen baik bank konvensional maupun bank syariah.Dana pihak ketiga merupakan sumber pendapatan terbesar yang diperoleh oleh bank konvensional dan bank syariah, dana pihak ketiga dikelola sedemikian rupa agar fungsi lembaga keuangan bank tetap berjalan yaitu funding dan lending. Dalam praktiknya, Bank Syariah dan Bank Konvensional memberikan kredit/pembiayaan kepada UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah), baik secara langsung maupun melalui Microfinance, sesuai dengan target masing-masing lembaga keuangan bank. Oleh karena itu, konsep Dual Banking System harus diperjelas agar tingkat keamanan syariah bagi muslim benar-benar terjaga dari sisi pengelolaan asset, pendapatan dana pihak ketiga (DPK) oleh bank dan penyaluran dananya. Abstract

This article explains that (1) The Post-Merger Dual Banking System is banking that has been implemented in Indonesia. Management of assets together with third party funds with large incomes that have been obtained from conventional banks and Islamic banks, third party funds that run accordance with funding and lending. Conventional banks and Islamic banks provide credit financing to MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and differentiate in operations between conventional banks and Islamic banks, (2) this study aims to determine the concept of managing and distributing funds in the dual banking system in Indonesia before and after the merger, (3) the method used is a qualitative method in the form of a library (library research), (4) the results of the study that between Islamic and post-merger conventional banks continue to operate credit funds to the public.

Abstract

Waqf has enormous potential in helping to realize the welfare of the people. Waqf is included in the category of muamalah teachings where the recommendation to implement it is sunnah. The realization of community welfare which is the main goal of waqf can be realized if waqf is managed in a productive way. Productive management of waqf funds certainly cannot be separated from the existence of waqf fundraising. This study aims to determine how waqf fundraising at Micro Waqf Banks. The type of research in this study used a qualitative type of research using descriptive methods. Sources of data needed to assist research obtained through primary and secondary data. The process of collecting data in this study was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out through several stages which include data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the fundraising of waqf in the Micro Waqf Bank Bahrul Ulum Barokah Sejahtera Tambakberas Jombang was obtained from LAZNas (National Zakat Amil Institution) then the funds were managed and distributed productively by the Micro Waqf Bank in the form of business loans with a group system to the community around the pesantren.

Abstract

Foodbank adalah organisasi sosial nirlaba yang memiliki jaringan secara internasional bernama Global Foodbanking Network, berfungsi untuk menghimpun dan menyalurkan makanan berlebih yang dirasa layak untuk mengatasi kelaparan, mengurangi foodwaste, dan mengatasi masalah kemiskinan. Konsep Islamic Foodbank merupakan kolaborasi antara konsep Foodbank dengan konsep ZIS yang didukung adanya saling sinergi antara Foodbank dan BAZNAS. Bentuk sinergitas tersebut direalisasikan dalam bentuk Foodbank terdaftar sebagai LAZ di BAZNAS dan BAZNAS mendirikan Foodbank sebagai bentuk pengembangan pengelolaan dana ZIS agar lebih optimal. Konsep Islamic Foodbank dirancang untuk dapat diaplikasikan secara luas. Rancangan pengaplikasian konsep ini dimulai dari mendirikan Foodbank yang berbadan hukum resmi sekaligus terdaftar sebagai LAZ. Selanjutnya, langkah kegiatan dapat dilakukan secara siklus. Kegiatan dimulai dari langkah penilaian dan seleksi, pengimplementasian konsep Islamic Foodbank, melaporkan laporan keuangan, tercapainya capaian program, dan evaluasi. Konsep Islamic Foodbank cocok dan berpotensi untuk dapat di aplikasikan di Indonesia dengan didukung berbagai potensi yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode library research. Subjek penelitiannya adalah BAZNAS, tiga Foodbank yang ada di Indonesia (Foodbank Of Indonesia, FoodCycle Indonesia, dan Garda Pangan Surabaya). Objek penelitianya adalah konsep pengelolaan Foodbank dan ZIS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan taknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Katakunci: Foodbank, Zakat, Infak, Sedekah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out productivity, marketing, increased competitiveness, and improvement of creating economic development in the new normal era in Batik Sekar Jati Star Jombang. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study use observations, interviews, documentation. The results of the study showed that the speed in building economist creativity in the new normal era in batik Sekar jati star Jombang business is: first, productivity using output (output) and input (input) by predicting from the previous months. Second, marketing uses strategies that are only sold in the market, WhatsApp, and COD media. Third, increase competitiveness using good means of facilitating and allowing buyers to see the process of making them.

Abstract

Investment, literally is saving money with the aim of obtaining an expected return that is greater than deposit interest to meet the objectives to be achieved within a predetermined period of time and in accordance with the ability to capital, or it can also be interpreted as a sacrifice in the form of delaying current expenditures for get a better return in the future. (Putranto, 2016). The Islamic capital market is a capital market that is in accordance with Islamic sharia or in other words, the instruments used are based on sharia principles and the mechanisms used are also not Contrary to sharia principles. UNWAHA as one of the campuses in Jombang district which currently has an investment gallery that has been shaded by the OJK and cooperates with a securities company that provides a means of selling and buying sharia shares. UNWAHA Jombang is the 30th campus of universities in Indonesia that has open a sharia investment gallery to the public. The opening of this sharia investment gallery is carried out to fulfill the wishes of various parties, especially in terms of buying and selling sharia shares, as well as to fulfill a very important need as a means to carry out the practice of buying and selling shares which has become a lifestyle today.

Universitas KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbullah Tambakberas Jombang. Pembimbing Arivatu Ni’mati Rahmatika. Kholis Firmanasyah Kata kunci : Kinerja, Balanced Scorecard, Shariah Compliance Balanced scorecard merupakan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang berfokus pada empat perspektif yaitu, perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan karyawan, serta proses bisnis internal guna mengetahui kinerja suatu perusahaan. Sedangkan shariah complianced yaitu kepatuhan shariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen selanjutnya selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode balanced scorecard dengan empat perspektif tersebut dan juga melakukan analisis shariah compliance dengan acuan fatwa DSN MUI nomor 75/DSN/MUI/VII/2009. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa dilihat dari empat perspektif menggunakan metode balanced scorecard minimarket abimart cukup baik. Adapun kendala yang dialami minimarket karena belum lama berdirinya minimarket jadi sampai sekarang masih butuh banyak pembelajaran lagi. Dan untuk analisis shariah compliance sudah hampir semuanya sesuai syariah. Namun hanya saja minimarket belum bisa dikatakan minimarket berbasis syariah karena belum ada tanda bukti tertulis, jadi selama ini masih lisan perorangan saja.
