Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a very important role for the Indonesian economy, including the economy of the city of Padang. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the percentage of the number of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) compared to the total number of companies in 2010 was 99 percent, while the rest were large companies. In the same year the number of workers absorbed in this sector reached 97 percent of the total working workforce. This study aims to see the relationship between Workplace Spirituality and Employee Engagement in the Milling Sector of PT. Famili Raya Padang. The independent variable in this study is Workplace Spirituality and the dependent variable is Employee Engagement. The measuring tools used in this study are the Workplace Spirituality scale and the Employee Engagement scale. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total sample of 38 people. Test the validity and reliability using the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the Workplace Spirituality scale range from 0.361 to 0.852, while the reliability coefficient is 0.944. The results of the validity coefficient on the Employee Engagement scale range from 0.620 to 0.874, while the reliability coefficient is 0.978. The results of data analysis showed the magnitude of the correlation coefficient was 0.507 with a significant level of p = 0.001. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between Workplace Spirituality and Employee Engagement in the Milling Sector of PT. Family Raya Padang.

The problem in this research is how the contract Execution gold mortgage bank in BRI Syariah Padang. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to identify and analyze the implementation of the agreement pawning gold in BRI Syariah Padang. The method used in this study patterned Field Research with qualitative research. While the source of the data in this study were employees and customers of BRI Syariah. Data collection procedures that researchers do, observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was done by using Snowball Sampling (Snowball), the meaning is very dependent on the completeness of the data obtained in accordance with the purpose of the research is expected. The results of this study, BRI Syariah Padang continuously improve its performance based on Sharia Board Fatwa No.25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 and the National Sharia Board fatwa MUI No. 26 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 on gold pawn, allowed gold mortgage based on the principle of rahn. It is evident that the product pawning gold in BRI Syariah Padang increasingly accepted and people interested in the city of Padang.

Computer technology that is increasingly developing has created a situation that demands everything to be computerized. Science from technology has also changed the way of life of most Indonesians. The presence of information and communication technology affects the technology applied in information systems, especially the input and output mechanisms. One of them is at the Clinic which requires computer technology in its operations. The design of this website also uses 3 stages of Rapid Application Development (RAD) system design, the result of which is a website for a medical record information system. In order for clinical activities to run smoothly at the Clinic, an information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is needed because the software development process model is classified as an incremental technique and emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles. Medical record system testing will be tested using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing.

Background : Competition in the increasingly fierce business world makes entrepreneurs look for the right strategy to market their products. Consumer purchasing decisions are obtained from a learning process and a thought process that forms a perception. Method : The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 96 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using smartpls. Result : . The results obtained based on the partial test there is a significant positive effect on product quality on service quality. There is an insignificant positive effect of price on service quality. There is a significant positive effect of Product Quality on Buying Decisions. Conclusion : There is a significant positive effect of Product Quality on Buying Decisions through Service Quality. There is a positive and insignificant effect of price on purchasing decisions through service quality

This study aims to determine the major impacts of Capital Structure, Capital Expenditure and Firm Size on Company Value using Profitability as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 195 manufacturing companies and a sample of 60 companies using purposive sampling technique. This study used SPSS software version 25. Using the results of this study it was concluded that: (1) there is a significant influence between capital structure and profitability. (2) there is no effect between Capital Expenditure on Profitability. (3) there is no influence between Firm Size on Profitability. (4) there is a significant impact between capital structure and firm value. (5) there is no impact between Capital Expenditure on Company Value. (6) there is a significant effect between Firm Size and Firm Value. (7) there is a significant impact between Profitability on Firm Value. (8) Profitability is able to moderate the correlation between capital structure and firm value. (9) Profitability is not able to moderate the correlation between Capital Expenditure on Firm Value. Employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. The population in this study were all employees of Semen Padang Hospital. The sample selection technique used porpusive sampling and obtained a sample of 72 samples. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.0. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing that have been carried out, the results of the study can be said that Independent Ability has a significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. Self Efficacy has no significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. Self ability, compensation, and self efficacy together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. And the contribution of the independent variables Self ability (X1), Compensation (X2) and Self Efficacy (X3) to the dependent employee performance (Y) is 0.792 or 79,2%. While the remaining 0.208 or 20,8% is influenced by other variables outside the study. It is expected to always improve self-ability and compensation in the company, because self-ability and compensation can improve employee performance. Companies are also advised to increase Self Efficacy through increasing indicators related to Self Efficacy, because Self Efficacy has not been able to provide a significant influence on employee performance.

Nelayan melakukan aktivitas "Elo Pukek" atau menarik pukat (jaring) secara bersama-sama di Pantai Padang. Pemerintah setempat akan mengembangkan tradisi "Elo Pukek" sebagai salah satu atraksi wisata Kota Padang untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dan perekonomian nelayan
