Abstract

Education is one of the many areas that utilize technology to gain information. Selection of the majors on SMA N 1 Koto Baru still using manual processes using Microsoft office excel, this course requires a lot of time and energy. Therefore, to facilitate the school in the electoral process and to minimize majors operating costs, designing a decision support system for the selection of majors that can be used by the school to quickly and easily and can provide accurate information about the selection result graders majoring in SMA N 1 Koto Baru. Decision support system design election this department using fuzzy multiple attribute decision making with methods of saw. Using the model of the ASI (flow of information systems and the use of programing languages supported PHP MySQL database makes this system into a decision support system that can assist users in selecting majors in accordance with the wishes of students

Abstract

The importance of understanding mindsets to direct behavior in internet-based entrepreneurship is the effort in bringing entrepreneurial learning processes close to changes in entrepreneurial behavior. This study aims to determine the grouping of students’ mind sets in two growth and fixed categories, knowing the description of mind set content and internet entrepreneurial behavior in students, knowing the differences in internet entrepreneurial behavior based on student mindsets, knowing the correlation between mind set and internet entrepreneurial behavior, then know the contribution of mindset to internet entrepreneurial behavior. This research method with a quantitative approach, using a likert scale questionnaire instrument, the sample is students registered at UPI YPTK Padang in 2018/2019 academic year totaling 148 people, sampling from the population is done by purposive sampling technique, data analysis with percentage techniques in describing data, independent test sample t test for different tests, pearson correlation product moment analysis for testing the relationship of variables and the square of r for testing the contribution. The results of the analysis state that 45% of students with a fixed mind set and 55% with a growth mind set, students with a growth mind set have better internet entrepreneurial behavior with an average of 86.82%. Hypothesis testing states that there are differences in student internet entrepreneurial behavior based on personal mindsets, there is a fairly strong correlation between mind set with internet entrepreneurial behavior, with a contribution of 20.4%. It is proven that students with growth mindsets have higher behavior in internet entrepreneurial activities, therefore to increase the ability and interest of students in entrepreneurship must start from the approach to the correct mindset about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merekayasa teknologi Extensible Markup Language (XML) dan Extensible Messaging and Presence Potocol (XM) untuk menghadirkan komunikasi realtime pada aplikasi web. Dengan tujuan mengaplikasi jaringan permainan ular tangga multiplayer berbasis web, dengan memanfaatkan software library jQuery sebagai alat bantu perekayasaan XML dan Strophe.js yang mengimplementasikan protokol XM dalam JavaScript yang keduanya dibangun menggunakan JavaScript. Penggunaan teknik Bi-directional Stream Over Synchronous HTTP meningkatkan respon dan kinerja jaringan dimana aplikasi web bekerja tanpa melakukan refreshing halaman.Dengan menggunakan utilitas Strophe Builder yang tersedia pada library Strophe.js. Stanza XML direkayasa dengan mengacu kepada protokol permainan yang telah didefinisikan. Pendekatan dengan penggunaan permainan ular tangga dapat membantu anak-anak menghafal hari-hari besar nasional.

Abstract

One way to increase teacher professional development is through the provision of quality learning media, namely E-learning or Internet learning because it is a medium that can improve the quality of education. The purpose of this workshop is to be able to add new knowledge and experience for teacher in the implementation of learning methods, to be able to use the internet in the learning process and to be able to modify learning methods by utilizing information technology facilities as an effort to develop professional teachers. The method used starts from the planning stage, implementation to the evaluation stage. The workshop was carried out for two days. The first day is more focused on providing material while the second day is more focused on the practice of using e- learning module application technology. The workshop participants were very enthusiastic during the activity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk Media Pembelajaran Statistika Berbasis Android Dengan Teknik Peta Konsep Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Statistika Mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development, R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Plomp. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan tahapan pengembangan yaitu pembuatan prototype (protoype phase) validasi produk Media Pembelajaran Statistika Berbasis Android Dengan Teknik Peta Konsep. Produk divalidasi oleh tiga ahli yaitu ahli Bahasa, ahli matematika dan ahli teknologi Pendidikan. Adapun aspek yang dilihat adalah Penyajian/ Didaktik, Kelayakan Isi, Bahasa dan Kegrafikan/Tampilan. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi berupa angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Diperoleh hasil validasi untuk produk Media Pembelajaran Statistika Berbasis Android Dengan Teknik Peta Konsep untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa program studi sistem informasi universitas putra Indonesia YPTK Padang adalah sebesar 3,75 dengan kategori sangat valid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh VACA,VAHU dan STVA terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan apakah Profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh VACA, VAHU dan STVA terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tambang yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode purpose sampling yaitu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Linier Berganda dan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Hasil yang didapat secara parsial (uji-t) adalah VACA dan STVA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan VAHU tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prrofitabilitas (ROA). VACA, VAHU dan STVA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Profitabilitas (ROA) memediasi pengaruh VACA dan VAHU terhadap Nilai Perusahaan namun tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh VAHU terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Kontribusi VACA, VAHU dan STVA terhadap Prifitabilitas (ROA) adalah sebesar 65,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kontribusi VACA, VAHU ,STVA dan ROA terhadap Nilai Perusahaan adalah sebesar 48,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,1% merupakan kontribusi dri variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pelatihan dan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Hipotesis dan Path Analysis. Sampel perusahaan ini berjumlah 74 responden.. Berdasarkan penelitian yang didapatkan Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja dimana nilai signifikan. Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan POS terhadap disiplin kreja dimana nilai signifikan. Tidak Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan POS terhadap prestasi kreja dimana nilai signifikan. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pelatihan terhadap disiplin kerja dimana nilai signifikan. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja dimana nilai signifikan.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of the inflation rate, exchange rate,interest rate, and trading volume on the Composite Stock Price Index. Sampling using the Purposive Sampling method acquired 26 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of partial study (Uji-t) show that the inflation rate, exchange rate, and interest rate have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, while trading volume has no significant effect. The F test results jointly the inflation rate, exchange rate, interest rate, and trading volume have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. The coefficient of determination (R2) test result also shows that the inflation rate, exchange rate, interest rate, and trading volume have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index of 0,400 or 40,0% while the remaining 60,0% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

In the last two decades, the necessity of information management and technology system has been proven as a very crucial need for many enterprises or companies. The use of computers in the office automation and integrated system is a must for companies to establish themselves in the business world. One of the basic management information systems that are crucial in the accounting program is the use of doing business transactions are considered able to simplify and streamline the fundamental needs for running a business, such as marketing and operations is also a financial statement of a company. This study aims to measure the extent of the influence of the use of accounting software on performance reporting on financial companies, one of which is using MYOB accounting software in assisting the settlement of financial reporting in a company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which firm value is influenced by the company's dividend policy and ownership structure. The research population is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018, totaling 70 companies. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, the number of research samples is 20 companies. Data analysis used the estimation model test, classical assumption test, panel data regression, hypothesis testing consisting of the F test and t test. The results showed that: (a) debt policy partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value (b) dividend policy partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value. (c) institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value. (d) managerial ownership partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
