Abstract

The Region of interest (ROI) of the fundus photography is an important task in medical image processing. It contains a lot of information related to the diagnosis of the retinal disease. So the determination of this ROI is a very influential first step in fundus image processing later. This research proposed a threshold method of segmentation to determine ROI of the fundus photography automatically. Data to be elaborated were the fundus photography’s of 13 patients, captured using Nonmyd7 camera of Kowa Company Ltd in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital, Padang. The results of this processing could determine ROI automatically. The automatic cropping successfully omits as much as possible the non-medical areas shown as darkbackground, while still maintaining the whole medical areas, comprised the posterior pole of retina captured through the pupil. Thus, this method is  helpful in further image processing of posterior areas. We hope that this research will be useful for researchers.

Abstract

Inklusif merupakan sebuah pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua peserta didik yang memiliki kelainan dan memiliki potensi kecerdasan dan atau bakat istimewa untuk mengikuti pendidikan atau belajar dalam satu lingkungan pendidikan secara bersama-sama dengan peserta didik pada umumnya. Saat sekarang orang tua sangat tidak peka terhadap tumbuh kembang anaknya. Tumbuh kembang anak paling sering terabaikan karena banyak faktor salah satunya karena sibuk mengurus pekerjaan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dibuat agar membantu orang tua mengetahui tumbuh kembang anak dari perilaku sehari-hari. Karena banyak yang tidak menyadari, kalau perilaku keseharian anak-anak dapat menjadi faktor munculnya sebuah syndrome atau dikenal dengan anak kebutuhan khusus. Salah satu syndrom yang paling banyak berada pada pendidikan inklusif adalah Tunagrahita. Anak Tunagrahita merupakan anak yang mempunyai tingkat intelektual dibawah rata-rata. Maka dari itu orang tua harus mengenali lebih dini ciri-ciri tunagrahita pada anak. Untuk itu Penelitian ini juga bertujuan membangun sistem pakar untuk diagnosa anak tunagrahita. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem pakar ini adalah metode Forward Chaining.

Abstract

The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Abstract

Abstract: Industrial era 4.0 brought changes in the economic field, and the consequence of this era was the birth of the digitization process in all fields. Digital marketing for business players is a very important part, even for BUMNAG Nagari Lasi. To support and advance the business, BUMNAG must be able to compete with the competition in the supply of quality products, so the necessary marketing strategy is capable of increasing sales and market expansion, the only one with digital marketing. BUMNAG managers are expected to have a desire to use digital devices, especially when presenting the products they sell. BUMNAG's ability to manage marketing through digital media will make it easier for the products to be known by many people and in demand. However, there are still many BUMNAGs that do not use digital marketing media as a marketing strategy, which makes BUMNAG unable to compete with other SMEs that have used this medium. Therefore, it was considered necessary to implement the activity to carry out training in digital marketing in the advancement of the Kopi Lasi BUMNAG Nagari Lasi.Keywords: digital marketing; marketing strategy; bumnag; lasi coffee  Abstrak: Era industri 4.0 membawa perubahan di bidang ekonomi, dimana konsekuensi dari era ini adalah proses digitalisasi di segala bidang. Pemasaran digital bagi pelaku usaha menjadi bagian yang sangat penting, termasuk bagi Badan Usaha Milik Nagari Lasi (BUMNag). Untuk mendukung dan memajukan bisnis, BUMNag harus mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor dalam menyediakan produk yang berkualitas, sehingga diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan perluasan pasar, salah satunya adalah digital marketing. Pengelola BUMNag diharapkan memiliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan perangkat digital terutama dalam memperkenalkan produk yang mereka jual. Kemampuan BUMNag dalam mengelola pemasaran melalui media digital akan memudahkan produk untuk dikenal banyak orang dan diminati. Namun masih banyak BUMNag yang tidak menggunakan media digital marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran sehingga BUMNag kalah bersaing dengan pelaku UKM lainnya yang telah menggunakan media ini. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Dimana implementasinya dilakukan secara bertahap seperti sosialisasi, pendataan, pembuatan sistem informasi digital marketing dan juga pelatihan admin. Oleh karena itu pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar melalui pemasaran Kopi Lasi di BUMNag Nagari Lasi.Kata kunci: digital marketing; strategi pemasaran; bumnag; kopi lasi

Abstract

Small micro business is a business that is very helpful in various aspects of the Indonesian economy. In Padang city has various types of SME businesses. One of them is Catering. The development of catering business in this city is very rapid because of the many interests of the community to use these services. As a result, competition arises between businesses which shows a significant impact on the catering business so that each of these businesses must be able to create their own market by creating a Brand for their catering business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system to create E-Branding with the concept of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Abstract

Dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan bisnis di dalam dunia usaha, kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam bertindak merupakan suatu hal yang utama. Akibatnya muncul persaingan antar usaha yang memperlihatkan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap usaha sehingga masing-masing usaha tersebut harus mampu untuk menciptakan pasar mereka sendiri dengan cara menciptakan brand terhadap usaha yang mereka miliki. Selain itu Pengelolaan yang baik pada suatu perusahaan juga sangat diperlukan untuk memperlancar kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu dari sistem yang paling mendukung adalah sistem promosi. Promosi merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam memperkenalkan produk mereka ke pasaran. Penelitian ini melakukan sebuah survey pada Toko Nil Maizar Sport Apparel dimana merupakan tempat usaha penjualan perlengkapan olahraga yang berada di kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa dan menentukan tingkat efektifitas terhadap penerapan sistem informasi penjualan pada Toko Nil Maizar Sport Apparel dengan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah aplikasi promosi online, yang memiliki manfaat sebagai bentuk aktualisasi karakter usaha serta menunjang pemasaran dan meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

Expert systems are widely used in various types of fields, one of which is in the field of animal husbandry. The number of chicken farms that appear is not comparable with information and knowledge about raising chickens, so dependence on experts is the only solution in handling chicken disease problems. Expert systems can be a solution to problems that arise in terms of handling chicken disease. Expert systems that are built using the forward chaining method can work like an expert who can deduce the problem from the symptoms given. With the existence of an expert system, dependence on experts is no longer a solution in dealing with the problem of chicken disease, because ordinary people can also provide action like an expert.

Abstract

The use of computers in people's lives is growing as is the case with companies that provide scholarships for the children of employees who work at the company. The scholarship selection system is still done manually so it is ineffective and inefficient and requires a long time. By using a new system design to assist in data processing of spare part goods, producing a desired system a system is created. In this study the authors used the method of field research, interviews, library research and laboratory research, in conducting analysis using UML (Unified Model Language). The new system will be implemented later to improve the quality of information generated so that these designs can be useful for the company concerned.

Abstract

The development of information technology provides great benefits and convenience, both in terms of data processing and presentation of information on inventory of existing goods in organizations, agencies or companies. One of the business processes that can be developed through information technology is the company's supply chain management process. An inventory information system using a good Supply Chain Management (SCM) method will increase the productivity and performance of the company. In conducting the research conducted at the pharmacy, the aim was to improve the old system. By conducting direct observations in the field, several weaknesses were found from the system that was running at the Arafah Padang Pharmacy. The results of the analysis are applied in an application that is able to process inventory system data using the Supply Chain Management (SCM) method. With the design of an inventory system with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) method, it can be more helpful in processing drug inventory data and the existing inventory system can increase the effectiveness and work efficiency of Pharmacy employees.

Abstract

Computer technology that is increasingly developing has created a situation that demands everything to be computerized. Science from technology has also changed the way of life of most Indonesians. The presence of information and communication technology affects the technology applied in information systems, especially the input and output mechanisms. One of them is at the Clinic which requires computer technology in its operations. The design of this website also uses 3 stages of Rapid Application Development (RAD) system design, the result of which is a website for a medical record information system. In order for clinical activities to run smoothly at the Clinic, an information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is needed because the software development process model is classified as an incremental technique and emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles. Medical record system testing will be tested using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing.
