Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress variables and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Panverta Cakrakencana Pandaan. The number of samples is set to a total of 100 respondents with a sampling using simple random sampling method. Measurements in the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis method that used in the research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the AMOS 16.0 software.Results of hypothesis testing showed that the work stress variables and significant positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job stress negatively affects job satisfaction. Non-physical work environment positive effect on job satisfaction. Non-physical work environment negatively affect employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention. Path Analysis of the results showed that the direct effect of work stress and non-physical work environment to turnover intention of employees value is 0.226 and -0.335. The indirect effect of job stress and non-physical work environment on turnover intention through job satisfaction value is 0.095 and - 0.104.

Abstract

Turnover intention is common term we hear every day, especially in  X Company. The occurrence of turnover intention phenomenon is influenced by some factors such as compensation, organizational commitment, and leadership. This study aimed to analysing influence of compensation, organizational commitment, and leadership on turnover intention .In this study data were collected by spreading quationnaires to 60 employees in X Companies. Technique of data testing used was multiple linear regression.The result of the study shows that compensation, organizational commitment, and leadership negatively and significantly influence turnover intention in X Company. The result of the study shows that data has been qualified to be used as the multiple linear regression model. Based on the result Turnover Intention = -0.324 Compensation -0.306 Organizational Commitment -0.300 Leadership. The hypohtesis testing the writer concluded that: Compensation has significant and negative effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment has significant and negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Leadership has significant and negative effect on Turnover Intention. The value of Ajusted R Square is 31.6 % this means that the amount of influence   exerted   by   variables   Compensation, Organizational Commitment, and Leadership to  the changes that occur in the Turnover Intention is 31.6 % , while the 68.4% is explaining by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of incentives and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and Yogyakarta. Hypothesis testing is done by distributing questionnaires as much as 100. The analysis used is the result of validity test, reliability test, the hypothesis test with the aid of SPSS version 20 computer using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on calculation of data and analysis used, the regression equation is:Y = 0.474 X1 + 0.399 X2 (the regression I)Y = 0.220 + 0.335 X1 + 0.412 X2 Y1 (regression II)By using multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the variable incentive positive effect on job satisfaction with 5,873 tvalue greater than 1,661 ttable with figures of significance 0,000 < 0,05. Variable non-physical work environment positive effect on job satisfaction 4,943 tvalue greater than ttable. Variable incentive positive effect on employee performance with tvalue 2,854 greater than ttable. Variable non-physical work environment positive effect on employee performance with tvalue 4,510 greater than ttable. And variable job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance with tvalue 4,510 greater than ttable.It can be concluded that the variable incentives, non-physical work environment and job satisfaction have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Recently in  retail  market,  there was  a  phenomenom that  indicated  the marketdecrease. And then some company make a new strategy to adapt with the change of market. One of strategy was to increase the unplanned purchasing/impulse buying. Unplanned purchasing behavior (unplanned buying) or impulsive buying is something interesting for producers and retailers,because it’s a huge market share in the modern market. Then, the phenomenon of "impulse buying" is something that must be created. This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of display products against impulsive buying decision. (2) analyze the influence of below the line promotion against impulsive buying decision. (3) analyze the effect of positive emotions on purchase decisions impulsively.This study was analyzed by using a multiple regression analysis/OLS (Ordinary Leeast Square) with SPSS. The data population was all Sri Ratu’s consumer. Than data sample was chosen by accindental sampling. The data analyzed by classical assumption and hypotesys test .In collecting the data, the study analyzed primary data generated from the distribution of questionnaires from 97 respondents that consumers who buy the product at Sri Ratu.The analysis showed that: (1) Display product has positive influence on impulsive purchasing decisions. (2) Below the line promotion has a positive influence on purchase decisions impulsively. (3) Positive emotions has positive influence on impulsive purchasing decisions.From this research, positive emotion has a most affected on impulse buying decision. So the company must attract consumen’s positive emotion that will increased the selling.

Abstract

Turnover intention is a serious problem and can not be taken lightly within a company. In the current era of globalization, there are still many companies that experience turnover intention problems, which causes many employees in the company to decide to leave or move from the company where they work today. One of the companies that experienced this problem was Bank Jateng. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of salary satisfaction and career development on job satisfaction and to know the impact of both variables on turnover intention at PT. Bank Jateng.Data collecting method used in this research is a questionnaire with a sample of 100 employees of the Central Bank headquarters. The technique of sampling in this research using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, by choosing the appropriate samples with the objects and problems to be developed in the research.This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method to analize the data obtained in the research.The results of this study indicate that the variable of salary satisfaction and career development have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, both also give negative and significant influence to turnover intention of employees of Bank Central Java head office. Job satisfaction variable in this research, also give negative and significant influence to turnover intention of employees of Bank Central Java head office. These variables give effect of 28,8% to job satisfaction and 46,9% to turnover intention. The remaining 71,2% for job satisfaction variation and 53,1% for variation of turnover intention influenced by other variables outside this research. From the result of path analysis showed that job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of pay satisfaction on turnover intention with value of t table equal to 1,93, while for career development variable proven to be mediated by job satisfaction with t table equal to 5,41.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the performance level of employees at Bank IndonesiaSemarang which has not optimal. Based on interviews pre - survey indicated issues raised by job satisfaction, loyalty, and the work environment to support the process of employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, job loyalty, and non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of Bank Indonesia Semarang. This study uses three independent variables namely job satisfaction, job loyalty, and non-physical work environment with one dependent variable is the performance of employees.This  study  is  applied  toward  50  employees  in  Bank  Indonesia  Semarang  by spreading questionnaires to collect the data eith criteria of respondent minimum 10 years working life. Sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study include validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination.Based on the results of t - test and multiple linear regression analysis showed that job satisfaction, job loyalty, and non-physical work environment positive and significant effect on employee performance.The coefficient of determination shows that the performance of employees of Bank Indonesia Semarang influenced by job satisfaction, job loyalty, and non-physical work environment by 74.9% while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the   problems that often occur about the work discipline of the employee in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City. Various violations that often occur indicate that the lack of understanding and understanding about what is the discipline of their own work both in written and non-regulatory rules that exist in the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of work environment, compensation and work motivation to work discipline PDAM Tirta Moedal employees Semarang City.This research used independent variables such as work environment, satifaction compensation, and work motivation, as well as the dependent variable is the work discipline. Populations used were all employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City. The sampling technique used methode used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and obtained the sample of 71 people. Data  analysis  methods  used  are  quantitative  analysis  including  variable  index,  validity  and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on multiple linear regression test, the results indicate that the work environment have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the work discipline. Satifaction compensation have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the work discipline. And the last one, work motivation have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the work discipline. The coefficient of determination shows that the work discipline are influenced by work environment,  satifaction  compensation,  and  work  motivation  by  49,2% ,  while  the  remaining 50,8%are influenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and compensation on the employee performance with work satisfaction as intervening variable. However employee performance is the most important asset of all, there was a problem of decreasing employee performance at PT Telkomunikasi Indonesia Divisi Regional IV Jateng and DIY. Research gap from the previous research also becomes the background of this research.The data in this research were collected through questionnaires that implemented to 76 permanent employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divisi Regional IV Jateng and DIY. Analysis of the data in this research using Sobel test to test the effects of mediation. The program data using SPSS 21 program.This research indicated that intrinsic motivation have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but its not significant on employee performance, compensation have positive and significant effect on work satisfaction and employee performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence on employee performance. In addition, work satisfaction is proven as mediator relationship between intrinsic motivation and compensation on performance. With Total Determination test, intrinsic motivation, compensation and work satisfaction also give 69,48% contribution to the variety of employee peformance

Abstract

This research background by the complaints from managers and employees CV. Fan Jaya Logam. In the perceived grievances, there are problems associated with corporate leaders, working conditions, compensation and employee performance. By looking at existing problems, this research is directed to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, and motivation on employee performance CV. Fan Jaya Logam.In this study, researchers used census method, with a total respondents of 80 person. To facilitate troubleshooting, research was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0.The results of this study are : leadership has a positive influence on the performance of the employee, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive influence on employee performance. Suggestions for further research, you should consider other variables that are still closely related to the variables in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the incentives and non-physical work environment affected the motivation of employees and analyze its impact on the performance of employees in BRI Branch Office Pattimura. This research population refers to the employees of BRI Branch Office Pattimura. Samples taken by are 110 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique where not all members of the population in the same position have the opportunity to be selected into the sample.The results of this study indicate that non-physical work environment has a significant possitive influence on the motivation, incentives has a negative influence on the motivation and performance of employees, non-physical work environment and motivation have no significant positive effect on employee performance. The highest influential variable on work motivation and employee performance was non-physical work environment. This equation model has Chi-square value of 39.855 with the probability value above than the recommendation 0.05, and the value was 0,068.
