Abstract

This research  motivated by the decreasing performace level of teachers at  Vocational High School Bina Patria 2 Sukoharjo by showed a decreasing. Because the result of pre-survey showed decrease teachers performance by the compensation and leadership issues. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and  and  leadership through to performance of Vocational Hight School Bina Patria 2 Sukoharjo  teachers. Data was collected by using questionnares to 51 employees with sensus sampling method. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes the test of validity, reliability, classical assumptions and multiple regression.The results showing that compensation have positive and significant effect on teachers performance, leadership have positive and significant effect on teachers performance. Based the result, then the recommendation for the school to increase and pay attention on compensating and leadership applied there.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of supervisory and organization culture toward work discipline. The research is investigated the work discipline of employees who work in the was conducted to Ministry of Youth and Sport, Central Java. The independent variables are supervisory and organization culture, and dependent variable is work discipline. The data were collected by using purposive sampling method. Direct questionnare use to obtain the data with 59 respondents from Ministry of Youth and Sport, Central Java employees. The data were analyzed with multiple linear reggresion method using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 16. The research show that supervisory have a positive and significant influence on work discipline. Organization culture have a positive significant influence on work discipline. For the next research it’s recommended to add more variable and than to extend the population.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of problems of the many employees who left the company at PT Madu Baru Bantul, Yogyakarta. Moreover, according to the pre-survey interviews that have been done, there is a lack of communication between the leaders with employees. Objective of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, leadership, employee performance, and job satisfaction as intervening variables in PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakartace. Method of analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The samples in this study were employees of PT Madubaru amounted to 77 people. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method was using classic assumption test, path analylisis, as well as the coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis shows that organizational commitment, leadership, job satisfaction and employee performance was moderate. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis and test of Sobel test indicates that organizational commitment, leadership, positive influence on employee performance and job satisfaction mediate organizational commitment and leadership on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the work satifaction of PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment, leadership and job satisfaction by 32.o%, while the remaining 68,0% are influenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study. The coefficient of determination shows that the employees performance of PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment, leadership and job satisfaction by 47,7%, while the remaining 52,3% are influenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study

Abstract

Human resources is the main asset in every passage of the activity in the company. So that optimal attention should be given tothe employee. The background of this research is a decrease in the performance of employees at PT Luxindo Nusantara Semarang. Many factors that affect the performance of employees, including the leader who never involve subordinates in decision making, lack of reward and punishment system in the company that could affect employee motivation, and complaints from employees about the working environment that is not conducive so employees feel tired easily when working. Objective of this study was to prove the influence of leadership, motivation, and phsysical work environment on employee performance PT.Luxindo Nusantara Semarang This study uses independent variables including leadership, motivation, and physical work environtment, as well as the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The population in this study were employees of PT.Luxindo Nusantara Semarang and samples taken were 72 respondents.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that leadership, motivation, and physical work environment gives a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the performance level ofemployees at gombel golf semarang which has not optimal. Based on the results of pre – survey,  decrease employee performance problem that occurs is indicated by the leadership, motivation, and work discipline in supporting the process of employee performance.This studyaims to examineandanalyze the effect ofleadership, motivation work, and discipline work on the performance ofemployees of Gombel GolfSemarang.This study uses three independent variables are leadership, motivation, and discipline of working with one dependent variable is the performance of employees. Using the formula slovin, obtained a sample of 52 employees. And the data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire distributed to a sample that has been determined.The data analysis methodusedin this study includevalidity,reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, andthe coefficient of determination. Based on the results of t - test and multiple linear analysis showed that all hypothesis is accepted. Which mean  leadership, work motivation, and work discipline have apositive effect and significant on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic work ethic towards employee performance with organizational justice and organizational commitment as mediators. In this study, both primary and secondary data wereobtained. Secondary data were collected from various sources, such as journals, books and data obtained from the company, while primary data by usingquestionnaire.To measure the variables, it was used questionnaires distributed to 96 employees working in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang based on purposive sampling method. The techniquesof data analysis that used in this study is Partial Least Square using SmartPLS 3.2.8software to determine the path coefficient, the indirect influence ofexogenous variables on endogenous variables.Findings shows that, the Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect towards the organizational justice and organizational commitment. Organizational justice and organizational commitment also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.In addition, it is shown that organizational justice and organizational commitment proved tomediate the relationship between Islamic work ethic toward employee performance. Among organizational justice and organizational commitment is the most powerful in mediating the relationship between the Islamic work ethic and employee performance, namely organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work engagement and leadership on employee performance through organizational commitment as a intervening variable on the Head Office of PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City. This study uses data through the distribution of research questionnaries, and secondary data through journals and books.This study uses a probability sampling technique that is a random sampling. The sample in this study were employees at the Head Office of PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City, whose dound 75 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partian Least Square with SmartPLS 3.2.9 application to find path coefficients, and the direct or indirect influence of exogeneous on endogeneous variables. Analysis of the statistical testing result use alpha α = 0,05. While the results of the study show that work engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational commitment, leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational commitment, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addiction, organizational commitment variables can mediate an indirect relationship between leadership on employee performance but not to work engagement on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of compensation on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable on the primary schools Temanggung regency area. This study uses the independent variable that is compensation, the intervening variable that is work motivation, and the dependent variable that is teacher performance. The sample in the study was elementary school teachers in the Temanggung Regency which consisted of 20 districts. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling method. Collecting data was conducted by a questionnaire distributed directly to 100 elemtary school teachers. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.2.9 apllication to determine the path coefficient, and the direct or indirect effect of independent variable on dependent variable. The result of this reseach showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and work motivation. Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, work motivation variables can mediate an indirect relationship between compensation on teacher performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The contract system in terms of employment is often associated with various weaknesses and problems, relating to work relations such as low wages, limited benefits, no job security, and many more. This system also has the potential to cause losses from the workers side and more profits from the employers side. This study aims to understand and find out how the working conditions experienced by contract workers in government agencies are often referred to as "honorer", as well as started from various social phenomena or situations that discuss a lot of problems that are detrimental to employees. Then this research will prove whether the feeling of worries about the sustainability of work in the future (Job Insecurity) is also experienced by the honorary, along with the impact of these feelings, whether it affects the individual or the organization. The last objective is to find out what are the reasons and motivations that underlie employees choosing to work and remain as honorary status full of weaknesses and job insecurity.

Abstract

The performance is a result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an officer in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned. One of the causes of the declining performance of the employee is occupational safety and occupational health. This study aims to analyzed the effect of occupational safety and occupational health on employees performance at PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Jawa Tengah Unit Spinning 2. Sampling in this research was using the method of random sampling by taking a sample as much as 81 respondents on PT. Apac Inti Corpora Unit Spinning 2 and using analyze regression method. Collecting primary data is done using the methods a questionnaire, while collecting secondary data done with a method of literature and the source of the internet. Based on the results of the calculation of regression analysis it can be concluded that the variable that have the greatest influence on the performance of the employee is Occupational health (X2) with the value of coefficient regression of 0,371, while the Occupational safety variable (X1) has a value of coefficient regression of 0,272.   Keywords : occupational safety, occupational health, employess performance.
