Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran daring di era new normal di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa implementasi atau pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di prodi MPK menggunakan metode blended learning yang memadukan metode belajar tatap muka langsung berbasis online virtual dan metode belajar mandiri terstruktur dengan menggunakan media aplikasi sosial berbasis online. Hambatan yang ditemui dalam pembelajaran daring adalah minimnya penguasaan teknologi/ IT, keterbatasan kuota internet dan fasilitas belajar yang disebabkan faktor ekonomi, jaringan internet yang kurang stabil, fasilitas aplikasi online gratis yang kurang maksimal, faktor mahasiswa yang kurang aktif dan tidak disiplin, keterbatasan dalam memonitoring dan mengevaluasi proses belajar mengajar secara daring. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah dengan mengembangkan kemampuan di bidang teknologi/ IT, menggunakan fasilitas internet gratis dan cukup stabil yang disediakan kampus, mengatur dan menyiasati penggunaan fasilitas aplikasi online gratis secara efektif dan efisien, memberikan tugas tambahan bagi mahasiswa yang kurang aktif dan tidak disiplin, serta melaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi secara langsung kepada mahasiswa maupun berkordinasi dengan kustos, dosen perwalian, orang tua, dan pimpinan prodi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership of the principal at Kotamobagu Christian Senior High School, the characteristics of serving leadership from the principal, the supporting factors for the implementation of the serving leadership of the principal, and the factors that constrain the principal as a serving leader. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method which is carried out in Christian High School at Kota Kotamobagu. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study. From the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, it is then obtained (1) The leadership of the principal is leadership with a firm and tough figure, always based on the rules that apply in school, and is very concerned about the entire process of activities in the school. (2) Paying attention to all school activities, always prioritizing the welfare of teachers, not taking care of being a leader. (3) There is control from the foundation to attend school, there is supervision from the education office, and there is support from all school elements for the leadership of the school principal. (4) the principal's inability to control emotions, there is no dispensation for students who have not paid tuition fees, said the principal who often does not show an example. From these findings, it follows: The principal must know and understand how leadership serves according to the biblical perspective.

Abstract

Adolescents in their development are very quick to respond to any recent changes, including in the field of information and communication technology. Changes in various fields including science and communication information technology, known as the era of disruption, certainly have positive and negative impacts on society, including youth. It is a challenge for Christian Religious Education to continue to preserve today's youth, better known as millennial generation, to maintain the Christian character within themselves. Through this research, it will be explained how the efforts of Christian Religious Education teachers in shaping Christian youth karkater in the era of disruption. This research was conducted in junior and senior high school at the city of Manado. The study was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews with PAK teachers, observations in the school environment where the researcher as the main instrument was also a literature study by collecting data and information from various theories of the appropriate research results. Christian Religious Education teachers in schools play an important role in shaping the character of Christian youth so that through a number of steps the efforts in this paper will greatly assist teachers later.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk menganalisis penggunaan media pembelajaran PAK pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Negeri 4 Manado; (2) untuk menganalisis masalah-masalah yang dihadapi terkait penggunaan media pembelajaran PAK; (3) untuk menganalisis upaya apa yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah terkait penggunaan media pembelajaran PAK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 4 Manado. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh hasil (1) penggunaan media oleh guru sudah baik; (2) adapun masalah-masalah yang dihadapi yaitu jaringan tidak baik, kuota habis, tidak memiliki HP Android dan penyimpanan HP penuh; (3) upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah mengenai media seperti meningkatkan kualitas penggunaan media, menyediakan kuota belajar, menyiapkan ruang IT. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disarankan untuk sekolah memperhatikan sarana prasarana yang ada dan guru tetap kreatif dalam menggunakan media sesuai situasi dan kondisi.
