Abstract

Diabetic ulcers as a chronic complication of Diabetes Mellitus,where as many as 56% of cases of diabetic ulcers accompanied by infection will experience diabetic foot ulcers and will develop into tissue death, if not treated intensively can lead to amputation diabetic ulcer.The results of the case report found data on Mrs. N,namely the client said about ± 1 month the wound did not heal.The wound was located on the left lower extremity.The client says the wound smells, the client's wound looks red, swollen, wet and has pus, the wound is covered with a bandage.The condition of the bandage looks wet and there is blood,on the client's wound there is a lot of necrotic tissue on the edges and surface of the wound, the wound on the big toe of the left p: ±5cm L: ±6 cm and the wound on the back of the foot with a diameter of 6 cm.Pain in the leg with the wound, the pain feels like being stabbed-stab.Pain scale 4,occurs during activity and decreases at rest.The client looks tense when the wound on his leg is cleaned, and the client grimaces when the ulcer is pressed.The client said that while in the hospital his sleep was not comfortable.The results of the study found problems in Ny.N, namely damage to tissue integrity and pain.Based on the nursing problems above,a plan is drawn up and carries out nursing actions and evaluations that refer to the goals and outcome criteria.To prevent the increase of Diabetic Ulcers,it is recommended to hospital agencies to carry out intensive care and provide adequate information to patients about Diabetic Ulcers themselves.

Abstract

Hypertension is still a very important problem for health in the world, even now cases of hypertension are increasing in line with changes in unhealthy lifestyles. In the past, hypertension disease was mostly found in the elderly, but now the prevalence of hypertension cases at a young age is starting to approach cases in the elderly with a still high rate of 25.8%. The impact of hypertension on blood pressure causes damage to the kidneys (kidney failure), heart damage and brain damage (causing stroke). Hypertension can be treated by starting a healthy diet that is rich in fiber and nutrients. The content of cucumber juice is Mg, K, cellulose, H2O. The results of the preliminary survey conducted by the author, obtained information that at the Sarudik Health Center the number of hypertension cases in June 2019 were 29 patients, in July 2019 there were 20 patients. From the results of interviews with 5 hypertensive patients they had never tried cucumber juice, they only avoided high-fat and high-salt foods. Vegetable mentium is not a vegetable that is difficult to find in Central Tapanuli Regency. People may not know or believe that cucumber juice does not increase systole. This study aims to determine the relationship between cucumber juice and systolic reduction in hypertensive patients at the Sarudik Health Center, Pandan District, Tapanuli Tengah District. This research will be able to help hypertensive patients lower their blood pressure. This research is a quasi experimental research. The population in this study were hypertensive patients. The data were collected using a tensimeter before and after being given cucumber juice. The data obtained will be recorded, then analyzed the dependent test pre and post test through the "Paired T-Test", discussion, conclusions and suggestions. The targeted outputs are publications in accredited national journals and teaching materials. Technology Readiness Level (TKT) of this research is at level 1, namely proving the basic principles of technology (Basic Principle Report). The research focus areas are health and medicine with the theme of developing and strengthening institutional systems, health policies, and community empowerment in supporting drug self-sufficiency. The research topic is strengthening knowledge and developing community habits in healthy behavior.

Abstract

The very rapid development of technology today has resulted in major changes for society, especially teenagers and students. The development of traditional games has become modern games with the existence of an internet network called Online Games. Data in Indonesia statesThe number of school-age children in 2017 (10.1%) are addicted to Online Games, in Korea 2.4% and 10.2% aged between nine and thirty-nine years, in China 13.7% and in America there are 1.5% to 8.2% who experience addiction3 . Based on the initial survey, it was found that almost all high school students have a cellphone / smartphone device that can access games. This study aims to determine whether there is an impact of online game addiction on eye fatigue in high school students in Sibolga City. This research is a descriptive analytic study. The population in this study were high school students in Sibolga City. Sampling was stratified random sampling. The tool used is a questionnaire.

Abstract

Iron anemia that occurs during pregnancy is a condition where the Hb level of pregnant women in the first and third trimesters is below 11 gr/dl. The proportion of pregnant women who experienced anemia in 2013 was 37,1% and increased in 2018 to 48,9%.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving red spinach juice in increasing Hb level in anemic pegnant women.This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach through one group pre-post test.This research was carried out in the Work Area of the East Lahewa Health Center in November 2020.The population in this research were all 52 pregnant women who were anemic.The sample in this study were 20 Pregnant mothers.The analysis was carried out by statistical testing, namely the paired t-test to identify the effectiveness of giving red spinach juice in increasing the HB content of pregnant women with anemia before and after treatment.The results showed that there was an effect of consuming red spinach juice on the increase in Hb content in pregnant women with a p-value of 0.000.The results of this research are expected to be able to overcome the problem of pregnant mothers anemia with red spinach juice

Abstract

According to WHO in 2012 it was stated that around 42% of the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the world and an estimated 48% were in Asia, 57% in Africa, 25% in Europe and 24% in America. The purpose of this study was to make a biscuit product that is rich in iron sources based on local food in the form of spinach which is used as an additional food for pregnant women using 15 respondents for organoleptic tests and the Friedman Test was carried out to see differences in preferences for the parameters measured. The results of the descriptive organoleptic test on color showed that most of the respondents stated that the most preferred color, texture, and taste were biscuits in formula F2 (75%), while the assessment of the aroma aspect showed that most of the respondents stated that the most preferred aroma was biscuit in formula 1 (50%). In the Friedman Test with a significant level of = 0.05, the results obtained that there was no significant difference in the results of the color and aroma test and there was a significant difference in the results of the texture and taste tests owith a P value of 0.000 <0.005, meaning that spinach biscuit was effective in increasing Hb levels of pregnant women who are anemic.

Abstract

The nutritional status of children under five is an important health indicator, because children under five are a group that is vulnerable to nutritional health. One type of PMT that fulfills these needs is by giving processed tempeh which is modified into the form of nuggets,it is hoped that toddlers will be interested so that they have the will to consume it.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tempeh nuggets consumption on weight gain of undernourished children under five in the working area of ​​Hutabalang Health Center Central Tapanuli Regency in 2021. This type of research is a quantitative study with a one group pre-post test approach with a quasi-experimental research design as many as 15 undernourished toddlers. The results of the study the average weight of undernourished toddlers before being given tempeh nuggets was 8,587 and after being given tempeh nuggets for 14 consecutive days the average weight of toddlers became 8,967 with the meaning that there was an increase in toddler's weight although not too significant with an average increase in body weight. undernourished toddlers by 0.38 kg.The results of the statistical paired T test showed that the t value was -4.551 with a P-value of 0.000<0.005,meaning that tempeh nuggets were effective in increasing the weight of undernourished children under five.It is hoped that mothers who have under-fives with malnutrition provide additional food intake in the form of processed tempeh as a side dish or snack with high protein content so that toddlers quickly recover to their normal weight.
