Abstract

Data security is an important priority, as it relates to privacy, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and customer and sales data. The confidentiality and security of customer and sales data is the most important thing in conducting business in the industrial 4.0 era, which is now all-digital. Therefore, the research objective in this paper is to secure customer data using the RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) cryptographic algorithm implementation. The strength and security of the RSA algorithm lie in the level of difficulty in factoring numbers into prime factors. The research in this paper uses customer data and car sales at PT. Sutan Indo Various Cars Pematangsiantar. Based on these data, a decryption encryption application will be built using the RSA algorithm. This RSA cryptographic algorithm uses a key length of 1024 bits and plaintext in the form of files with the extension Microsoft Office. The first step is to convert the plaintext and the key into hexadecimal form. The results showed that the length of the file used would affect the encryption and decryption process time. The longer the file size, the longer it will take for the encryption and decryption process. So it can be concluded that the RSA algorithm is effectively used to secure data that is not too large in file size.

Abstract

Before performing prayers, Muslims must first take ablution water. So far, the provision of ablution water from mosques and prayer rooms is almost 100% using a faucet that is turned manually, sometimes it is troublesome and water is often wasted (wasteful). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a prototype automatic ablution water controller in the form of developing a system with an Arduino-based ultrasonic sensor. The tool that is built based on the prototype will be able to issue ablution water automatically and stop automatically, depending on the limb that is brought close to the end of the pipe that will discharge the water. This monitoring works by using an ultrasonic sensor, where the object under the sensor becomes the input. The ultrasonic sensor will be connected to the Arduino microcontroller which is useful for running this system, which provides information on the relay to activate the mini water pump and release water. So it can be concluded that this system is able to help control the use of ablution water to be more efficient.

Abstract

In a pandemic like this, hand washing soap has an important role in accompanying the daily activities of the community that cannot be separated from health protocols. Therefore, there are many kinds of hand washing soap in circulation. The many brands and variants of hand washing soap make it difficult for consumers to choose the right hand washing soap for them to use. The source of this research data was obtained by conducting interviews and giving random questionnaires to the community of 100 respondents in Pematangsiantar city. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, there were 5 assessment criteria for hand washing soap products, namely price (C1), how to obtain (C2), composition / content (C3), aroma (C4), and packaging (C5) and 6 alternatives used.including lifebuoy (A1), Dettol (A2), Sleek (A3), Sanitary (A4), Nuvo (A5), Carex (A6). This study uses a decision support system with the VIKOR method. The results of the study indicate that A2 = Dettol with a VIKOR value of 1.047 is an alternative that suits consumer needs. It is expected that the results of this study can provide information and help consumers in determining the right product.Keywords: SPK, VIKOR, Hand Washing Soap, Consumer, Selection

Abstract

English is one of the important components in realizing a quality college and being an international language means the language that will be used when conducting conversations between countries or nations. To realize a quality college, STIKOM Tunas Bangsa began to impose an increase in learning English. However, this was found to be an obstacle, namely the low interest of students in learning English. In this study will be determined the factors that are the main reason for the low interest of students in learning English. Data inputted based on the results of the questionnaire with the STIKOM Tunas Bangsa case study, then processed using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method by determining the alternatives to be used as reference in retrieval. decisions, namely, the level of difficulty, the level of understanding, environmental factors, and the role of the lecturer. The test results show that the WSM method is able to produce factors of low student interest in learning English based on the required criteriaKeywords: English Language, Decision Support System, WSM Method, Student Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to classify the factors causing the decline in student achievement during the pandemic using the C4.5 datamining method. Sources of research data were obtained by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to 7th semester students of the 2020-2021 school year information system study program. Attributes that used in the classification of the factors causing the decline in student achievement include: Learning Method (C1), Study Time (C2), Material Understanding (C3), Giving Assignments (C4) and Environment (C5). The results of the calculation show that the Material Understanding (C3) attribute is the attribute that most influences the decline in student learning achievement. Testing was also carried out using the help of Rapidminer software and obtained an accuracy of 97.5%.Keywords: Classification, Datamining, C4.5, learning achievement, Pandemic

Abstract

Eggs are an animal product that comes from poultry. Eggs are known as a food that contains nutrients that are very good for the body because they contain a high protein source. Apart from being nutritious, people consume a lot of eggs because the price is relatively cheaper than other protein foods. This research was conducted on the Raffa Egg business located in Pematangsiantar City. The data collection process was carried out by means of interviews and observations with Raffa Eggs. This study aims to predict the number of purchases of European chicken eggs from suppliers. The research was conducted using Tsukamoto fuzzy logic with 3 variables, namely sales (x), inventory (y) and purchases (z). where the sales variable (x) consists of 2 fuzzy sets, including increasing and decreasing, inventory (y) consisting of many and few fuzzy sets and purchasing (z) consisting of many and few fuzzy sets. The results of the calculation of the prediction of the number of purchases of European chicken eggs with sales of 6500 and inventory of 25 000 are 29583 items.Keywords: Eggs, European chicken eggs, Fuzzy, Tsukamoto, Pematangsiantar

Abstract

Abstract−This study aims to provide input, especially for novice make-up in choosing the best foundation, considering that foundation is one of the main components in make-up which is very influential in the perfection of make-up. The algorithm used in this study is the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP). There are 5 factors used in the selection foundation, namely the durability of the foundation, the age of the product, the price, the color variants presented, and the coverage or ability of the foundation to cover deficiencies in the face. The foundation products used in this research are Lt-Pro Smooth Corector, Kryolan, Ultima II, Naturactor, and Este Lauder. The implementation of the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) in the selection of foundations for beginners can be applied. The result was that Kryolan foundation could be an alternative for beginners who were confused in choosing a foundation. Abstract

Washing hands with a handsanitizer can inhibit growth and kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. The aim of this study was to analyze the determination of the best handsanitizer based on consumer choice. The data collection method is done by interviewing consumers who use handsanitizer in Pematangsiantar city. Based on these results, it can be obtained the assessment criteria for Material Content (C1), Type (C2), Aroma (C3), Availability of Goods (C4). The alternatives used are 4, namely: A1 = Dettol, A2 = Antis, A3 = Nuvo, A4 = Lifebouy. The results of research using the EXPROM II method show that the Dettol (A1) handsanitizer product with a value of 1.1594 is recommended to be the best handsanitizer product based on consumers. It is hoped that the research results can provide information to consumers in determining the best handsanitizer based on predetermined criteria and alternatives.Keywords: Decision Support System, EXPROM II, Handsanitizer

Abstract

Abstract−BLT-DD, which stands for Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance, is a village assistance program with the type of cash or assistance or various other types of assistance, whether conditional or unconditional for underprivileged people. The selection of BLT-DD recipients needs to be done accurately so that recipients who really need will receive BLT-DD. To be able to determine the BLT-DD recipient, one of artificial intelligence is needed, namely fuzzy mamdani logic which has a simple structure using min-max or max-product operations with a set of predetermined rules, namely IF-AND-THEN. Then supported by the Matlab application (R2007b) as a decision maker through the program provided. Abstract

This study aims to utilize Clushtering Algorithm in grouping the number of people who have health complaints with the K-means algorithm in Indonesia. The source of this research data was collected based on the documents of the provincial population which had health complaints produced by the National Statistics Agency. The data used in this study are data from 2013-2017 consisting of 34 provinces. The method used in this research is K-means Algorithm. Data will be processed by clushtering in 3 clushter, namely clusther high health complaints, clusther moderate and low health complaints. Centroid data for high population level clusters 37.48, Centroid data for moderate population level clusters 27.08, and Centroid data for low population level clusters 14.89. So that obtained an assessment based on the population index that has health complaints with 7 provinces of high health complaints, namely Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Kalimantan, Gorontalo, 18 provinces of moderate health complaints, and 9 other provinces including low health complaints. This can be an input to the government to give more attention to residents in each region who have high health complaints through improving public health services so that the Indonesian population becomes healthier without health complaints.Keywords: data mining, health complaints, clustering, K-means, Indonesian residents
