Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the cause and consequence of economic growth, technological progress,as well as conceptual innovation, which are are interrelated, interconnected and interwoven. Searching for individuals that are willing to share their knowledge and expertise shouldbe in line with a comprehensive and effective learning strategy that meets up with the demand of the market and government. This study aims to develop the skills and knowledge of Acehnese students that are willing to make entrepreneurship their career. Furthermore, it brings scholars closer to education, entrepreneurial culture, and business opportunities, as well as the latest business management science. The study of the importance of entrepreneurship education is also part of the entrepreneurship culture and practice of values of professionalism and higher ethics. The entrepreneurship education index had a negative impact on staying at home during Covid-19.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas hambatan pencapaian guru dalam jabatan terhadap integrasi teknologi, dengan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) sebagai kerangka evaluatif. Analisis data berdasarkan interaksi antar komponen inti TPACK mengungkapkan bahwa peserta kesulitan mengembangkan pengetahuan baru. Kurangnya pengalaman pedagogis membatasi pengembangan pendekatan integrasi teknologi yang tepat. Membuat basis pengetahuan baru berdasarkan komponen pengajaran yang berbeda bisa jadi sulit bagi guru dalam jabatan karena membutuhkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pengetahuan inti dan interpretasi konteks pengajaran dan dinamikanya. Mengembangkan Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) merupakan faktor sangat penting dalam integrasi teknologi secara keseluruhan; para guru harus memprioritaskan untuk memperoleh PCK sebelum mengintegrasikan teknologi. Dalam pendidikan calon guru profesi, pengembangan PCK harus didukung dengan pengalaman mengajar yang sebenarnya. Hasil kajian dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga sehubungan dengan fokus yang tepat pada integrasi teknologi dan mengenali batasan dan tantangan dalam prinsip TPACK untuk mereka yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam mengajar dan mereka yang merancang aktivitas berbasis TPACK.

Abstract

Kajian ini dilaksanakan untuk membudayakan sikap positif dan pemikiran kreatif terhadap kewirausahaan di kalangan masyarakat muslim Selain itu kajian ini juga mempunyai tujuan mendalami pandangan masyarakat muslim yang berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor yang diberikan penekanan dalam memilih profesi wirausaha serta kepentingan memilih profesi wirausaha. Kajian ini juga akan mengupas persoalan konsep wirausaha dan kewirausahaan mengikut pandangan barat dan menurut perspektif Islam serta melihat perbedaan di antara kedua-dua perspektif tersebut. Selain itu akan dihuraikan juga kontribusi wirausaha dalam kalangan masyarakat muslim terhadap pembangunan ekonomi negara. Selanjutnya memperincikan kepentingan nilai dan etika Islam dalam usaha perniagaan serta menelusuri ciri-ciri keperibadian Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai model wirausaha berjaya dan cemerlang yang sepatutnya menjadi contoh untuk setiap wirausaha muslim. Di akhir kajian, pengkaji mengemukakan beberapa usulan kepada pihak tertentu untuk diberi perhatian terhadap masalah yang dikaji seperti sistem pendidikan kewirausahaan di negara muslim.

Abstract

This study reviewed the effects of the government's efforts to continue to develop the teaching profession as a strong and equal profession with other professions. The study aims to identify the government has made efforts to improve teacher professionalism, including increasing qualifications and higher educational requirements for teaching staff from the school level to tertiary institutions. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach and document analysis. The results of this study try to reveal, analyze, and deal with words as the main tool to give meaning to the research data of the teaching profession program. Teachers are professional positions, therefore teachers must be professional. A number of studies have proven that professional teachers are one of the important indicators of quality schools. Thus, the development of the teaching profession needs to be carried out. Teacher professional development is a process to assist teachers in doing their job effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to introduce new tools that will help educators to be more effective in learning. In a review of the theory, framework and model of eLearning, Mayes and de Freitas especially that it is important to explain about the assumptions that build e-learning design, they claim that in fact there is no specific model for e-learning, only an improvement of the existing learning model that uses e-learning. technology to achieve better learning outcomes. Google Classroom is one of the free services by Google package within Gsuite for Education. This training was carried out for teachers in the fields of economics and entrepreneurship throughout Aceh online via Zoom meetings. It promotes paperless instruction to streamline tasks, can improve collaboration and communication to make teaching more productive and meaningful. Google Classroom can be easily deployed at the URL classroom.google.com, educators can set up classes in minutes and create content for students. He is also free to school, best in class security is also included at no cost to plan holders. The platform also integrates with other Google tools to help educators provide feedback and track progress to improve performance, it also has a mobile app for easy access anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat membuat peserta didik aktif, dan kritis adalah metode inquiry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbandingan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode inquiry dengan metode konvensional pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Untuk menganalisis data maka digunakan program SPSS versi 24, sebelum melakukan analisis independent sample T test, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas sebagai syarat melakukan uji independent sample T test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan metode inquiry dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode konvensional pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. Dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata post-test kelompok eksperimen adalah 86,48 dan post-test kelompok kontrol 81,67 dimana nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol. Melalui uji independent sample T test untuk menguji hipotesis didapatkan hasil nilai sig(2-tailed) 0.016 0.05 maka tolak Ho terima Ha yang berarti nilai rata-rata siswa kelas inquiry lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas konvensional. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Inquiry, Konvensional, Pre-test, Post-test

Abstract

In today's era, marked by rapid advancements in communication methods and an abundance of information, computer literacy has become an urgent necessity for university students. Computers play a central role in both administrative and academic transactions, starting with semester registration, which is primarily conducted online. Computer culture possesses distinctive characteristics and advantages that set it apart from other fields of study. However, the concept of computer culture cannot be universally defined, and its levels are difficult to ascertain, as the competencies of computer-educated individuals vary from person to person and over time. What may be considered a luxury in one country may be deemed a necessity in another. To assess and gauge the level of computer culture among university students, a computerized scale consisting of 40 items with five multiple-choice alternatives was developed. Additionally, a 21-item computerized scale was created to determine their proficiency in electronic information retrieval, utilizing a five-point Likert scale. The results indicate that the students possess computer literacy and are skilled in searching for information electronically.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education financing through the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SMA Negeri 1 Tripe Jaya in Gayo Lues Regency. The research method employed was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were the school principal and treasurer of SMA Negeri 1 Tripe Jaya. The object of the study was the education financing through the BOS funds at SMA Negeri 1 Tripe Jaya. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. They were then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the planning of education financing through BOS funds at SMA Negeri 1 Tripe Jaya was considered good because it was done carefully and according to plan. A good planning process ensures the effective and efficient use of BOS funds to improve the quality of education. Evaluation of financing through BOS funds provides suggestions for improvements for future planning and implementation.

Abstract

This article explores disaster management, focusing on ethical considerations and fair allocation of relief resources in public health disasters. Disasters require emergency resources to aid and protect affected populations, raising ethical questions about fair allocation of relief funds for speedy recovery. Research in crisis situations presents moral dilemmas, balancing the ethical obligation to protect study participants' interests with the necessity for research. This literature review examines these topics in disaster response and recovery, emphasizing virtues such as caution, courage, justice, stewardship, vigilance, resilience, selfless charity, and communication in catastrophe response. Using the PRISMA method, relevant peer-reviewed articles were selected, highlighting the need for further research in disaster mitigation and management. The paper emphasizes the importance of justice and ethics in crisis situations, underlining the fundamental role of ethics in driving societal changes. Intending to enhance disaster management, this study introduces ethical concepts to stimulate discussions among disaster responders and managers. As an original contribution, this paper provides valuable insights for disaster management students and educators, significantly contributing to understanding the relationship between disaster prevention and management, and offering relevant recommendations to enhance disaster management outcomes.
