Abstract

Sebagai perusahaan pelayaran yang memilki begitu banyak peti kemas maka PT Salam Pasific Indonesia Lines menggunakan lapangan penumpukan (Depo) untuk menyimpan sementara peti kemas yang akan dimuat atau baru saja di bongkar dari pelabuhan, lapangan penumpukan adalah tempat penyimpanan sementara peti kemas, maka sangatlah penting pelayanan kegiatan bongkar muat dilapangan penumpukan untuk terus memperbaiki dan meningkatkan pelayanan dalam menangani pergerakan petikemas. Dalam meningkatkan produktivitas bongkar muat peti kemas di depo PT SPIL adalah dengan mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja, peralatan bongkar muat lift on/off dan efektivitas lapangan penumpukan terhadap produktivitas bongkar muat peti kemas. Salah satu cara yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah laporan produktivitas bulanan selama 2 (dua) tahun Periode (Januari2017-Desember 2018) dari 5 (lima) Depo PT SPIL yang diambil melalui teknik sampling purposive. Artinya apabila terjadi peningkatan pada tenaga kerja, peralatan bongkar muat lift on/off dan efektivitas lapangan penumpukan maka akan semakin meningkat pula produktivitas bongkar muat peti kemas di depo spil. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda.

Abstract

Meningkatnya arus peti kemas setiap tahun di lingkungan pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya memicu PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan menciptakan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan demi peningkatan kepuasan stakeholder. Peningkatan pelayanan ini tidak lepas dari kontribusi Terminal Peti Kemas Nilam sebagai salah satu terminal peti kemas domestik milik PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) yang berlokasi di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Aktivitas pelayanan di lapangan penumpukan peti kemas menjadi kunci dalam peningkatan pelayanan bongkar dan muat kapal, hal ini dikarenakan pelayanan di dalam lapangan penumpukan adalah awal dari kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Operator RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry), Operator HT (Head Truck) dan Stackman yang menjadi pemeran utama dalam pengiriman muatan peti kemas dari lapangan penumpukan ke dermaga saling memiliki keterkaitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan muatan peti kemas dan human factors terhadap kinerja operator RTG di Terminal Peti Kemas Nilam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah operator RTG dan operator CC yang bekerja di Terminal Peti Kemas Nilam. Sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling yang berjumlah 33 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana sampel penelitian diperoleh dari responden yang bekerja sebagai operator di Terminal Peti Kemas Nilam. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi online menggunakan Google Forms. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelayanan muatan peti kemas dan human factors secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja operator RTG. 21,4% Kinerja operator RTG dipengaruhi oleh variabel pelayanan muatan peti kemas dan human factors, sisanya 78,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak terdapat di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the marketing mix affects the market share of loading and unloading dry bulk at Jamrud Terminal. Design / methodology / approach: The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis Findings: The research is conducted on the service users of Jamrud Terminal Research limitations / implications: This study is only limited by using four independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables are product, price, promotion and place. The dependent variable is market share Practical Implications: The population is 54 employees determined by the Slovin formula and random sampling. Abstract

This study aims to determine how influential the marketing mix (product, price, place, promo) on the sales volume of the Samsung brand, especially in Phonemart stores, the factors causing the increase and decrease are due to intense competition with many competing companies. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) and several observations. The population in this study were 80 samples who bought Samsung mobile phones. The type of research used is quantitative, sampling using the Slovin formula with Data Management Techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the marketing mix has an effect on sales volume. Partially, product and place affect sales volume. The place variable is the dominant variable affecting the sales volume of the Samsung brand.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality (X1) and trust (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT. Berkah Multi Cargo Logistics. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing a total sampling method with 32 logistics service customers as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed to analyze the data. The results reveal a significant positive relationship between service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (Y), as well as between trust (X2) and customer satisfaction (Y). Moreover, both service quality and trust demonstrate a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) is calculated as 0.749, indicating that 74.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by the combined influence of service quality and trust. This research employs survey methodology within a quantitative framework, employing both descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. The findings imply that enhancing service quality and fostering trust are pivotal in achieving customer satisfaction in the logistics services sector. These insights contribute to the body of knowledge in logistics management and offer practical implications for PT. Berkah Multi Cargo Logistics and similar industry professionals worldwide. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of workplace culture and environment on employee performance at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera. The study employed a random sampling technique, with a sample size of 72 respondents comprising management employees from the company's headquarters and the East Java region. Data analysis involved validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, and simultaneous F-tests. The research findings confirm the validity and reliability of the indicators used. The classical assumption tests revealed normal data distribution without symptoms of heteroscedasticity or multicollinearity. The results indicate that both workplace culture (X1) and environment (X2) significantly affect employee performance. Additionally, the simultaneous influence of workplace culture and environment on employee performance is evident. These findings contribute to the understanding of the importance of fostering a conducive culture and work environment to enhance employee performance. The implications of this research can guide organizations, particularly in the maritime industry, to create supportive work environments and cultivate positive cultural values to optimize employee performance.
