Abstract

ABSTRAKKota Langsa merupakan salah satu kota penghasil produk terasi  di pulau Sumatera. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini menemukan bahwa pada umumnya pelaku UKM terasi Kota Langsa masih melakukan kegikatan produksi secara manual, baik pada proses produksi maupun pengemasannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan produksi mitra. Penetapan tujuan tersebut tidak lepas dari proses penggilingan mengandalkan penyewaan mesin penggiling, pencetakan terasi ala kadarnya, dan pengemasan yang relatif sederhana. Dari proses yang sederhana tersebut memakan waktu lebih lama dalam kegiatan produksinya. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelaku usaha terasi di Desa Simpang Lhee Kota Langsa dengan nama Kelompok Usaha Nazwa yang memiliki tiga anggota dalam menjalankan usahanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi : a) observasi, b) pengadaan alat produksi, c)  pelatihan alat produksi, d) pelatihan pengemasan, e) Pelatihan pemasaran digital. Pelatihan teknologi produksi dilakukan dengan cara: Pertama mendesain dan mengadakan alat penggiling beserta mesin cetak terasi  sehingga mampu menetak terasi dengan lebih cepat. Kedua,  pelatihan pengemasan produk terasi yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif dengan mengandalkan sumberdaya yang dimiliki mitra. Ketiga, melatih pemasaran produk terasi menggunakan media sosial. Dari hasil pelatihan dalam kegiatan pengabdian, mitra mampu melakukan kegiatan produksi dengan lebih efisien dan mampu menjual produk terasi dengan cakupan wilayah yang lebih luas ke luar Langsa dan Aceh sampai dengan dua puluh persen. Kata kunci: peningkatan produksi; mesin penggiling; pencetakan terasi; pemasaran digital ABSTRACTLangsa City is one of the cities producing shrimp paste products on the island of Sumatra. This community service activity found that in general, the small and medium-sized enterprises in Langsa City still carry out production activities manually, both in the production process and packaging. It can be seen that the milling process relies on the rental of grinding machines, perfunctory shrimp paste printing, and relatively simple packaging. From this simple process, it takes longer in production activities. Partners in this activity are shrimp paste business actors in Simpang Lhee Village, Langsa City with the name Nazwa Business. The solution provided by the team  in increasing the competitiveness of shrimp paste business actors is a digital marketing and production technology training approach. Production technology training is carried out by First, designing and procuring a grinder and a shrimp paste printing machine so that they can print shrimp paste faster. Second, training on shrimp paste product packaging that is more creative and innovative by relying on partners' resources. Third, train the marketing of shrimp paste products using social media. From the results of training in service activities, partners can carry out production activities more efficiently and can sell shrimp paste products with a wider area coverage outside Langsa and Aceh. Keywords: Production increase; grinding machine; shrimp paste printing; digital marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the right and competitive business strategy in maintaining and developing the Rega Bakery and Cake bakery business in Langsa City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interviews and document studies. Source determination using purposive sampling technique. Data validity was tested by source triangulation. The data analysis method used is an analysis of the company's internal and external environment which is the basis for conducting a SWOT analysis. The results of the study are that Rega Bakery and Cake is in quadrant II and the strategy that must be implemented is a diversification strategy through market penetration by expanding market share through marketing/promotion efforts, market development by expanding market share geographically is a new area and product development by modifying the product . It is recommended that this business always improve service quality with the concept of Customer Oriented. Provide good facilities for customers. Carry out marketing activities on a regular basis with accuracy and precision and neatness to increase revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Mopoli Raya Unit I of Langkat Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, and Determination Test (R2). The results obtained by Y = 1,212 - 0,002X1 + 0,230X2 + 0,516X3, Partially, Communication Capability does not significantly influence employee performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.348 or 34.8% communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of PT. Mopoli Raya Unit I and the remaining 65.6% is influenced by other variables.
