Abstract

ABSTRAKSastra daerah  merupakan bagian dari suatu tradisi dan budaya  warisan nenek moyang yang harus kita lestarikan. Salah satu budaya lokal yang harus dilestarikan oleh generasi penerusnya adalah tradisi lisan muayak yang berasal dari Banding Agung OKU Selatan. Budaya lokal tersebut diciptakan oleh masyarakat ranau dengan daya kreativitas yang   dituntut untuk melahirkan pengalaman batin. Bahkan dijadikan sebagai pengalaman hidup masyarakat ranau yang pada hakikatnya merupakan bagian dari seni yang berusaha menampilkan nilai-nilai keindahan yang bersifat aktual dan imajinatif yang berhubungan dengan renungan terhadap berbagai macam problema yang berhubungan dengan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai budaya dan moral yang disampaikan dalam tradisi (lisan)  muayak pada acara sunatan masyarakat Banding Agung OKU Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.   Sumber data adalah  rekaman tradisi (lisan) muayak. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis karya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa nilai budaya  terdiri dari nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain,  nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, dan nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan dirinya sendiri. Selanjutnya, nilai moral terdiri atas nilai moral religius, nilai moral pribadi, dan nilai moral sosial.Kata kunci: Nilai budaya, nilai moral, tradisi, MuayakABSTRACTLocal literature is part of a tradition and cultural heritage that we must preserve, one of the local cultures that must be preserved by the next generation is the oral tradition of Muayak originating from Banding Agung OKU Selatan The local culture was created by the Ranau community with the creativity which is required to create the inner experiences, but more than that as the life experience of the Ranau community which is essentially part of art that eager to display the values of beauty that are actual and imaginative that are associated with reflections on various kinds of problems related to humans. The purpose of this study is to describe the cultural and moral values conveyed in the oral (oral) tradition at the circumcision of the Banding Agung OKU Selatan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data source is a recording of the oral tradition. The data collection technique is a documentation technique. To analyze the data, the writer used the work technique analysis. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that cultural values consist of cultural values in human relations with God, cultural values in human relations with other humans, cultural values in human relations with society, cultural values in human relations with nature, and cultural values in human relations with him itself. Furthermore, the moral values which consist of religious moral values, personal moral values, and social moral values.Keyword: cultural values, moral values, traditions, Muayak

Abstract

Interacting and doing speech is an activity that is carried out by humans every day. Therefore, it is very important to understand and do the speech well. The purpose of this research; first, describe the need for implicature modules, presuppositions, cooperative principles and politeness principles according to students and lecturers of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Baturaja University. Second, describe the design of the implicature module, presuppositions, the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness. According to the needs of students and lecturers of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Baturaja University. Third, describe the results of expert validation of the implicature module, presuppositions, the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, University of Baturaja. Fourth, describe the potential influence of the results of the development of teaching materials in the form of implicature modules, presuppositions, the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Baturaja University. The method used in this research is research and development (research and development). Based on the results of the t-test calculation using the SPSS version 16 program, it is known that the module entitled Presupposition, Implicature, Cooperation Principles and Politeness Principles developed has a potential influence on increasing student abilities. The results of the t-test calculation of the presupposition, implicature, cooperative principle and politeness module showed the mean value at pretest and posttest was 18,500 with a standard deviation of 6214 and sig (2-tailed) 0.000 less than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that students' knowledge increases after using the developed module.

Abstract

Knowledge and abilities about drama are very important for students in the context of learning Indonesian. This ability is one of the abilities that students must have. By having knowledge related to drama theory, it makes it easier for students to apply it to stage art in the form of drama performances. The problems in this research are (1) how is the description of the teaching material needs for the Drama Performance Planning Study Program of Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Baturaja University? Indonesian Language and Literature, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Baturaja ?, (3) what is the potential effect of developed textbooks on the Dramatic Performance course in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Baturaja University ?. This study aims to (1) describe the need for teaching materials for Drama Performance Planning in the form of textbooks in the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program Staging course, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Baturaja University, (2) produce textbooks according to the needs of the Language Education Study Program. and Indonesian Literature, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Baturaja, (3) to describe the potential effects of the Drama Performance Planning textbook on learning outcomes. The data on the textbook trial obtained through a multiple choice test of 50 questions showed that the average score of students at the pretest showed the lowest score of 68 and the highest score of 80 with an average of 76.20. After using the developed textbook and posttesting, the students' scores got an increase, namely the lowest score of 70 and the highest score of 90 with an average of 78.14 The increase in pragmatic ability was also seen from the difference between the average test of 15.0. Thus the researcher concludes that the developed textbooks have a potential influence in improving students' learning abilities.

Abstract

Podcast with peer-assisted learning was a classroom program designed to improve awareness and encouragement for EFL listening, particularly for poorer listeners. The method of peer-assisted learning focused on interacting with peer groups or couples, providing opportunities for meaningful social experiences with Platform online Google classroom and Google meet. Podcasts were the creative media that can fulfill the needs of students and the classroom. The reason of this considers was to clarify the desires of the understudies almost utilizing Podcast with peer-assisted learning in tuning in comprehension. The sample of this study was the English Education study program for 27 students. At the end of the classroom, a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions was administered to the study group. The findings showed promising results, with most of the students believing that peer-assisted learning Podcast helps them learn listening skills. Peer-assisted learning podcasts have enhanced their vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation and listening comprehension.

Abstract

This study was aimed at investigating the effects of Podcast with Peer Assisted Learning in the EFL listening classroom. In conducting this research, pre-experimental design was used. The sample of this study was selected by using simple random sampling involving 27 students as the sample. The data collected were analyzed by using t-test (paired sample t-test) and percentage for two questionnaires, students’ motivation and perception. The result showed that (a) there was a significant difference in listening comprehension achievement before and after being taught by using Podcast with Peer Assisted Learning where t-obtained was 8.921 and the significance value was 0.000 which less than 0.05. On the basis of this result, it can be inferred that listening comprehension achievement of students before and after teaching by using podcast with peer-assisted learning was substantially improved. (b) The percentage score for learning motivation from the students was (55.6%) in high level, moderate 29.6% and low level was (5%). This score was considered students have high level of learning motivation. (c) most of the students gave positive perceptions on the use podcast with peer assisted learning in listening classroom. It can be concluded that teaching using podcast with peer assisted learning can develop the students listening comprehension achievement.

Abstract

Meaning Analysis of Diadi Daya Gedung Wani Village South Ogan Komering Ulu District Dialect Song TraditionABSTRAKDiadi merupakan salah satu warisan budaya lokal yang berasal dari desa Gedung Wani OKU Selatan. Diadi merupakan ritme musik dengan senar gitar tunggal yang berkembang di daerah Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Desa Gedung Wani Kecamatan Runjung Agung. Lirik dari Diadi ini berupa pantun dengan kata lainnya disebut canggut yang dinyanyikan sedemikian rupa dengan irama gitar tunggal. Pelaksanaan Diadi ini biasanya diadakan pada saat pesta pernikahan Ningkuk’an (bahasa daerah setempat) dan acara sukuran. Peneliti menganggap perlu meneliti heuristik dan hermeneutik dengan harapan supaya setelah diadakan penelitian ini warisan budaya Diadi bisa dilestarikan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui makna heuristik dan hermeneutik nyanyian diadi dalam dialek Daya desa Gedung Wani  kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotik dan struktural. Sumber data  penelitian adalah nyanyian tradisi diadi desa Gedung Wani. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian struktur diadi pembacaan tingkat heuristik dari sepuluh bait diadi terdapat struktur atau susunan, fungsi atau arti dari bait-bait tersebut yang dianalisis berdasarkan susunan yang terdapat dalam diadi tersebut yang disesuaikan  dengan bahasa Indonesia. Selanjutnya analisis berdasarkan pembacaan hermeneutik isi nyanyian tradisi diadi ini menceritakan tentang kisah antara dua insan yang ingin menjalin kasih dengan saling menerima segala kekurangan untuk mencapai kehidupan bahagia sampai hidup mati mereka bersama.Kata kunci: Makna Heuristik, Makna HermeneutikABSTRACTDiadi is one of the local cultural heritage originating from the village of Gedung Wani South OKU. Diadi is a musical rhythm with a single guitar string that developed in the South Ogan Komering Ulu area, Gedung Wani Village, Runjung Agung District. Diadi's lyrics are in the form of rhymes with other words called canggut which are sung in such a way with a single guitar rhythm. The implementation of Diadi is usually held at the Ningkuk'an wedding party (local language) and the sukur ceremony. Researchers consider it necessary to examine heuristics and hermeneutics in the hope that after this research, Diadi's cultural heritage can be preserved. The purpose of this study was to determine the heuristic and hermeneutic meaning of Diadi's song in the Daya dialect of Gedung Wani village, South Ogan Komering Ulu district. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive method which  used a semiotic and structural approach. The source of the research data is the song Diadi, Gedung Wani village. Based on the research results on the structure of the Diadi, readings Diadi heuristic ten level stanzas consist a structure or arrangement, function or meaning of these verses which are analyzed based on the arrangement contained in the Diadi which is adapted to the Indonesian language. Furthermore, the analysis based on the hermeneutic reading of the Diadi song contents tells that the story of two people who want to make love by accepting each other's weakness to achieve a happy life until they live and die together.Keyword:  Heuristic Meaning, Hermeneutic Meaning

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan struktur pembangun pada novel Hidayah dalam Cinta karya Rohmat Nurhadi Alkastani, (2) menganalisis nilai-nilai religius yang terkandung dalam novel Hidayah dalam Cinta karya Rohmat Nurhadi Alkastani dengan tinjauan semiotik, (3) mengimplementasikan hasil penelitian dalam pembelajaran sastra Indonesia di SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah nilai religius dalam novel Hidayah dalam Cinta karya Rohmat Nurhadi Alkastani tinjauan semiotik. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang berwujud kata, kalimat, dan paragraf yang mengandung nilai religius dalam novel Hidayah dalam Cinta. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah novel Hidayah dalam Cinta karya Rohmat Nurhadi Alkastani. Sumber data sekunder penelitian ini berupa skripsi, biografi pengarang, dan internet. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik pustaka dan simak-catat. Teknik validitas data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teori. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu model pembacaan semiotik yang meliputi pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik. Berdasarkan analisis struktural, tema dalam novel Hidayah dalam Cinta karya Rohamat Nurhadi Alkastani tentang keberhasilan yang diperoleh karena beriman. Alur yang digunakan dalam novel ini adalah alur maju. Tokoh-tokoh yang dianalisis adalah Zein, Zakki, Uswah, Syakila, Maulida, Pak Budi Setyadi, Pak Kiai, Pak Mandor, Pak Tedy, Simbok, Melly, dan Billy. Latar pada novel meliputi latar tempat, waktu, dan sosial. Sudut pandang pada novel menggunakan sudut pandang orang pertama. Gaya bahasa yang digunakan adalah majas personifikasi dan simile. Hasil analisis religius dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat dua nilai utama yang terkandung di dalam novel, yaitu akidah yang meliputi enam rukun iman (iman kepada Allah, malaikat, kitab, Rasul, hari akhir, takdir) dan ketetapan hati. Akhlak merupakan nilai yang meliputi: hubungan manusia dengan Allah, manusia dengan alam, manusia dengan sesama manusia. Selain itu, akhlak juga dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu akhlak baik (dipercaya, pemaaf, sabar, merasa cukup, dan kebersihan) dan akhlak buruk (egoistis, berdusta, pemarah, dengki, sombong, berlebih-lebihan, berbuat kerusakan, mengadu domba, dan mengolok-olok). Implementasi hasil penelitian novel Hidayah dalam Cinta sebagai bahan ajar sastra di SMA sesuai dan relevan untuk dijadikan bahan materi pembelajaran sastra. Novel Hidayah dalam Cinta mengandung unsur intrinsik dan unsur ekstrinsik. Unsur intrinsik diimplementasikan pada siswa untuk menemukan tema, fakta cerita, serta sarana cerita. Unsur ekstrinsik pada novel diimplementasikan untuk menemukan nilai religius yang terdapat dalam novel tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan maksim cara dalam novel Masih Ada Kereta yang Akan Lewat karya Mira W Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan pengamatan langsung dengan teknik analisis isi teks. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Masih Ada Kereta yang Akan Lewat karya Mira W. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dalam novel Masih Ada Kereta Yang Akan Lewat karya Mira W secara keseluruhan terdapat 61 maksim cara, dengan rincian 33 penyimpangan maksim cara dan 28 maksim cara yang sesuai dengan prinsip kerja sama Grice. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan penyimpangan maksim cara dalam novel dapat terjadi dikarenakan banyak hal diantaranya dalam dialog tokoh terdapat kesopansantunan berbahasa pada orang yang lebih tua, suasana, budaya, situasi, waktu dan tempat saat percakapan berlangsung juga mampu menyebabkan penyimpangan maksim cara terjadi. Penggunaan maksim cara dan penyimpangan maksim cara pada dialog tokoh memang dapat memperkuat maksud dan tujuan dari percakapan yang ada, sehingga pembaca dapat lebih mudah mengerti maksud yang ingin disampaikan pengarang melalui karyanya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan karakter tokoh dalam novel Bidadari Bermata Bening karya Habiburrah El Shirazy dan relevansinya dalam pembelajaran sastra di kelas VIII MTs Negeri Pajar bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah struktural dan objektif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi dan teknik analisis karya. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian disimpulkan bahwa karakter tokoh yang terdapat dalam novel Bidadari Bermata Bening karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Pengarang langsung menunjuk watak pelaku yang dikehendakinya, melalui perbuatan tokoh, tingkah laku tokoh, perasakaan tokoh, melalui pernyataan tokohnya sendiri, melalui gerak-gerik pelaku dan melalui dialog tokoh-tokoh. Karakter tokoh yang ditemukan kemudian dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran sastra di sekolah untuk tingkat MTs ditinjau dari silabus kurikulum 2013 dan tiga aspek. disimpulkan bahwa novel Bidadari Bermata Bening karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy ditinjau dari aspek bahasa, psikologi, dan latar belakang budaya dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran sastra di sekolah MTs. Hal ini juga didukung dengan pemilihan bahan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan silabus mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to describe the ability of class VII students of SMP Negeri 32 OKU in writing narrative paragraphs before and after using the Contextual Teaching and Learning strategy, to describe the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning strategy in writing narrative paragraphs in class VII SMP Negeri 32 OKU. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a population of 150 students and a sample of 36 students. The data collection technique was writing narrative paragraphs and the data analysis technique used the t-test. The results showed that students' ability to write narrative paragraphs before using the CTL strategy, students who scored between 80 and above did not exist, students who scored between 66-79 there were 15 people (41.67%), students who scored between 56–65 there were 14 people (38.88%), students who scored between 46–55 there were 3 people (8.33%), students who scored between 00–45 were in the failed assessment category, there were 4 people (11, 11%). Then the results of the ability of class VII students of SMP Negeri 32 OKU in writing narrative paragraphs after using the CTL strategy, there were 11 students who scored between 80–100 (30.56%), students who scored between 66–79 there were 24 people (66.67 %), students who scored between 56–65 did not exist, students who scored between 46–55 did not exist, students who scored between 00–45, there was 1 person (2.77%). This increase can be seen from the results of the average pretest score of 57.97 and posttest of 73.97. The results of the "t" test show that tcount > ttable or 4.29 > 2.03 at a significance level of 5%. This shows that the CTL strategy is effectively used in learning to write narrative paragraphs on the abilities of class VII students of SMP Negeri 32 OKU. Then the researcher made several suggestions, namely that teachers should be able to carry out learning Indonesian language and literature, especially material for writing narrative paragraphs using the CTL strategy and students should be able to improve their skills in learning to write narrative paragraphs by absorbing as much relevant information as possible from various sources.
