Abstract

Monitoring the author has been in SMP 11 Denpasar.They had never achieved maximum performance (champion) in the number of brisk walking.Because by declining student motivation, student interest because it appears more inclined to form other sports, such as volleyball ball games, soccer, futsall, table tennis or badminton or perhaps training methods that do not follow the principles of training required. The purpose of this training is to determine an increase in the speed of a brisk walk 3000 meters against both treatment groups. This study used an experimental method. Population is taken from class VII SMP Denpasar. This study used an experimental method. Population is taken from class VII SMP Denpasar. Samples are 32 people drawn randomly from the population who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of samples divided into two groups with each group consisting of 16 people. The training is done with a frequency 4 times a week for 6 weeks. The first group was given 400-meter aerobic training run two sets of three reps and group II aerobic training 400 meter run three sets of two reps. Data in the form of brisk walking 3000 meter results taken before and after training. The data obtained were tested using SPSS computer program. The data were normally distributed and homogeneous so that further tested using paired t-test to compare mean values ??before and after training between each group, while the independent t-test to determine differences in mean values ??between the two groups. Paired t-test results of Group I and Group II were significantly increased (p <0.05). The results of independent t-test found that the two groups before the training was not significant (p> 0.05), whereas both groups after training pace brisk walking are equally increased (p> 0.05). Conclusion that aerobic training 400 meter run two sets of three reps and three sets of two reps for 6 weeks together (not significant) increase the speed of a brisk walk 3000 meters class VII SMP 11 Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine running training with a load of 1 kg at 100 m 4 legs. Repetitions Increase Mawashi Geri's Kicking Speed ​​at Dojo Karateka SMP St. Theresia-Kupang City. This research method is an experimental method with the design research design is one group pre-test and post-test design. This research was conducted on Karate members at the Dojo SMP St. Theresia-Kota Kupang. The time used in implementing the training program is 6 weeks. The population in this study were Karate athletes. Sampling using random sampling technique (lottery), so that the sample used amounted to 10 people. Data collection techniques using action tests and documentation. Data analysis using the t-test formula. The results of data analysis showed that the mean of the initial test = 32.9, the mean of the final test = 42.9 and the result of the t-count = 43.455. The calculation result is then compared to df = N-1 (10-1) = 9. Then it is obtained 1,833 at the 5% significance level. It means that t-count (43.455)> t-table (1.833), which means that the alternative hypothesis / Ha is "accepted" while the null hypothesis / Ho is "rejected", because the value of t-count> t-table. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how to apply video-based learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in physical education learning at SD Inpres Oebaa 4, Kupang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative naturalistic. The study was conducted on fifth grade students of SD Inpres Oebaa 4 Kupang City for 2 months. Data collection techniques using: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique was in accordance with the research method, namely descriptive qualitative naturalistic. The results showed that the results of the modified javelin video by students from 21 fifth grade students of SD Inpres Oebaa 4 Kupang City, students who got a score of 4 (very good) were 8 people, students who got a score of 3 (good) were 13 people while a score of 2 (enough) and 1 (less) none. Furthermore, this value is confirmed by the Learning Success Criteria in percent, namely P = 84.5% is in the Effective or successful category. The results of the javelin throwing practice video from 21 fifth grade students of SD Inpres Oebaa 4 Kupang City, students who got a score of 4 (very good) did not exist, students who got a score of 3 (good) were 18 people, students who got a score of 2 (enough) totaling 3 people and a score of 1 (less) does not exist. Furthermore, this value is confirmed by the Learning Success Criteria in percent, namely P = 81.25% is in the Effective or successful category. In conclusion, theapplication of video-based learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is affective in physical education learning at SD Inpres Oebaa 4 Kupang City because the P value is in the Effective/success category. Abstract

This paper aims to describe (1) the causes of the emergence of religious multiculturalism (Christian and Muslim) in Kupang City; (2) How are the efforts of Christian and Muslim families in internalizing multicultural values to each child to strengthen tolerance between religious communities in Kupang City; and (3) what is the result of the merger of multicultural societies in Kupang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study and focuses on the social interactions of the Christian and Muslim communities in Kupang City. Data were collected using interview techniques, observation and literature study then analyzed qualitatively which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that (1) the emergence of religious multiculturalism (Christian and Muslim) is due to the fact that Kupang City is the center of government, economy, education for the people of NTT, and inter-religious and ethnic mixed marriages; (2) there are two steps by Christian and Muslim families in Kupang City in internalizing multicultural values to children, namely directly educating and practicing. First, educating, giving understanding to children to always have the spirit of mutual cooperation, communicative, tolerant, respect, respect and friendly to others; second, direct practice, namely being directly involved in social activities in the community such as celebrating joy and sorrow; and (3) “Beta Orang Kupang” is a new civilization that emerged as a result of the fusion of the people of Kota Kupang from various backgrounds

Abstract

This study refers to the low interest of students in writing narrative essays, students prefer to work on the questions in the Student Worksheet (LKS) compared to writing assignments, learning to write essays, especially teacher narrative essays only explain the material and assign students to write essays freely without guidance from the teacher, in writing narrative essays students struggle to arrange essays chronologically. In fact, writing learning itself has been applied in schools, especially in Class X2 students of SMA Negeri 9 Kupang City, but there are still many students who do not understand how to write essays, especially writing narrative essays. Based on that the solution applied is the researchers chose to use the Mind Mapping model which aims to explore information from both inside and outside the brain in order to obtain new ideas, new concepts according to students' understanding and prove the effectiveness of learning to write narrative essays. This research uses Pre Experimental in the form of Pretest-Posttest Design. The research data were obtained from observations, questionnaires, test results and field notes. The results showed that in the pretest, the average value of students was 51.73 or less categorized. The scores on the pretest have not yet reached the KKM that has been set. While the posttest increased by 29.63 or 57.27% to 81.36 and was in the good category. The expected benefit of this research is the development of educational theory theory, specifically the problem of the effectiveness of mind-mapping technique to develop students' writing potential, can improve and provide a more varied choice of learning techniques in the learning process and can create a fun learning activity, to improve skills student writing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study whether sprint 3 repetitions of 3 sets can increase the speed tendencies of the Pencak Silat UKM of UPG 1945 NTT. The method used in this study is the experimental method with the design of the study design is one group pretest-post test design. This research was conducted in the UKM Perisai Diri at the Pencak Silat UKM of UPG 1945 NTT. The time used in this study is 1 year. The test used is the test of doing the front kick for 1 minute to find out the speed of the front kick. The data analysis technique used is the t-test method. The results of data analysis showed the average initial test of front kick = 70.87, Final test = 78.07 and t-count = 7.059. The results of the next calculation are compared df = N-1 (15-1) = 14, then it is obtained 1.761 at the significance level of 5%, which means t-count (7.059)> t-table (1.761). Thus the Ha is accepted while the Ho is rejected, because the t-count value is greater than t-table. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that sprint training 3 repetitions of 3 sets can increase the speed tend to be in the the Pencak Silat UKM of UPG 1945 NTT is 10.16%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form, function, meaning and value contained in the speech RTU in the community of Pana Village, Kolbano District, South Timor Regency. The methods and techniques for taking data used in this research are observation (involved observer), interview, recording, note-taking, and documentation. The data will be analyzed qualitatively based on cultural linguistics approach. It’s because the cultural meanings and values that contained in the RTU speech can be applied as an effort to preserve culture. Thus, the efforts of preserving the language and culture of Pana Village community can be brought up. The result in these research and discussion showing that the form of the RTU speech consists of: introduction, contents and the closing section. The functions in this RTU speech for the Pana Village community at Kolbano District, the Region of Central South Timot, are as follows: (1) Magical functions; (2) Religious functions; and (3) expressive functions. Based on those functions, the meaning contained in the RTU speech is (1) religious meaning; (2) Economic meaning; and (3) Sociological meanings. The values stated in the RTU speech are (1) Religious values; (2) Economic value; (3) Social value.

Abstract

Based on the observations I have made at SMPK Nurobo, there were some grade VIII students who did not master volleyball techniques, such as top service, which tends to be dominated by male students of grade VIII. This happened because the exercised was focused only to the lower service. The purpose of this study is: to determine the extent of the effect of push-up exercises to increase the arm muscle strength in volleyball extracurricular activity for the students at SMPK Nurobo. The method in this research is a quantitative research which is the experimental method, namely One Group Pre-Post Test Design. The data collection technique used is the treatment and documentation test, while the data analysis technique used is the Similar Sample T-Test. The results of the data analysis shown that the average pre test of the arm muscle strength was 11.5, the average of the final test was 12.4 and t-count = 8.99. The results of the next calculation are compared with df: N-1 (10-1), in the t-table at a significant level of 5%, we get a t-count of 8.99> t table 1.833 (5%). Thus the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) which was stated that: "Push-up exercises for arm muscle strength in the volleyball extracurricular activity for students at SMPK Nurobo was accepted while the Hypothesis of Zero (Ho) was rejected.” Based on the research conducted and the results of the data analysis obtained, it can be concluded that push-up exercises can increase the arm muscle strength in the volleyball extracurricular activity for students at SMPK Nurobo with 29%.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa mulai menurun di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat kedisiplinan siswa SMP Negeri 15 Kota Kupang pada masa Pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pola asuh  orang  tua siswa SMP Negeri 15 Kota Kupang dengan nilai  rata-rata  sebesar 83, 98 termasuk kedalam kategori cukup baik yaitu berada pada interval 81-85; (2) Tingkat kedisiplinan siswa SMP Negeri 15 Kota Kupang dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 82,11 dikategorikan cukup baik yaitu berada pada interval 78-83; (3) Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilairxy = 0,526 berada pada arah  yang positif. Hubungan pola asuh orang  tua dengan tingkat kedisiplinan siswa SMP Negeri 15 Kota Kupang termasuk dalam kategori cukupkuat dengan interval 0,40-0,599; (4) Data penelitian dan hasil  juga menunjukkan bahwa thitung = 0,526 , sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% = 1,671 dan t tabel pada taraf signifikan 1% = 2,390. Ini berarti bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat kedisiplinan siswa kelas SMP Negeri 15 Kota Kupang. _____________________________________________________________Student’s learning outcomes began to decline during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and the level of discipline of students at SMP Negeri 15 Kupang City during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study applies a correlation approach. The number of samples in this study are 60 students. The results showed that: (1) The parenting pattern of the students of SMP Negeri 15 Kupang City with an average score of 83, 98 was included in the fairly good category, which was in the 81-85 interval; (2) The level of discipline of students of SMP Negeri 15 Kupang City with an average score of 82.11 is categorized as quite good, which is in the 78-83 interval; (3) The results of the hypothesis analysis show that the value of rxy = 0.526 is in a positive direction. The relationship between parenting patterns and the level of discipline of students at SMP Negeri 15 Kupang City is included in the fairly strong category with an interval of 0.40-0.599; (4) The research data and results also show that tcount = 0,526, while ttable at a significance level of 5% = 1,671 and t table at a significant level of 1% = 2,390. This means that tcount is greater than ttable. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between parenting patterns and the level of discipline of students of  SMP Negeri 15 Kupang City. Keywords: Pattern; parrenting; Discipline; Pandemic; Covid

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SDK Fatubena Kecamatan Laenmanen Kabupaten Malaka, ada beberapa fakta permasalahan dalam pembelajaran penjaskes yaitu kurangnya minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran atletik. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru memberikan pembelajaran atletik tidak diselingi dengan permainan sehingga siswa mudah untuk bosan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan jarak capaian lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode eksperimen. Penelitian di lakukan di SDK Fatubena Kabupaten Malaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 minggu dengan 3 kali pertemuan setiap minggu. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 11 orang dipilih berdasarkan : jenis kelamin laki-laki, umur 10-12 tahun. Data dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif atau angka, maka teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Dari hasil analisis data tersebut diperoleh bahwa uji normalitas menggunakan saphiro wilk test, menunjukan bahwa data pada penelitian berdistribusi normal dengan nilai p>0,05 (0,363>0,05). Hasil uji t-paired (paired-t test) menunjukkan bahwa rerata tes awal 1,208 meter, tes akhir 1,623 meter dan hasil uji beda rerata setelah dilakukan pelatihan sangat signifikan karena nilai p<0,05 (0.000<0,05), serta beda peningkatan antara tes awal dan tes akhir adalah 1,823 meter. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Permainan Tali Merdeka yang dilakukan satu minggu 3 kali selama 6 minggu dapat meningkatkan jarak Capaian Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok pada siswa kelas V SDK Fatubena, Kabupaten Malaka.
