Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of motivational factors through the financial aspects, Work Environment and employee performance appraisals, the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. The hypothesis put forward is a hypothesis I, Simultaneously Finance, Working Environment Award and affect the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Hypothesis II partial financial aspect is more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Through a questionnaire submitted to the respondent on the financial aspects with 20 items of questions, aspects of the work environment with 11 items of questions, and aspects of the awards with 9 items of questions, with three alternative answers a, b and c with a score of 3.2, and 1. The questionnaire performance with 16 items of questions and respondents as many as 102 people. The results showed that the hypothesis I stating together the financial aspects, work environment and rewards affect the performance of employees at the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province, is acceptable. Hypothesis II stating financial has more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Provinceconvicted.Keywords: Finance, working environment, and Performance Award

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the performance of educators (lecturers), especially on the main task of implementing education and learning. In addition to educators of this research will also analyze the performance of education personnel (employees) in performing the task of serving students at STIMI Banjarmasin The hypothesis is Hypotesis I, The performance of educators (lecturers) is good, and Hypothesis II, the performance of educational staff (employees) on STIMI Banjarmasin is good. Through questionnaires submitted to respondents with indicators of learning with 5 items of questions, skills with 4 items of questions, assessment and workload with 2 items of questions, guidance and counseling with 2 items of questions, and learning resources with 2 items of questions, for educators (lecturers ) As many as 23 people. As for the education personnel (employees) as many as 8 people, with the indicator of responsibility with 3 items of questions, quality with 3 items of questions, quantity with 2 items of questions, and discipline with 2 question items. The results showed that for the performance of educators (lecturers) showed good results, while the performance of educational personnel (employees) showed good results.Keyword : lecturer performance, employees performance

Abstract

This research propose to examine the effect organization culture, tranformational leadership, and compensation, on employee performance. Ninety eight respondents from PT Telkom Cabang Banjamasin, completed 65 itemsself-reported measures. The data collected survey method and questionares distributed to respondent. The statistic method used was Multiple Regression. As expected, result indicated that tranformational leadership and compensation has a positive effects on employee performance, while organization culture didnt have effect on employee performance, its mean that The Telkom Way 135 which made since 2003 couldnt employee perform, because before it telkom had strong organization culture. Furthermore, results show that tranformational leadership have a stronger effect on employee performance than compensation.

Abstract

Abstract,This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the performance of the organization's culture through job satisfaction of teachers (lecturers), especially on the main task of carrying out the education and teaching.Through the questionnaires to the respondents for variables with indicators Supportive Organization Culture, Innovative and bureaucracy with item 7 statement Job satisfaction with 6 indicators and 18 items with 6 statements and performance indicators and 18 items statement.Through analysis Multivariate (Structural Equation Modeling) SEM, the results showed that there are four hypotheses proposed, namely: 1) Cultural organizations significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) Cultural organizations significant effect on performance, 3) job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance, and 4) organizational culture significantly influence performance through job satisfaction, and the result is all hypothesis otherwise unacceptable.

Abstract

Abstract,Motivation is formed on indicators of physiological needs, safetyneeds, social needs, esteem needs and self actualization needs. The studyresult shows the dominant indicator which formed the motivation variable isthe esteem needs, from the statement item of recognition needs in theorganization and in the community. Emotional intelligence is formed onindicators of self awareness, self control,self motivation, empathy, and socialskills. The study result shows the self control statements of having aresponsibility sense and willing to accept criticism, are able to formemotional intelligence variable. Tranformational leadership is formed onfour incicat statement item of supporting group work. Tranformationalleadership is formed on four incicators which are charismatic, having oninfluence, having a vision, and transforming subordinates’mind.The studyresult show the indicator of having a vision has the highest weight value onthe statementitem of having a clear vision is able to explain thetransformational leadership. Job satisfaction is formed on indicators ofpresence frequency, liking the job, liking the environment, liking thesupervisor, participation frequency and retention level. The study resultshows the indicator of retention level has the highest weight value on thestatement item of feeling satisfied for working in the institution. It means thelecturers’ retention is dominantly able to explain the job satisfaction thanother indicators. Job performance is formed on quality, quantity, tumelienss,cost effectiveness, needs for supervision, and interpersonal impact. The studyresult shows the interpersonal impact indocatorhas the highest weight valueamong the other, on the statement item of having pride. It meansthelecturers’ interpersonal impact is dominantly able ti explain the jobperformance the the quality, quantity, timeliness, cost effectiveness, andneeds for supervisions.

Abstract

Abstract, Organizational culture is usually always applied by an institution is a matter that continues to be done in a sustainable both in terms of departmentalization and division of labor. In carrying out its activities STIMI adheres to an organization, which means it is a functional institution or group. For every organization the process of organizing is an effort to determine the work to be done to achieve organizational goals, the proper division of labor, and the establishment of mechanisms to coordinate activities and skills in the functions within the organization. From the organizing function appears an organizational structure that shows the flow of interaction within the organizationi. Based on the description of the background of the problem, then the formulation of the proposed problem is: Is there any influence of Organizational Culture on Lecturer Performance at STIMI Banjarmasin. Research purposes to know the influence of Organizational Culture to Lecturer Performance at STIMI Banjamasin. Research Benefits: a) Research is expected to contribute thoughts or inputs STIMI Banjarmasin to taking a policy to improve Lecturer's performance. b) See how the theory of the research findings are expected to guide and serve the repertoire of literature in improving the performance of lecturers based on their organizational culture.

Abstract

Abstract, Individuals involved in the organization have many aspects that can contribute to the achievement of organizational goals that include different knowledge, experience, skills, personality, feelings and will and create those behaviors, which human behavior is learned in work environment and in carrying out their job duties. Humans are also studied in their interactions with their work, with their physical work environment, and with the social environment of their work which is a reciprocal and influencing relationship. However, employees are not always successful in acting out their role without causing trouble. This phenomenon can occur because employee issues can be caused by the situation and condition of the company or organization or institution. Conversely, corporate or institutional problems can also be caused by human behavior itself. Similarly, strengths, weaknesses and other things that exist in employees is a potential that will affect the performance. It is not only intellectually in terms of cognitive or control of the task (skill), but also the emotional intelligence that can affect its performance. Emotional Intelligence is an emotional skill that enables the individual to develop his emotional self-control, has courage and persistence, is able to show empathy so that he / she is able to relate to others well, as they will produce outstanding performance in the work.

Abstract

Abstract, One of the important dimensions in understanding performance concept in motivation dimension, where performance is the function of motivation and skill. Some literature stated there are two motivation on individual self, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Motivation formed from employee attitude in facing working situation in organization.The research method that used in this research is: 1) Based on the formulated research purpose, this research use level of explanation pattern, research that have purpose to explain posisition of factors that have been studied and correlation between one fctor to other factor. 2) Population and sample of the whole employee of Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau are 60 employees. 3) This research analysis uses double linear regression.The result of this research are: 1) the result of the test that have done to answer hypotesis I shows partially intrinsic motivation does not give significant effect to employee performance on Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau. 2) The test result shows there is significant effect on partial extrinsic motivation to employee on Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau. 3) The test result shows there is significant effect on simultaneous intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employye performance on Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau.

Abstract

Abstract, Multiple role conflict or in other terms Work-Fanily Conflict for women who work and can not be avoided, because it is very strongly associated with depression as well as the traditional role of women who until now cannot be avoided, because it deals with responsibility in managing the household and raising child. There are two problems faced by women in multiple role conflicts, in this case on the one hand the family work conflict has the effect of decreasing household / family life, and on the other hand disrupts work activities. Based on the data obtained, the number of staff of the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in Tabalong District which became the object of research specifically for female employees as many as 35 people became a sample of as many as the population of this study. Hypothesis 1, multiple role conflict has a positive effect on work stress stated to be acceptable, although not significant. Hypothesis 2, multiple role conflict has a positive effect on performance which is stated to be acceptable, although not significant. Hypothesis 3, Job stress is a moderator variable between multiple role conflict and performance.
