Abstract

Abstract,This research to determine the financial performance of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, by using financial ratio analysis then elaborated in the form of narration.The results of this study found that PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk has the best liquidity because it is always above 200% for three consecutive years, followed by PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk. While the good leverage ratio is PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk and PT Gudang Garam Tbk compared to PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk and PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. In the ratio of activities that have good activity is PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk compared with PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk then PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. The best profitability ratio is PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, followed by PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk.Conclusion from this research, the company that has the best performance is PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk and PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk then followed by PT Gudang Garam Tbk and the last is PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to examine the effect of tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building tax (PBB) in the city of Banjarmasin. The research population consisted of Land and Building Tax Obligations (PBB) in Banjarmasin City in 2017 data obtained from the Banjarmasin City Revenue Service (Dispenda) stated that it was obtained for 1 (one) year as many as 190,014 people. The research sample used in this study is Random Sampling. Sampling for this study uses the Slovin formula totaling 100 people. The results of this study indicate that partially the tax sanction variable affects taxpayer compliance, while the taxpayer's awareness variable does not affect taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously shows that the variables of tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers affect taxpayer compliance. The R square determinant test results show the effect of tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance by 76% which has a large influence while the remaining 24% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The conclusions of this study are that only independent tax sanction variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable of taxpayer compliance. While simultaneously independent variables of tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers affect the dependent variable taxpayer compliance is due to tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers is important information used in increasing taxpayers in paying land and building tax (PBB).

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing decisions Three cellular card that cultural factors, social, personal, psychological and Which factors most influence on purchasing decisions on student cards Three Nasional Banjarmasin. The population in this research were students Nasional Banjarmasin as many as 1009 people and samples taken as many as 100 students as respondents who use Three card. The method used in this research is descriptive method of conducting surveys and conduct analysis of consumer behavior on the decision on a student card purchases Three Nasional Banjarmasin. Results of this research is known that from the 4 factors that influence consumer behavior showed 48.67% as a percentage of cultural factors, social factors 43.27%, 43.33% personal factors, 57% psychological factors. of all of these factors just psychological factors are considered positive influence on purchasing decisions Three cards with the percentage amount by 57%. While other factors considered less influential in purchasing decisions Three card because the total number of each factor is less than 50%, which is supposed overall number should exceed 50% for the variables that determine a positive influence on purchasing decisions Three card.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research was to determine the role of work discipline in improving employee performance in the UPTD field section of Terminal KM 6 Banjarmasin at the Department of Transportation of South Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This research which is the subject is all employees of the UPTD field in Terminal Km 6 Banjarmasin, amounting to 25 people. The results of the study show that the Work Discipline of UPTD Employees in Banjarmasin Km 6 at the Transportation Service of South Kalimantan Province is still low, there are employees who are late to work, waste time in working out of office during working hours, and a culture of procrastination. There was an undisciplined employee in wearing uniforms according to his schedule. The cause of work discipline is still low because of lack of optimal supervision and the failure to run sanctions against employees who are guilty or violate rules and regulations. The role of work discipline in improving employee performance in the field, namely by improving the function of supervision and sanctions. In addition, in an effort to reduce, reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of disciplinary violations by civil servants, the strategy to achieve successful implementation of civil servant discipline includes increasing the development of civil servants, increasing organizational support, increasing leadership commitment, strengthening the work ethic and increasing expectations.

Abstract

Abstract, The research aims analyze promotions to increase revenue for mail and package products at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin. The method used is descriptive method. The research population was customers of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in 2017, 1440 customer people. The research sample uses the Slovin formula to 100 customers. The conclusion of this research is the promotion of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in increasing its customers so far not yet promoting the promotion of services to the maximum. The services offered to customers and companies have not yet optimized their marketing steps through promotion of service product sales

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to determine the role of work motivation in improving the performance of civil servants in the administration section of the IV Kaliamantan regional social welfare training and education center. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were all 11 Civil Servants of the Regional IV Kalimantan Social Welfare Training and Education Center. The conclusion of this research is that all this time the work motivation given to civil servants in the administration division is still lacking, causing the performance of civil servants to decline which is marked by an understanding of the wrong target amount of workload. Lack of socialization is also one of the causes of low performance results because with low socialization, there is also a low understanding of the determination of PNS Performance Targets (SKP) for the assignments of each PNS.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to determine the forecasting of sales of Honda Motorcycles at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin and to determine the preparation of a sales budget so that the sales level is in accordance with the level of consumer demand, so that there is no excess or shortage of inventory. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The source of data is obtained indirectly or through intermediary media, namely in the form of documentation such as sales report data for the last 5 years and motorcycle inventory data. The results of this research indicate that sales forecasting at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin in 2020 has increased from previous years, namely as many as 3250 units. So that the supply of motorbikes can be prepared in accordance with sales forecasting so that consumer demand can be fulfilled. As well as the sales budget for 2020 amounting to Rp.69,845,759,000, - this sales budget can be used as a guide in making decisions in business activities to sell Honda motorbikes at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health programs on the work productivity of PT Pulau Baru Jaya employees. The population in this study is the total number of employees in the Warehouse section at PT Pulau Baru Jaya, which totals 68 employees. According to Arikunto (2006: 120) "If the total population is less than 100 then the sample taken is the entire population". In this study, the samples taken were all warehouse employees, totaling 68 people. The results of the research conducted with partial regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 22.0. Work safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) variables have an influence on employee productivity (Y). In the occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) variables, the occupational health variable (X2) has the most dominant influence on work productivity (Y). The Adjusted R Square value is 0.204 or 20.4% which means that the employee productivity variable (Y) is influenced by the occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) variables of 20.4% where the independent variables in explaining the variation of the dependent variable are very limited and the remaining 79.6% was influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out where the shortcomings are in the services provided in order to increase customer satisfaction at CV Borneo Jaya Maju travel in Barito Regency. The population in this study were customers in May 2021. The sample taken as respondents was 50 customers with a sampling technique using the Arikunto formula. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study are the services provided to customers are still lacking, where the services provided to customers in paying attention to the five dimensions are Physical Evidence (tangible), namely the incompleteness of tourist package advertising brochures and the absence of advertising promos on the website to make it easier for customers to see new information. Responsiveness (responsiveness) of employees in providing understanding solutions about tour packages to customers is still not fully understood by customers and guarantees (assurance) are also still lacking so that there are still some customers who are not satisfied with this.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of education and training in improving employee performance in Kelayan Luar Village, Central Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The problem faced is that in general employees in handling an activity have never done training in their field so that there is a lack of knowledge in that field. Personnel management training has never been carried out Administrative training has never been attended. The subjects in this study were employees of Kelayan Luar Village, Central Banjarmasin Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City as many as 20 employees of Kelayan Luar Village, Banjarmasin Tengah Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This method was chosen considering that this research is a descriptive study that aims to the role of education and training in improving employee performance in the Kelayan Luar Village, Banjarmasin Tengah District, Banjarmasin City. The results of the research are the On the job method by means of Coaching, Planned progression, Job Rotation, but for the Position Rotation of Civil Servants there has been a job rotation but only temporary if the civil servant concerned is on leave. Method Of the job so far, civil servants have never been instructed to learn by way of Executive Development Programs, Training, Organizational Development.
