Abstract

Abstract,The role of woven craftsmen in the economy is a source of income for some people in Lampihong sub-district, but it can also be seen from the aspect of job potential and give positive influence to other businesses, such as raw material suppliers and shops as distributors.The subject of this research is woven craftsmen purun located in district Balangan. Some of the reasons for the selection of the subject of this research are the first woven craftsmen only apply the production management, the marketing management of financial management and accounting in a very simple way in which they run the activities with the knowledge management that they have so far that has been applied for many years and hereditary without there is additional knowledge and improvement. Both the lack of tithing and training obtained by the craftsmen woven purun so that the results of their operations so far do not show encouraging progress.Some of the problems faced by craftsmen include problems that lie in the performance of wicker craftsmen in the balangan district, namely in poor product quality, product design is less varied, marketing areas are still limited due to weak marketing strategy, financial management is still very simple and knowledge about very low accounting. Some solutions that can be offered to overcome this problem is to provide education, counseling and training to woven craftsmen purun about production management in terms of improving product quality, product design more varied, calculation of cost of production, management of raw materials and production systems more efficient. Counseling and training on marketing management is the improvement of its main marketing strategy of product improvement, promotion, pricing and expansion of marketing area. Counseling and training in the field of financial management is an improvement in financial management and in the field of accounting is about the recording of expenditures and revenues and the preparation of a simple bookkeeping.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to analysis customer satisfaction related toservices provided by PT.Central Santosa Finance Branch of Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The objectof research is PT.CentralSantosa Finance Branch of Banjarmasin. This research found that the service has been done has been good,but based on the results of the research found problems such as slowapplication process, lack of staff at the cashier, a parking area which isstill less extensive and the slow process of completion.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine whether the independent variables consisting of Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychological (X4) simultaneously or partially affect the purchasing decision (Y) of Samsung smartphone consumers and find out the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The study population was students of STIE National Banjarmasin as many as 1,124 people and a sample of research using Samsung smartphones was taken as many as 92 respondents. The results of this study found that the variables Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychological (X4) together (simultaneously) had an influence on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Samsung smartphones. Then from the four independent variables, only Psychological variables (X4) have a significant partial effect on Samsung smartphone Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3) have no significant partial effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) Samsung smartphone.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Corporate Image to increase customer satisfaction at PT L’Oreal Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study population was all customers who purchased L’Oreal products as many as 611 customers, with a total sample of 100 people taken randomly from the population. The results showed that PT L'Oreal Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch had not run an advertising strategy optimally, still did not implement public relations well, did not provide physical and non-physical identities to its products, word of mouth communication was quite effective and had not provided non-personal stimulation .

Abstract

Abstract, The research aims analyze promotions to increase revenue for mail and package products at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin. The method used is descriptive method. The research population was customers of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in 2017, 1440 customer people. The research sample uses the Slovin formula to 100 customers. The conclusion of this research is the promotion of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in increasing its customers so far not yet promoting the promotion of services to the maximum. The services offered to customers and companies have not yet optimized their marketing steps through promotion of service product sales

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to find empirical evidence that the quality of service consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a partially influential and simultaneous customer to PT LG Elektronics Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research were all customers of PT LG Elektronik Indonesia, especially those domiciled in the city of Banjarmasin in 2018 as many as 5.205 people. Furthermore, samples were taken as many as 371 customers by accidental random sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research found that the quality of service consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction of PT LG Elektronics Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to determine the role of work motivation in improving the performance of civil servants in the administration section of the IV Kaliamantan regional social welfare training and education center. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were all 11 Civil Servants of the Regional IV Kalimantan Social Welfare Training and Education Center. The conclusion of this research is that all this time the work motivation given to civil servants in the administration division is still lacking, causing the performance of civil servants to decline which is marked by an understanding of the wrong target amount of workload. Lack of socialization is also one of the causes of low performance results because with low socialization, there is also a low understanding of the determination of PNS Performance Targets (SKP) for the assignments of each PNS.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to determine the forecasting of sales of Honda Motorcycles at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin and to determine the preparation of a sales budget so that the sales level is in accordance with the level of consumer demand, so that there is no excess or shortage of inventory. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The source of data is obtained indirectly or through intermediary media, namely in the form of documentation such as sales report data for the last 5 years and motorcycle inventory data. The results of this research indicate that sales forecasting at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin in 2020 has increased from previous years, namely as many as 3250 units. So that the supply of motorbikes can be prepared in accordance with sales forecasting so that consumer demand can be fulfilled. As well as the sales budget for 2020 amounting to Rp.69,845,759,000, - this sales budget can be used as a guide in making decisions in business activities to sell Honda motorbikes at PT Trio Motor Martadinata Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work safety on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions of PT Banua LimaSejurus Banjarmasin partially and simultaneously. The subjects in this study were employees of the laboratory and production divisions, totaling 85 people. The method used in this study was a quantitative analytical method, which provided empirical evidence of the effect of work safety on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin. This study uses numbers as research data with the independent variable is work safety (X) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results of the study prove that the work safety variables have a partial effect on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin. Variable The existence of a manual for the use of tools and or danger signs (X2) has the most dominant effect on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin because it is suspected that work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a quantitative analytical method, which provides empirical evidence of the effect of work motivation as an independent variable with employee performance as the dependent variable at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama. While the subjects in this study were all employees, namely 45 respondents. The results of this study are the results of the SPSS output from simple linear regression proving that the variables of Physiological Needs (X1), Safety Needs (Security) (X2), Social Needs (X3), Appreciation Needs (X4) and Self-Actualization (X5) simultaneously affect the performance of employees (Y) at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama.
