Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan segala keterbatasannya memiliki kesulitan saat mengikuti pembelajaran. Melalui efikasi diri diharapkan keterbatasan yang menjadi penghalang proses belajar akan mudah dilalui oleh siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Efikasi diri sebagai suatu kompetensi memilki empat dimensi meliputi kognitif, motivasi, afeksi, dan seleksi yang akan mendorong individu untuk berusaha mengatasi hambatan. Dalam upaya membimbing anak tunagrahita menjadi pribadi yang mandiri, penggunaan video edukasi dapat digunakan secara individual, tidak hanya dalam setting sekolah, tetapi juga bisa diputar ulang di rumah melalui panduan dari guru atau cukup mendengarkan uraian narasi dari narator yang telah terekam. Melalui video anak langsung mendapat umpan balik secara visual terhadap kemampuan mereka sehingga mampu mencoba keterampilaan yang diharapkan terbentuk. Video edukasi dirancang sebagai media yang menyajikan audio dan visual berisi pesan dan serangkaian gambar yang menunjukkan contoh cara bersikap dan keterampilan tertentu sebagai bentuk layanan bantuan yang diberikan kepada individu dalam rangka membahas beberapa permasalahan yang sedang terjadi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of MBKM in the learning process using the case method and team based project implemented by the study program at Unikama. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire. The research subjects were determined based on the research objectives, namely the entire academic community and stakeholders in the Unikama environment. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the case method and Team Based Project is one method that is in accordance with the MBKM program and is actually able to provide opportunities to improve student skills, namely Creativity Skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Communication Skills, and Collaboration Skills (4C), so that better quality of graduates. Abstract

The Student Worksheets (LKPD) available so far only contain black and white writing. In addition, the pictures and questions presented did not attract students' interest in learning. Therefore, it is necessary to develop LKPD that can attract students' learning interests. This study aims to develop Electronic LKPD (E-LKPD) thematic learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This research is a type of development research (RnD). The development model uses the ADDIE model which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation stages. The E-LKPD product that has been developed is then tested on validators, teachers, and students to determine the effectiveness of its use. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. Validation is carried out by three validators, namely content, material, and language validators. The research instrument is a teacher response questionnaire for practicality and a student response questionnaire for attractiveness. The average validation result of media experts is 3.6 with the "very valid" category, while the material expert is 3.83 with the "very valid" category and the linguist is 2.83 in the "valid" category with revisions. The results of the analysis of the practicality of the E-LKPD can be assessed from the results of the teacher's questionnaire score obtained a score of 3.43 in the "very practical" category while the results of the analysis of the attractiveness of the E-LKPD obtained from the results of the student questionnaire score with a score of 3.19 in the "good" category. Based on the trial, it was concluded that the results of developing the E-LKPD product for HOTS-based thematic learning were valid, practical, and interesting to use in learning in grade IV elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstrak: Untuk mengoptimalkan pelajar SMK untuk menjadi tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan daya saing di dunia kerja, konselor harus memberikan program pengembangan karir, memahami dan melatih siswa untuk melihat realitas kehidupan dan kondisi kerja, serta berinteraksi dengan rekan kerja, supervisor, dan sikap yang harus ada di lingkup tempat kerja. Selain itu, melalui program ini, siswa diharapkan membuat rencana ke depan untuk memenuhi persyaratan magang, melanjutkan mengajar di perguruan tinggi atau studi pascasarjana. Program pengembangan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi, kepemimpinan, dan konseling kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adalah; (1) siswa memperoleh pemahaman dan informasi tentang pengembangan karir, (2) membantu siswa mengidentifikasi arah karir serta pengembangannya, (3) memahami fokus karir mana yang dimaksimalkan, (4) berpotensi untuk mengambil keputusan karir yang tepat. diperkuat, (5) orientasi dan pengetahuan tentang dunia kerja dan usaha menurut penghasilan, dan (6) nasehat dan informasi tentang pendidikan tinggi khususnya yang berkaitan dengan profesi.Kata kunci: daya saing, siswa SMK, pengembangan karir, kerja. Abstrak: To optimize vocational students to become workforce and increase competitiveness in the world of work, counselors must provide career development programs, understand and train students to see the realities of life and working conditions, as well as interact with colleagues, supervisors, and attitudes that must exist in the scope of work. workplace. In addition, through this program, students are expected to plan ahead to fulfill internship requirements, continue into college teaching or postgraduate studies. The development program is carried out through outreach, leadership and group counseling. The results of this study are; (1) students gain understanding and information about career development, (2) help students identify career directions and their development, (3) understand which career focus is maximized, (4) has the potential to make the right career decisions. strengthened, (5) orientation and knowledge about the world of work and business according to income, and (6) advice and information about higher education, especially those related to the profession.Keywords: competitiveness, vocational students, career development, work.

Abstract

Discipline is visible student behavior. Discipline is formed through values, customs, rules and norms that apply in society. Therefore, as a student, wherever he is from, he is obliged to apply discipline wherever he is studying. This study aims to improve the discipline of Manggarai students who are currently studying at Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang, because these students in the initial study of the research showed a low level of discipline. This study applied a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The researcher determined five students as research subjects who had fulfilled the purposive sampling requirements from the pretest results. This research instrument applies a disciplinary scale and group counseling guidelines so that the research process and results can be obtained optimally according to the researchers' expectations. The results of the study showed differences in the average scores of students' discipline pretest and posttest, where students received a low pretest and a high posttest. Furthermore, the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis show a probability score that is smaller than 0.05, meaning that self-management techniques can improve student discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik bermain peran dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Aspek prosocial behavior yang dikembangkan meliputi empati, kemurahan hati, kerja sama, dan kepedulian. Tahapan kegiatan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam penelitian ini meliputi: a) Tahap pembentukan (the formation stage); b) Tahap orientasi (the orientation phase); c) Tahap transisi (the transition stage); d) Tahap kerja (the working stage); e) Tahap konsolidasi (the consolidation stage); f) Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut (evaluation and follor-up issues). Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan desan pre-experimental, yakni one-group pretest and posttest. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik jenjang Sekolah MenengahPOertama dengan tingkat Prosocial Behavior rendah sebanyak 10 orang, yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui skala prosocial behavior yang dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan skor prosocial behavior peserta didik dari kategori rendah menjadi sedang dan tinggi. Hasil uji wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.005 < 0,05 yang artinya penggunaan Teknik bermain peran dapat mengembangkan prosocial behavior peserta didik. Penggunaan Teknik bermain peran memberikan pengalaman langsung bagi peserta didik dalam membangun interaksi positif pada situasi tertentu agar memperoleh pemahaman peranannya dalam lingkup masyarakat.

Abstract

Anak usia sekolah dasar termasuk berada dalam fase kesadaran karir. Usia dimana anak mengembangkan berbagai potensi, pandangan khas, sikap, minat dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang dipadukan dalam konsep diri (self-concept structure). Oleh karena itu pendidikan karir perlu diberikan sejak awal perkembangan individu dengan menggunakan beragam jenis media bisa diaplikasikan dalam proses pemberian layanan ataupun pembelajaran kepada siswa. Pop-up buger adalah buku gerak kreasi buatan tangan (handmade) yang mempunyai tampilan bisa dilihat dari berbagai arah pandang dan mempunyai panjang, lebar, dan tinggi/tebal atau yang biasa disebut dengan buku tiga dimensi sebagai sumber belajar. Pop-up buger yang digunakan oleh pengabdi dalam pengenalan tentang karir siswa sekolah dasar adalah pop-up kombinasi dari transformation dan pull-tabs. Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi di SD IT Insan Mulia, diketahui selama ini dalam menyampaikan materi guru hanya memberikan informasi yang mencerminkan profesi dalam pembelajaran karir melalui penjelasan tanpa bantuan media interaktif. Pop-up buger yang digunakan nantinya dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif media dalam upaya meningkatkan wawasan siswa SD mengenai macam-macam profesi. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yang pertama melakukan observasi dan wawancara tentang pengetahuan karir siswa SD IT Insan Mulia. Tahap kedua, memperkenalkan pop-up buger yang berisi macam-macam profesi kepada siswa SD. Tahap ketiga, memperkenalkan macam-macam profesi dan melatihkan keterampilan baru yaitu berani tampil di depan kelas dengan mengulang cerita tentang sebuah profesi dengan menggunakan media pop-up buger. Target luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bertambahnya wawasan dan pengetahuan siswa SD IT Insan Mulia mengenai macam-macam profesi di lingkungan sekitarnya. Sedangkan bagi Guru dapat mengetahui dan bahkan terinspirasi membuat pop-up buger sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of PKM activities is to help increase production capacity and quality through technology transfer, home creative industry mindset and improve the managerial ability of IRT Pring Makmur, including digital marketing in the context of innovating processed bamboo products. The main issue of IRT is the problem of production processes that are still semi-manual and still use traditional business approaches. These limitations cause IRT to be unable to meet market demand and business development is less than optimal. Method: The service method applied is a combination of mentoring, consulting and training techniques by offering micro business integrative solutions. Practical Applications: Micro business integrative solution includes TTG Development which is carried out including the provision of production equipment assistance in the form of dynamo cutting machines, training on growing home creative industry concepts, digital marketing training and several other needed training. Conclusion: This PKM activity has resulted in gradual changes, both in aspects of production, creativity and product innovation, marketing methods, product packaging, management and recording of financial transactions and HR management.
