Abstract

Kecerdasan sosial dapat dikembangkan sejak dini bahkan sejak usia prasekolah. Namun seringkali guru mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari metode yang tepat untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial anak-anak TK. Hal yang sama juga dialami oleh guru TK Al Mizan Dusun Palanggaran Desa Branta Tinggi Kecamatan Tlanakan Pamekasan Madura. Pelatihan Pengembangan metode role play bertujuan supaya guru mampu menerapkan metode yang tepat khususnya role play untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial anak TK secara berkelanjutan, selain itu juga memfasilitasi guru TK supaya mampu melaksanakan pelatihan menggunakan metode Role Playing. Metode yang digunakan didalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini adalah pemberian layanan informasi, diskusi, praktek, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan basil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan latihan adalah; (I) Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pclatihan ini, peserta telah mendapatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang Metode Role Playing untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial anak TK, (2) Pelatihan ini telah membawa nuansa baru dalam dunia pendidikan anak usia dini setempat, dan membantu guru dalam mengenali kecerdasan sosial anak TK dan juga pengembangannya, (3) Kegiatan ini menumbuhkan semangat kembali para guru untuk lebih mengoptimalkan kinerja.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence refers to the capability of a person to manage and control his or her emotions and possess the ability to control the emotions of others as well. Emotional intelligence is a very important skill for students. It is said to have five main elements such as self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. The purpose of this study First, to describe the level of emotional intelligence of junior high school students of Malang. Second, describe the differences of emotional intelligence based on gender and grade level. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The research sample was 313 students of State Junior High Schools in Malang selected by cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument used a scale of emotional intelligence consisting of 48 items, data analysis using descriptive analysis and T-test. The results showed 1) 25.9% students of State Junior High Schools in Malang were at a high level of emotional intelligence, 61.3% students of State Junior High Schools in Malang were at the level moderate emotional intelligence, 12.8% of students are at a low level of emotional intelligence. (2) there is a significant difference between the level of emotional intelligence of students based on gender, (3) there is a significant difference in the level of emotional intelligence of students from the grade level

Abstract

Sikap tanggung jawab akademik adalah suatu sikap yang penting dan harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa saat ini sebagai penunjang dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab akademik dengan menggunakan salah satu strategi layanan dalam bimbingan dan konseling, yaitu konseling kelompok dengan teknik token ekonomi. Penelitian ini termasuk quasi experimental dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Berdasarkan perbandingan pretest dan posttest diketahui bahwa delapan mahasiswa mengalami kenaikan sikap tanggung jawab akademik. Setelah pemberian treatment, subjek penelitian terlihat lebih berani mengungkapkan pendapat, lebih percaya diri untuk bertanya, lebih tanggap akan tugas yang diberikan, serta mampu menyampaikan dan melaksanakan komitmen untuk memperbaiki diri. Selain itu ketepatan pelatih dalam penerapan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan token ekonomi dan kesesuaian dalam pemberian hadiah menjadikan faktor meningkatnya sikap tanggung jawab akademik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok teknik token ekonomi efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab akademik mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

The development of technology that so fast and orientation nasional-internasional broad organization, requires employement has high competence. The organization of employement certainly create a new situation and put school graduates to be able to conform to the situation change. Self Adjustment is constantly interaction between individuals with him, with others, and with the environment. Self Adjustment, help students become happy and Able to devote attention and affection to the people. On the other hand , when individual unable to meet suit in work environment and he will experience conflict the inner and not optimal to his advantage. Structured Learning Approach is an approach learn structured developed based on theoretical social learning and modification behavior. This study used an experimental research design which aims to determine the effectiveness of SLA in increasing self adjustment in the working environment for students Prakerin in groups. Research subjects is 14 students prakerin at the university of kanjuruhan. The instrument used self adjustment scale developed by researchers.The research results show that (1) the average value of the pretest students before training is 32.07, (2) The average value of posttest students after the training 103.79, (3) 14 respondents have higher scores after the training than before the training, (4) the average increase after post-test was 7.50 with a significance level of 0.001.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations to students of class VII C SMP Negeri 2 Tegal Siwalan, indicating that 9 students still have low levels of learning motivation. This can hinder the development of students in achieving their goals and can lead to failure of learning. Therefore, the increase in student learning motivation is necessary for students. This study used pre-experimental designs with one group pre-test and post-test design. Subjects used in this study were 9 students from grade VII C SMP Negeri 2 Tegal Siwalan. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling which only studied the students with low learning motivation. The research instrument used is the scale of learning motivation, anecdotal note, and treatment material that has been tested before the expert given to the subject. Data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Based on the result of the research shows (1) Student motivation before treatment has low motivation level (2) Student motivation after treatment has increased learning motivation into high category (3) Simulation game technique using to dart board media effectively improves students learning motivation. This means that is simulation game technique using the effective media dart board to improve the learning motivation of the students in grade VII C SMP Negeri 2 Tegal Siwalan Probolinggo.

Abstract

Empathy is an individual reaction consisting of cognitive and affective components of the ability to understand other people's feelings. Empathy is built on the scope of awareness, so that more and more open to our own emotions, the more skilled in understanding the feelings of others. The subjects were 28 students of class VII and VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The research objective increase empathy of students through the use of cinema therapy. This research is a Quasi Experiment with using the pattern of pre-test and post-test Group. The instrument used is a student empathy scale, experiment guidelines and observation guidelines. The results showed that (1) pretest of 28 students scored a minimum of 42 and maximum of 97 with a mean score of 70.4, after completing treatment therapy to improve the use of cinema empathy, posttest results indicate a minimum score of 92 and a maximum score of 151 with a mean of 120.8 , the mean difference between pretest and posttest was 50.4. (2) Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, different values (z) after treatment with before administration of treatment is -2803, so it can be interpreted that the use of cinema therapy effective for improving empathy junior high school students.

Abstract

A phenomenon that is often encountered today is that many students have low learning independence. Students who have low learning independence often depend on their friends during the learning process, so they rely more on other friends. This study aims to determine how effective the shaping technique can help increase the learning independence of elementary school students. This study uses an experimental design with a single-subject design. This single case experimental study uses the A-B-A design. Data collection was carried out using observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were 4 5th grade students of SD Dadapan 01, Wajak District, Malang Regency who had a low level of learning independence. Quantitative data was analyzed visually, while qualitative data were presented descriptively. The length of the conditions during phase (A1) was 4 sessions, the intervention phase (B) was 6 sessions, and phase (A2) was 4 sessions. Based on the data-trace line, it can be seen that the phase (A1) of the trace data is low. The intervention phase (B) has an increasing data footprint and in-phase (A2) the data trail is increasing and stable. Data for baseline phase 1 (A1) is low with susceptibility 4-6, intervention phase (B) increases stably with susceptibility to 21-35, and baseline phase 2 (A2) increases stably with susceptibility to 17-21. The results of group analysis can be concluded that treatment assistance with shaping techniques can increase learning independence.

Abstract

Abstract: Empathic skills encourage an individual to look into the problems more clearly and objectively. Without empathy, it is difficult to know what others are experiencing because it is not possible to feel and understand the conditions of others. The particular study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Karpman drama triangle technique to increase junior high school students’ empathy skill. The research subjects were six students of eighth grade in Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Turen, Malang. The particular research was Quasi-Experiment using the pretest and posttest design. The instruments were student empathy scale; experimental guidelines; and observation guidelines. The study showed that Karpman drama triangle technique was effective to increase junior high school students’ empathy skill.Abstrak: Keterampilan berempati mendorong seseorang untuk melihat permasalahan dengan lebih jernih dan objektif. Tanpa berempati, sulit untuk mengetahui apa yang sedang dialami orang lain karena tidak dapat merasakan perasaan dan memahami kondisi yang sedang dialami orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keefektifan teknik drama segitiga Karpman untuk meningkatkan keterampilan empati siswa sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Subjek penelitian adalah enam siswa kelas delapan SMP Negeri 1 Turen, Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain pretest dan posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala empati siswa; pedoman eksperimen; dan pedoman observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik drama segitiga Karpman efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan empati siswa SMP

Abstract

Empati adalah kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi hal yang sedang dipikirkan atau dirasakan oleh orang lain dengan tetap bisa mengontrol diri atas situasi yang ada, tidak dibuat-buat, dan tidak terbawa pada situasi yang sedang dirasakan orang lain. Belajar memahami keadaan orang lain bukanlah proses yang mudah, diperlukan berbagai keterampilan mendengarkan yang baik untuk dapat memisahkan pikiran, perasaan, dan perilaku diri dari pikiran, perasaan, dan perilaku orang lain. Individu saat ini kerap dituntut untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kognitifnya saja, namun kurang dibimbing dalam mengembangkan kemampuan yang lain salah satunya empati. Melalui pendekatan SFBC mahasiswa dilatih merancang tujuan diantaranya mengeksplorasi solusi, membantu merumuskan tujuan yang direncanakan, dan membantu membuat rencana yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pola one group pretest-postest untuk mengetahui tingkat empati mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi pendekatan SFBC. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FIP Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan responden penelitian 9 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung sebesar 2,668 dan signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,008. Jika probalitas <0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya pendekatan solution focused brief counseling (SFBC) efektif untuk meningkatkan empati mahasiswa.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to map relevant topics that support the renewal of research topics on the development of flipbook-based media.Method – A bibliometric study using Zupic and Carter models was chosen as the basis for conducting the research. The research data were 1387 articles indexed by Scopus and Google Scholar which were filtered using the Publis or Perish. The compiled article data was then analyzed using VOSviewer to identify visualizations.Result - The results show that e-module is the most widely used teaching material for flipbooks, while interactive flipbooks and e-worksheets are alternative topics in the development of flipbook media.Implication – This study suggests that educators in tertiary institutions or future researchers are more innovative and varied in developing learning resources and learning media.Originality – this research is the first study that tries to discuss the novelty of the flipbook research topic.***Tujuan – Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan topik-topik yang relevan yang mendukung pembaharuan topik penelitian tentang pengembangan media berbasis flipbook.Metode - Studi bibliometrik dengan menggunakan model Zupic dan Carter dipilih sebagai dasar pelaksanaan penelitian. Data penelitian berupa 1387 artikel yang terindeks Scopus dan Google Scholar yang disaring menggunakan perangkat lunak Publis or Perish. Data artikel yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi visualisasi.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul merupakan bahan ajar yang paling banyak digunakan untuk flipbook, sedangkan flipbook interaktif dan e-worksheet menjadi topik alternatif dalam pengembangan media flipbook.Implikasi - Penelitian ini menyarankan agar para pendidik di perguruan tinggi atau peneliti selanjutnya lebih inovatif dan variatif dalam mengembangkan sumber belajar dan media pembelajaran.Orisinalitas - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang mencoba membahas kebaruan topik penelitian flipbook.
