Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the decrease in tourist occupancy rates at Bliss Surfer Hotel Bali in the last 5 recent years amid rising levels of tourist visits to Bali and the number of guest comments about the selection of hotels with the most results on location and price but the selection of less desirable concepts in this thematic hotel. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of brand identity, location and price partially and simultaneously on the decision of tourists to stay at Bliss Surfer Hotel Bali. The sample technique used was purposive sampling and collected sample techniques using accidental sampling on 100 hotel travelers staying at Bliss Surfer Hotel Bali. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, analysis of determination coefficient, hypothesis test and likert scale. The results of this reasearch found that each brand identity independent variable (X1), location (X2) and price (X3) together had a significant effect on the fixed variable tourist decision (Y). Based on F test, it can be obtained that Fcount results are greater than Ftable (58,382 greater than 2,76). Brand identity variables on the decision of tourists to stay partially obtained significant results with a variable significance value of 0.000 <? 0.025 and tcount value 4.213> ttable 1.984. Location variables on the decision of tourists to stay partially obtained significant results with a variable significance value of 0.000 where <? 0,025 and tcount 6,677> ttable 1,984. Price variables on the decision of tourists to stay partially obtained significant results with a variable significance value of 0.000 <? 0.025 and a value of tcount 3.675> ttable 1.984. The dominant variable in this study is the location variable with a partial correlation value of the brand identity (X1) of r = 0.585, partial correlation of location (X2) of r = 0.703, and partial correlation of price (X3) of r = 0.567. Abstract

Community service which carried out in Pelaga village, Petang, Badung aims to provide a wide space for local people to organizes and improves the system of management of eco tourism and to increases the participation of local communities in tourism development in Pelaga village through the well – packaging of eco tourism. In order to increase the income of local communities in Pelaga village, it is important to held this community empowerment through the utilization of its potencies, and then package it, as a valuable tourism product as well as to improve the finance and the power sources of those communities, also as a support of the tourism development in Badung. The targets of the activities of community service are the ecotourism manager and the young generations of Pelaga village. The approaching models are: 1. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model, (2) Entrepreneurship Capacity Building (ECB) Model, (3) Knowledge/Technology Transfer Model. Some activities have been done in KKN – PPM program in Pelaga village, in order to address the various problems of eco – tourism faced by the local communities of Pelaga village, such as: Setting – up a sort of a foundation to manage the eco – tourism in Pelaga village, tour guide training for the local communities, packaging training in how to package the coffee processed products into tourism products, English for tourism courses, and provide the local communities houses as home stays for the tourists

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini di dasari oleh rendahnya tingkat penjualan kamar di Devin Sky hotel Seminyak di saat tingkat kunjungan wisatawan meningkat. Selain itu juga dilatar belakangi oleh perlunya strategi pemasaran yang baru dan signifikan dalam proses persaingan pasar antar kompetitor untuk mendapatkan tingkat penjualan kamar yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya dengan memaksimalkan baik dari kondisi internal maupun eksternal hotel yang berpengaruh dalam proses penjualan kamar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi internal maupun ekspternal hotel yang harus ditingkatkan dalam rangka membangun strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan signifikan dalam untuk meningkatkan penjualan tingkat hunian kamar hotel. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan didalam proses penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan tinjauan pustaka, dengan lebih menitik beratkan pada penyebaran kuesioner yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa indikator sebagai pertanyaan. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan skala likert dan analisis SWOT. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah secara umum rata – rata keseluruhan persepsi responden memperoleh hasil yang tinggi yakni sebesar 3,36. Hal ini menunjukan indikator dalam penyataan tersebut menjawab bahwa pelanggan merasakan kualitas pemasaran yang cukup baik dari segi lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, terdapat beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembangkan startegi baru yaitu strategi SO dengan Menambah promosi produk sesuai dengan selera dan kebutuhan wisatawan serta meningkatkan promosi online. Strategi WO dengan lebih memfokuskan dan memprioritaskan segmentasi pasar Asia. Serta strategi ST yaitu dengan penggunaan kebijakan-kebijakan promosi yang menarik wisatawan, seperti pemberian potongan harga dan membuat paket penjualan tertentu dengan harga yang lebih rendah namum kompetitif Kata kunci : Strategi pemasaran, SWOT, Hunian Kamar

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kurangnya perhatian perusahaan di Kabupaten Badung dalam menyerap tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas serta keragaman penempatan kerja dan perbedaan jenis disabilitas pada karyawan di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa yang memiliki karakteristik pekerjaan yang berbeda adanya keragaman ini memberikan peran dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Selain karakteristik, motivasi penyandang disabilitas mendukung keinginan penyandang disabilitas untuk bekerja pada suatu perusahaan. Aturan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 8 tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas dilakukan oleh Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa dalam bentuk mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas sebagai karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari karyawan disabilitas di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa, untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja dari karyawan disabilitas di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa, untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung karyawan disabilitas selama bekerja di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan dan menyatukan informasi data dari identifikasi data mentah yang kemudian hasil analisa akan dilakukan interpretasi data dengan mengumpulkan kesimpulan dari data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dikembangkan dengan teori yang di dapat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, studi literatur, penyebaran kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari analisa data menyatakan bahwa motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berperan kinerja karyawan terutama dalam berprestasi, karakteristik sosiodemografis dan karakteristik pekerjaan berperan dalam kesesuaian pekerjaan dengan karakteristik karyawan dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Faktor pendukung karyawan penyandang disabilitas dalam bekerja salah satunya adalah prestasi dari karyawan. Faktor penghambat dalam bekerja salah satunya adalah rotasi pekerjaan.

Abstract

Abstrak Semangat kerja karyawan merupakan hal penting yang menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan, beberapa masalah seperti kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja menjadi salah satu penyebab karyawan tidak berkontribusi baik terhadap perusahaan. Berdasarkan data di Hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali terdapat keluhan terkait kepemimpinan dimana kekuasaan mutlak berada pada pimpinan, selain itu dilihat kurangnya motivasi kerja terkait aturan jam kerja yang tidak dipatuhi oleh karyawan dan tingginya absensi karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, kuesioner, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan proposional stratified random sampling. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 karyawan, kemudian dipilih secara acak dengan melakukan undian di setiap department. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan teknik analisis kuantitatif diantaranya uji validitas, uji reliabilitas uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis pertama tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan secara simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar (34,35) > Ftabel (3,09) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis kedua tentang kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dengan thitung sebesar (2,064) > ttabel (1,987) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sedangkan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dengan thitung sebesar (4,932) > ttabel (1,987) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di Hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Saran dari hasil penelitian yaitu pihak manajemen lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan, karena karyawan adalah asset penting perusahaan.

Abstract

The application of social responsibility in Indonesia is regulated in law No. 40 of 2007 concerning limited company article 74 which states that social responsibility must be borne by a limited liability company. Corporate social responsibility / CSR is one of the hotel efforts to increase awareness of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out what corporate social responsibility / CSR programs are available at Devinsky Hotel Seminyak and to find out what obstacles are faced in implementing corporate social responsibility / CSR programs. This research took place at Devinsky Hotel Seminyak, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary sources and secondary data sources. Processing and data analysis techniques through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that Devinsky Hotel Seminyak implements a corporate social responsibility / CSR program based on 3P, namely profit, people and the planet. These activities are providing assistance to orphanages, blood donors, beach cleaning, cooking classes, planting mangrove trees and providing village funds. Suggestions that can be given to Devinsky Hotel Seminyak is to make innovations in corporate social responsibility / CSR programs so that these activities are not monotonous. Abstract

ABSTRACT Diversity objects and tourist attraction in Biak Numfor Regency was veriety attraction nature coast , history and culture . Facilities include accommodation tourism , transport and communication good enough so Biak Numfor Regency for worth developed as tourist destinations . Research aims to identify objects and tourist attraction, internal and external constraints faced, and analyze internal and external factors of tourism development in Biak Numfor Regency Papua Province. Methods used in this study consisting of observation, interview, kuisioner, literature and documentation. Analyzed resources by method descriptive qualitative, IFAS-EFAS analysis, internal-eksternal analysis ( i-e ) and SWOT analysis. Based on analysis of the internal (strength and weakness) note that position objects and tourist attraction in Biak Numfor Regency be in the strong or potentially to be developed. According to the analysis of external (opportunities and threats) position objects and tourist attraction Biak Numfor Regency good or have a chance to thrive. Strategies to arrages development programs include forming programs of block plan tourism area, object inventory and tourist attraction programs, promotion development programs, accommodation development programs, public relations programs, environmental security improvement programs, institutional formation programs, HR improvement programs, tourism awareness counseling program. Was recommended to Tourism Departmen of Biak Numfor Regency to be more socialization, training and approach cultural to build a good understanding of the local people on the management tourism as well as, and build good partnership for all stakeholders tourism and Forming an institution regional tourism promotion of Biak Numfor Regency, so that led to the development of tourism into a better. The Government and society are required to be able to strategic in tourism development including the development of tourism villages. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of strategic, strength factors and weaknesses of strategic, as well as the results of strategic in carrying out the development of the Tutubhada traditional village as a Tourism Village. The results of the study were expected to provide advice or recommendations to the government and the public regarding the synergy pattern of development. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. The research used qualitative data and quantitative data as well as primary data and secondary data. Data collection method used is interview method, observation and literature study. The strategic of the local government and the society in implementing the development of the Tutubhada traditional village as a tourist village was successful, judging from the pattern of implementers, programs, and facilities and infrastructure. This synergy turned out to bring positive results on the value and social change of the Tutubhada society, as well as success in developing tourism potential. The driving factor is the content of regulations that are easy to understand, the attitude of the community in applying synergy principles and regulatory provisions. The inhibiting factor is human resource capacity, and the budgeting process is not balanced. Overall with the many limitations that are owned, the government and the society continue to make every effort to realize tourism development. Important to note in the development of the Tutubhada traditional village as a tourism village in the future is to pay attention to the synergistic coordination. Abstract

Abstract The hospitality industry in Jayapura City has increased. Therefore, the role of government is expected in the making of hotel development regulation, as the facilitator of hotel development, as the supervisor of hotel development, and the role of government in the development of special human resources of government technical personnel. Constraints to the implementation of government policies in hotel development, namely internal constraints and external constraints. The purpose of this research is to know the role of government in hotel development and the constraints of government policy implementation in hotel development in Jayapura City. Data collection in this research is done by observation, interview of documentation study and literature study. Determination of informants is done by purposive sumpling, informant in this research, that is official of local government of Jayapura City. The collected data is analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of the discussion show the role of the government in the construction of hotels, as regulators, facilitators, supervisors, and the development of specialized human resources of government technical personnel. The obstacles of government policy implementation in hotel construction are internal constraints such as special human resources of government technical personnel, budget or fund, coordination among government agencies, and enforcement of regulation. External constraints include, central regulation, Papua Province's regulatory, investor, long-stay tourists, and tourism industry data inventory. Suggestions given, the need for regulation of hotel development, hotel supervision, the provision of facilities and infrastructure, the budget devoted to the government of hotel infrastructure improvements, and the role of government in improving the special human resources of government technical personnel.
