Previously, Shintoo was an anonym collection of various nature and ancestor spirit worships that were finally be united and organized in a devotion system that is centered to the God of Ama-terasu-oo-mi-kami. <![CDATA[Those are taken from the reality, then those gathers with the theories to analyze the literary works. One of them is psychoanalytic literary criticism. Psychoanalytic literary criticism is usually used to analyze the emotions, psychological conflicts and the psychological phenomenon of a Derai psychoanalytic literary criticism. Some steps are conducted to gain the data, they are close reading, review and note taking. There are some techniques used to analyze the main character, and the results reveals that Ben Tierney, as leadership, charming and smart person. <![CDATA[Readiness of parenting and positive reception of a mother to a disable child will help the growth and progress ofchildren in terms of both academic and other developments. This paper focuses on the Implementation Principles ofLearning Disable Children in the novel Aku Terlahir 500 gram dan Buta by Miyuki Inoue. This paper aims todescribe the implementation of learning principle of the main character as a disable child in the novel. It is basedon the theory proposed by Bambang Putranto. The purpose of the study is to add insight on the principle of learningfor disable children as well as expanding knowledge on the analysis of literary studies. The data collection includesthe close reading, observations an written documents. The steps of the study consist of 1) planning 2) data collection3) data processing 4) conclusion, and 5) the writing of the report. <![CDATA[This research is a descriptive psychological analysis study according to Goleman's theory of the emotional intelligence of Totto Chan in the novel Madogiwa no Totto chan by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of emotional intelligence of Totto Chan in the novel Madogiwa No Totto Chan by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the character of Totto Chan has seven elements of emotional intelligence. This is indicated by the confidence to succeed very high, always trying to find out and try new things, the main character plans well and does not despair to achieve goals when intending to do something, the main character has self-control in adjusting his desires to the demands of the environment, the main character has a very high relationship with other people where the main character is able to understand their situations and conditions, the main character communicates well, the main character can be cooperative with others. Therefore Totto Chan's emotional intelligence is high. ]]>

<![CDATA[Conflict is one thing we usually experience in our lives. This can be internal or external one.   This study is aimed at describing the internal conflict experienced by Zenchi Naigu. The source of data is Akutagawa Ryūnosuke’s short story entitled “Hana†(Nose). This conflict is analyzed using personality theory proposed by Freud, which includes Id, Ego, and Superego. In this theory, it is said that there is a conflict between Id and Superego which is caused by the unstable (weak) function of Ego. The steps to analyze the data are reading the short story, analyzing the conflict and interpreting the finding. The result showed that Zenchi Naigu experienced that conflict because of his desire to shorten his nose. <![CDATA[Japanese people put forward a kind of politeness or indirectness, specifically referred to as enryo, in their life. Enryo is a Japanese culture that is always maintained. For Japanese, enryo controls unacceptable behaviors. Enryo can be seen in movies, dramas, or other literary works. One of the movies that show enryo is Marumo no Okite. Enryo in this movie was analyzed by using Wierzbicka’s theory. The result demonstrates that enryo deals with a semantic component as indicated by the proposition of “I cannot say/do this: “I want this, I don’t want thisâ€. If one says/does this, he or she will get a bad thing due to his or her words/actions. Enryo is present in Japanese life because there is a feeling of reluctance when one has to deal with other people.Keywords: enryo, shame, politeness, main character]]>

<![CDATA[Karya sastra merupakan hasil pencerminan kehidupan manusia yang di dalamnya tersirat sikap, tingkah laku, dan pola pikir manusia itu sendiri. Bahannya diambil dari dunia nyata, tetapi diolah oleh imajinasi atau rekaan pengarang. Sebagai cerminan perilaku, pemikiran dan pandangan manusia di alam nyata, maka karya sastra terbentuk dari unsur-unsur yang ada di dalamnya sebagai totalitas pembangun ceritanya. Adapun rangkaian unsur-unsur yang saling berkaitan tersebut dapat diteliti dengan menggunakan struktur naratif untuk mendapatkan runtutan jalan cerita. <![CDATA[This study examines internal conflict by Hanshiro Tsugumo and Chijiwa Motome. The purpose of this analysis is to know about internal conflict of Chijiwa Motome and Hanshiro Tsugumo. This analysis use data resources “Harakiri : Death of a Samurai†created by Takashi Miike. The problem of internal conflict of Chijiwa Motome and Hanshiro Tsugumo in the HARAKIRI : Death of a Samurai, where analyzed using personality theory including id, ego, superego. In the internal conflict there is a conflict between id and superego which its ego function is unstabil. Based on analysist result that Chijiwa Motome feel internal conflict because he want get a money to fixed his wife and baby, so he did false harakiri in the iyi‟s klan‟s place. Hanshiro Tsugumo‟s internal conflict is his desire to revenge iyi‟s klan because of the death of Chijiwa Motome.Keyword: Phsyco analysis, Internal conflict, id, ego, superego]]>

<![CDATA[Aktan is someone or something that is perfecting or undergoing action. Yabu no Naka's short story research using the Greimas act scheme aims to analyze the actions of characters in short stories using Greimas act theory. Acting scheme includes seven function actions, namely as sender, receiver, object, subject, opposant and helper. While the Greimas functional model consists of three stages: the initial situation, the transformation stage and the final situation. The seven parts of the story in Yabu no Naka's short story are discussed with an approach using a qualitative descriptive paradigm based on the act scheme theory and functional model. The results of the study show that in the seven parts of the short stories analyzed, there are 8 act schemes and 8 functional model tables. There is 1 act scheme that show zeroization (some function roles are zero or none) and 5 functional tables that show zeroization (there are zero or zero stages). Meanwhile, 7 act schemes and 3 other functional tables have a complete or perfect role.]]>

<![CDATA[Akutagawa Ryuunosuke is a great author who lived during the Taishoo era (1912-1926). According to Akutagawa, every author must have a worldly instinct as an absolute impulse of wisdom. If an artist has lost his worldly instincts, it means he has ended himself as an artist. There are two ways left, being crazy or die. Worldly instincts are meant by human desire especially for food and sex. Before Akutagawa died, he had a chance to create a very famous literary work, Kappa (1927) which tell a situation between dreams and reality. Akutagawa indirectly wanted to convey what he felt in his life through one of his works, Kappa. In this study the author uses a genetic structuralism approach that emphasizes on the synchronic meaning. It is the meaning which concernes with events in a limited period. The aim of this study was to find out Akutagawa's world views on Japanese society in the Taishoo era, towards the Ie system, religion and women.
