Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi ini memberikan banyak pengaruh pada kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Jurangjero, seperti pemutusan kontrak kerja, kehilangan pekerjaan, penurunan omset usaha dan mahalnya harga pupuk. Dengan kegiatan KKN ini mengupayakan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 yaitu dengan menggalakkan program mencuci tangan dengan benar, memakai masker, menjaga jarak, penyemprotan desinfektan, isolasi mandiri bagi warga baru yang datang dari luar kota. Metode yang digunakan dari kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan edukasi melalui penyuluhan kepada warga tentang bahaya Covid-19 serta menjalani kehidupan New Normal dengan mematuhi protokol Kesehatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini adalah adanya kesadaran warga Desa Jurangjero untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan, yang sekaligus mendukung program pemerintah dalam memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Abstract

Pengaruh secara simultan ataupun parsial keputusan pembelian sayuran segar organik berdasarkan manfaat produk, kemasan produk dan label adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Mengampil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam menjalankan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan analisia linier regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan manfaat produk, kemasan produk dan label secara simultan ataupun secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel manfaat produk serta kemasan produk secara parsial ataupun secara terpisah berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayur organik di Superindo Colomadu. Sedangkan variabel label secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : Manfaat produk, Kemasan produk, Label dan Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partial and simultaneous Service Quality and Word Of Mouth on customer decisions to use Brimo at Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Urip Sumoharjo Solo. The population in this study were customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Urip Sumoharjo Solo. The sampling technique uses the incidental random sampling method. Based on this method, a sample of 100 customers was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test), it shows that the independent variables ( Service Quality and Word Of Mouth) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (customer decisions). Based on partial testing (t test), it shows that the variable Service Quality and Word Of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 44.3%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (Nasaban's decision) can be explained by independent variables ( Service Quality and Word Of Mouth), while the remaining 56.7% is influenced by variables outside of this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously product quality, service and brand image on consumer interest in PO. Rosalia Indah. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was conducted on 100 respondents spread across the Solo Raya area, namely Solo, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Sragen, Wonogiri, Klaten and Boyolali. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate a simultaneous and significant effect of product quality, service and brand image on consumer interest in PO. Rosalia Indah with a value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (90.065 ≥ 2.70) and a significance of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Partially product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest with ttable value ≤ tcount (1.984 ≤ 4.311) on product quality and ttable value ≤ tcount (1.984 ≤ 2.576) on brand image, while for service variables, ttable value ≤ tcount ( 1,984 ≥ 1,094) and a significance value of 0.277 ≥ 0.05 so that the service variable does not have a positive effect on consumer interest in PO. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between variables of product quality, risk perception, and trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 2,797 students and the sample used was 100, where the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of product quality, risk perception, and trust have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions of e-commerce shopee on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2) There is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions e-commerce shopee for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 3) There is an effect of risk perception on shopee ecommerce purchasing decisions for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 4) There is an effect of trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there were differing perceptions of consumers of modern minimarkets (Alfamart) and grocery stores based on price, service,product and location. This research is quantitative research, comparative method by drawing conclusions through statistical analysis. The population in this study are consumers who shop at grocery and Alfamart stores. Samples were taken as manyas 100 respondents. Data needed through documents and questionnaires. The questionnaire was test edusingvalidityandreliability.Thedataanalysistechniqueusedwasmulticollinearitytest,heteroscedastitytest,normalitytest,autocorrelationtest. Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in perceptions of usefulness and convenience between users of the BCA mobile banking application service in Generation X, Generation Y, and Generation Z. The samples used in the study were 90 respondents. In this study the method of sampling using accidental sampling which is a procedure based on accidental sampling. Data obtained directly by researchers from respondents' answers through a questionnaire consisting of several questions regarding the perception of use through the variable perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Based on the results of research conducted to users of BCA mobile banking services in generation X, generation Y, and generation Z in the city of Surakarta, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the perception variable benefits of the use of BCA mobile banking services in the city of Surakarta in the X generation , generation Y and generation Z, There is no significant difference in the perceived ease of use of the BCA mobile banking service in Surakarta in X generation, Y generation, and Z generation. Abstract

Penelitiannini bermaksud guna mengetahuippengaruhkkepercayaan, e-service quality, danncelebrity endorser terhadap keputusannpembeliannonline padaapengguna aplikasi Shopee.Jenis penelitian yaitu kiantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Waktu penelitian bualan Februari sampai Juni 2020. Populasiidalam penelitian ini merupakansseluruh pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Sampel berjumlah 91 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik sampling incidental. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner.iMetodeaanalisismmenggunakangregresi linierkberganda5dengan6Software5SPSS6versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji FHhasil penelitian5kepercayaan,ee-service quality, dan celebrity endorserbberpengaruh simultan dan signifikannterhadapakeputusan pembelian online pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Proporsi variabel dependen (keputusannpembelianoonline) yang diterangkan variabel independen((kepercayaan,de-service quality, dan celebrity endorser) sebesar 45%. Selain itu proporsi variabel independentlainnya 65%, dapat dijelaskan denganxvariabelglainhyangutidakkadafdalam penelitian ini.
