Abstract

In 2020, the implementation of the KKN at the Islamic Batik Surakarta University in 2020 has a covid-19 situation that has hit the world. The work program carried out by KKN is adjusted to what is currently happening, the program is to support the government in breaking the Covid-19 chain, most importantly educating the public about the dangers of Covid-19 and living a new life in the new normal era. Especially in Saren Village, Klijambe District, Sragen Regency. Activities that support breaking the Covid-19 chain include sharing masks, hand hygiene kits, cleaning mosques, jogo tonggo and socializing about the dangers of Covid, signs of Covid and how to protect yourself from Covid. In addition to activities to break the chain of Covid -19 KKN, UNIBA Surakarta held activities to support the education sector in Saren Village, Kalijambe, Sragen such as building libraries and teaching TPA. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi ini memberikan banyak pengaruh pada kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Jurangjero, seperti pemutusan kontrak kerja, kehilangan pekerjaan, penurunan omset usaha dan mahalnya harga pupuk. Dengan kegiatan KKN ini mengupayakan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 yaitu dengan menggalakkan program mencuci tangan dengan benar, memakai masker, menjaga jarak, penyemprotan desinfektan, isolasi mandiri bagi warga baru yang datang dari luar kota. Metode yang digunakan dari kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan edukasi melalui penyuluhan kepada warga tentang bahaya Covid-19 serta menjalani kehidupan New Normal dengan mematuhi protokol Kesehatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini adalah adanya kesadaran warga Desa Jurangjero untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan, yang sekaligus mendukung program pemerintah dalam memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Abstract

Sampah plastik masih menjadi permasalahan, terutama bagi kelestarian alam. Pembuangan sampah plastik ke dalam air dan tanah menambah tingkat kesengsaraan alam. Sampah plastik yang terlalu lama tertimbun dalam tanah, tertumpuk, ataupun hanyut dalam perairan maka yang akan terjadi adalah pemanasan global yang berdampak pada kehidupan manusia itu sendiri. Untuk menghindari pencemaran lingkungan oleh limbah plastik, perlunya pengolahan kembali limbah plastik tersebut. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini akan melatih pengelolaan sampah plastik dengan melatih kreativitas masyarakat, sehingga limbah plastik dapat di daur ulang menjadi barang yang berguna kembali. Program pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari 1). penyuluhan tentang pentingnya menjaga kelestarian alam dengan pemanfaatan limbah plastik 2). Demonstrasi proses pembuatan tas yang berbahan baku dari kemasan minuman yang terbuat dari plastik. 3). Pelatihan pembuatan tas ditujukan kepada ibu-ibu PKK dengan melibatkan seluruh peserta pelatihan. 4). Tanya jawab untuk melengkapi hal yang belum dijelaskan. Hasil program ini selain bertujuan untuk pelestarian lingkungan, juga dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci : sampah plastik, tas cantik, pelatihan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product design and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes in Surakarta. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. The variables in this study were a brand image, product design and lifestyle. The population of this study was all people of Surakarta City, especially those who wear Converse shoes. The research sample consisted of 100 people, using purposive sampling technique, and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the coefficient of determination analysis technique, the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show that brand image has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, product design has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Currently, businesses are required to have a strategy that can attract and maintain consumers for the sustainability of their company. The study aims to test product variants, store atsmosphere and lifestyle, against the purchase decision of Excelso Caffe at The Park Solo Baru. The research sample used Accidental Sampling techniques as many as 100 consumers, with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression methods. The results of research on product variants, store atmosphere and lifestyle together or partially had a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Excelso Caffe at The Park Solo Baru. The purchase decision can be explained by three independent variables of 37.9% and the other is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneouslyi (simultaneously) and partiallyi organizationali culture variablesi, training and workloadi on the performance of the employeesi of PT Sunwoo Garmenti Indonesia. Thisi study usesi quantitative researchi, the populationi in this study is part of the employees of PT Sunwoo Garmenti Indonesia, amountingito 100 people. Data collection techniquesi in this studyiare 1) observation, 2) interview, 3) questionnaire, 4) literature study. This studyi uses statisticali data analysisi techniquesi with version 25 for Windows program. T testi resultsi state that organizationali culture and trainingi variables have a positive and significanti effect on employee performance, while the workloadi variable has a negative and significantieffect on employee performance. F Testi results state that the variablesi of organizationali culture, training and workloadi simultaneously have a significantieffect on employee performance. Resultsi of the Determinationi Coefficient Analysis (R2) is obtainediresults of 0.563 or 56.3%. This meansi that organizationali culture, trainingi and workloadi variables are able to get an effecti of 56.3% on the improvementi of the performance of the employeesi of PT Sunwoo Garment Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study is whether advertising media, brand trust, and brand equity have a significant and simultaneously effect on customer loyalty of Telkomsel data quota customers in Surakarta. The population in this study is infinite because of the large number of Telkomsel customers in Surakarta. The research sample was taken by incidental sampling and obtained 100 respondents using the multiple linear regression method. In this study, a questionnaire was distributed to Telkomsel quota customers. The results showed that the variable advertising media, brand trust, and brand equity had a significant effect on Telkomsel data quota customers in Surakarta and advertising media had a positive effect on customer loyalty while partially brand trust had no positive effect on customer loyalty. And for brand equity it had a positive effect on customer loyalty. positive on customer loyalty. Three independent variables explained that customer loyalty was 41,3% and the others were influenced by other variables. Keywords: advertising media, brand trust, brand equity, loyalty

Abstract

Changes occur in all fields including in the field of communication equipment, companies are always required to produce the latest products and the best innovations so that they are different from previous product and consumers want to buy them. The attractiveness of advertising that reminds and makes consumers interested in advertised products makes purchase demand increase, in addition to offering products through advertising the product must also meet the lifestyle of someone who wears it. In addition to the attractiveness of advertising and lifestyle, the quality ofathe product also greatly affects the product that will be launched to the public because the quality ofathe product will determine the price of the product. Researchers conducted this study toadetermine and explain the influenceaofaadvertisingaattractiveness,.lifestyle.andaproduct.qualityainainfluencingapurchasing.decisions for xiaomi smartphones.in Sukoharjo. This recearch uses descriptive quantitative research with the independent variables of ad attractiveness, lifestyle and product quality. The sample population used is the entire Sukoharjo community, especially xiaomi smartphone users with a population of 3,780 people and a sample or 100 respondents, in taking the sample using purposive sapling technique and for data colletion using a questionnaire or questionnaire method. Based on the results of multiple linier regression tests, this study proves that.the attractiveness.of advertising, lifestyle and product quality.have a significant.effect on.purchasing.decisions together. Abstract

The aim of this research are to find out the simultaneous and partial influence between partnership, facility and brand image toward visit decision at Ibis Hotel in Surakarta. The population in this study were ibis hotel customers in Surakarta in the October-November 2019 period, totaling 209 registered members. The samples in this study were 104 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, t test, f test, the coefficients determined. The result of this study: there is simultaneous influence between partnership, facility and brand image toward visit decision at Ibis Hotel in Surakarta. Abstract

Developments in the digital media era as of today, having an online business is indeed one of the most profitable things. Once the community recognizes the online transaction system, it is also known that the user rates of online buying and selling services are increasing. It's what makes online business segments drastically rising. Especially, nowadays more and more selling sites or online marketplace that special provide online buy and sell transactions such as Shopee. Study reserch uses a descriptive and causal approach with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires were used to obtain data from citizens living in all areas of Surakarta. Samples in this study uses of 100 respondents, the research was carried out throughout Surakarta and the time needed in this study was more or less for 3 months. The results of this study indicate that quality of service, online customer review variables and trust have a significant positive effect on online purchasing decision.
