Abstract

: Kurikulum 2013 adalah kurikulum yang meningkatkan dan menyeimbangkan soft skill dan hard skill yang meliputi aspek kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan, dan pengetahun. Dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. Penerapan kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Luar Biasa ini merupakan bukti tidak membeda-bedakan antara Sekolah Reguler dan Sekolah Luar Biasa, Penelitian ini akan membahas implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan mutu peserta didik di SDLB Maharani Lamongan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab beberapa rumusan masalah : 1) Bagaimana implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan mutu peserta didik di SDLB Maharani Lamongan. 2) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SDLB Maharani Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data dan analisis dengan metode deskriptif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan mutu peserta didik mencakup tiga kegiatan : perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Perancanaan pembelajaran dilakukan secara lengkap berisi struktur kurikulum, kalender pendidikan, mengkaji silabus, program semester, jadwal pelajaran dan menyusun RPP yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing guru sesuai dengan jenis ketunaan dan kebutuhan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan tiga kegiatan : pendahuluan, inti dan penutup, dari tiga kegiatan tersebut sudah terlaksana sesuai dengan RPP yang dibuat guru, akan tetapi untuk pendekatan scientific belum terlaksana dengan baik. Abstract

The role of the head of the madrasa in the organization is needed to bring the organization to the goals that have been set. Improving teacher work discipline is a matter that will determine the success of school/madrasah institutions because it is from teachers that changes in the field of education will be achieved. The teacher factor determines the formation of quality students. Therefore, the role of the madrasa principal is needed in order to help teachers become more professional. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) The role of the head of the madrasa in improving the discipline of the teaching staff in Paciran Lamongan is a) the head of the madrasa as an educator (providing guidance and guidance to teachers), b) As a manager (through training and workshop), c) As an administrator (taking part in administrative matters), d) as a supervisor (providing direct or indirect supervision), e) as a leader (continuing to monitor and evaluate teachers), f) as an innovator (in meetings asking teachers to analyze policies or programs that need to be developed), g ) as a motivator (always giving encouragement, reminding and giving advice to teachers.

Abstract

Manajemen kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik di SDN Banjarwati dikarenakan banyak sekolah saat ini dipenuhi oleh generasi milenial, begitupun di SDN Banjarwati. Generasi milenial saat ini sangat minin pengetahuan agama islam, untuk itu pihak sekolah berusaha tidak hanya mengajarkan materi agama islam tetapi juga praktek kegiatan religius sebagai bentuk implementasi dari materi tersebut. Kegiatan-kegiatan religius pasti ada struktur manajerialnya, untuk itu kepala sekolah hendaknya memiliki kompetensi manajerial yang baik. Guna mengetahui permasalahan dan mendapatkan data yang akurat, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Dan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa Manajemen kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik di SDN Banjarwati adalah suatu bentuk usaha yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan cara mengadakan berbagai program yang dapat membentuk karakter religius peserta didik sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi suatu kebiasaan berperilaku dan bertindak yang baik bagi peserta didik serta dapat menjadikan peserta didik yang berakhlakul karimah. Sementara itu, Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik yakni dengan cara mengadakan dan menerapkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat islami. Adapun kegiatan-kegiatan religius yang diadakan SDN Banjarwati yakni: a) Apel Pagi atau Doa Bersama Sebelum Memasuki Ruang Kelas, b) Sholat Dhuha, c) Sholat Dhuhur Berjamaah, d) Membaca Al-Quran, Juz Amma dan Asmaul Khusnah. Adapun faktor pendukung kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik yakni: a) Guru yang kompeten dalam bidangnya dan sangat memperhatikan kondisi pendidikan, b) Tersedianya fasilitas musholah, c) Semangat kepala sekolah dan dewan guru, d) Antusiasme peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan religius, e) Ketersediaan buku/kitab pegangan siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambat kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik yakni: a) Dana sebagai faktor pengahambat paling utama, b) Jumlah guru yang terbatas, c) Guru yang lebih mementingkan kepentingan pribadinya, d) Peserta didik yang membandel tidak mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan religius.

Abstract

The strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of teachers but there are still many teachers who are less than optimal in communicating well. This social competence also affects the formation of student character and affects relations with the community. This study aims to answer several problem formulations: 1) What is the strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of teachers. 2) What are the influencing factors in improving the social competence of teachers. This type of research includes qualitative research, which generates data and is analyzed using a descriptive method adapted to MTs. Al Khoiriyah 2 Mulyorejo. The data collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study, that the strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of Mts teachers. Al Khoiriyah 2 Mulyorejo is a collaborative strategy. And in improving the social competence of teachers, the head of madrasah includes teachers in MGMP, Workshop, and IT Guidance. Not only that, once a month the head of the madrasah holds meetings and evaluations and involves teachers in community activities, namely Istighosah. That way the teacher can add insight and establish good friendship, thereby increasing interaction relations to the maximum. In accordance with the madrasa principal's strategy, several factors affect the teacher's social competence. The factors that influence in improving the social competence of teachers are the educational background of each teacher, the age of the teacher, experience in learning, influences from within and environmental conditions. As for the results of this study, it is recommended that in the future the madrasa head pays more attention to the problems that exist within the scope of the madrasa institution, especially in terms of good communication. So that teachers, staff, and students are able to apply it in everyday life to the fullest. And there needs to be a forum that bridges between teachers who take part in trainings with the intention of transmitting the knowledge that has been obtained to other teachers. So you can implement.

Abstract

Early childhood education is very important because the potential for intelligence and basic behavior of children is vulnerable at this age, the importance of this age is often referred to as the golden age. The researcher concludes that the child's development at the next stage is the child's productivity to develop according to stimulation, guidance, assistance and treatment in accordance with the level of developmental growth.Researchers know the problems and get accurate data, researchers use the method of observation (field observations), interviews or interviews and documentation. By using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research in curriculum management are that management functions are applied, including the curriculum management planning process that follows the Indonesian Early Childhood Education Association (HIMPAUDI). Curriculum planning is carried out with the preparation of teaching and learning process materials. The implementation of the curriculum is carried out without any necessity, but rather on direction so that students can have an independent character. The supervision and evaluation of this curriculum consists of several stages, namely: measuring the implementation of the curriculum, measuring the implementation of real activities and analyzing errors or deficiencies that exist during carrying out the curriculum, through meetings once a semester with HIMPAUDI.Inhibiting factors in curriculum managementearly childhood in improving the independent character of students, namely, students still want to be close to their parents when they are at school. Supporting factors in curriculum management improve independent character, namely students playing while learning with learning media at school and from the factor of their parents who also provide enthusiasm in the learning process.

Abstract

The principal's strategy is to establish a cooperative relationship with the automotive business world at SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Planning a strategic cooperation in the automotive business world first to analyze the impact experienced later in order to achieve an effective and efficient goal. The purpose of this study is to, 1) Knowing the strategy of the principal of SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan in a cooperative relationship with the automotive business world. 2) Knowing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the principal's cooperation strategy with the automotive business world. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research using three stages, namely. : First, dig up research data. The second stage is to analyze the data that has been obtained. The third stage is to check the validity of the data. The results of the research carried out show the conclusions, namely, First, the principal makes a plan for the strategy to be implemented by creating a team and analyzing the impact that will be experienced during the implementation of the collaboration process. Second, determine the steps of the cooperation strategy and prepare the facilities and infrastructure to support the practice of field work as well as a condition for achieving the strategic process of cooperation with the automotive business world. Third, evaluate the implementation of the cooperation strategy by making a questionnaire every month to be filled in so that it is easy in terms of supervision, coordination and good communication and field surveys are carried out in order to know the stages of the implementation of the cooperation strategy. 2) The supporting factors and inhibiting factors for implementing the principal's cooperation strategy are facilities and infrastructure as well as the policies and wishes of the boarding school caregivers. The inhibiting factors for implementing the cooperative strategy include equating the mindset of Islamic boarding school human resources with the business/industry world and the application of an inappropriate curriculum also becomes an obstacle in learning.

Abstract

The utilization of figurative language in sports reporting significantly enhances communication’s allure and competitiveness within this realm. Figurative language entails expressions not meant to be taken literally but carrying implied meanings that enrich interpretation for readers or listeners. It crucially illustrates action and drama in sports news, engendering a more immersive reading experience and influencing how events are comprehended. This research probes into the use of figurative language, particularly expressions and metaphors, within sports reporting's context. The study’s focal point was the June 1, 2018 edition of the esteemed Indonesian newspaper, Java Pos, renowned for its vibrant sports reporting, particularly in football. Data consisted of expressions and metaphors in the form of verbs, nouns, adjectives, and numerals, sourced from Java Pos' sports reporting (June 1, 2018 edition), especially relating to football. The methodology involved participatory observation reading 7 football-specific sports pieces and scrutinizing each for expressions and metaphors. Additionally, documentation was employed collecting and analyzing articles from the designated edition to assess metaphors and expressions through a figurative language lens. Post data collection, data was condensed and classified by category (nouns, verbs, adjectives, and numerals) then verified and interpreted contextually. Content analysis was applied for data analysis, comprehending the contextual use and its impact on reader comprehension. The findings unveiled the presence of expressions and metaphors, encompassing verb phrases, nouns, adjectives, and numerals, in the news reports. This study uncovers the usage of figurative language, enriching communication, fostering creativity, and contributing to elevated sports reporting quality and deeper audience understanding.
