Abstract

To support business development and competition, forecasting capabilities with good accuracy are required. PT. Sumber Prima Inti Motor does not want the customer's spare part needs not to be available when ordered, therefore an appropriate procurement and sales forecasting strategy is needed. Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) is a fairly good algorithm for forecasting, in this study using LSTM to predict sales of spare parts for the next 60 days. The CRISP-DM method is used and to obtain optimal model performance, hyperparameter configuration is performed. The configurations used are number of hidden layers, data partition, epoch, batch size, and dropout scenario. The best results from the LSTM model hyperparameter configuration are 3 hidden layers, 3 dropouts, epoch 150, and batch size 30. The performance of the training and testing models with RMSE is 0.0855 and 0.0846.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on Company Performance in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. The data used in this research is quantitative data. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a total sample of 48 data. The results of the study show that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) influences company performance. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on company performance. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) have an influence on company performance

Abstract

Masalah: Sebagian besar Petani di Desa Babakanraden, Bogor masih memiliki tingkat pendapatan yang rendah karena belum optimalnya proses produksi Padi dan pemanfaatan limbah jerami untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasikan produksi Padi dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomis limbah jerami melalui penyuluhan mengenai efektivitas proses produksi kepada Petani. Metode: Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan menggunakan alat bantu test sebagai pengukuran hasil sebelum dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan tersebut. Hasil Kegiatan: Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman Petani di Desa Babakanraden menjadi 75,9% terkait dengan proses manajemen dan produksi hasil pertanian, dimana di dalamnya terkait dengan pemanfaatan limbah hasil panen yang berupa jerami dan batu bata. Peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pencatatan akuntansi keuangan juga meningkat menjadi 77% setelah dilakukannya kegiatan penyuluhan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Liquidity, Company Activity and Leverage on Sustainability Reports in Non-Financial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The data used in this research is quantitative data. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a total sample of 104 data. The results of the study show that liquidity has no effect on the Sustainability Report. Company activities have a significant positive effect on sustainability report disclosure. Leverage has no effect on Sustainability Report disclosure. Liquidity, Company Activities, and Leverage affect the Sustainability Report

Abstract

Community service is intended so that childrens can be independent in everyday learning and can increase their interest in learning. The methods used are: 1) learning assistance, 2) quiz, 3) test/practice questions, and 4) interaction/question and answer. The results of this activity shows that children are comfortable, increasing their intention to study and happy when learning, both with learning materials, subjects,  or with quiz interactive learning methods.
