Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The sample used is a saturated sample, which makes all employees (40 people in total) are respondents. The result of this study proves that leadership style has an effect on employee performance, it indicates that there are 4 (four) indicators on leadership style that must be maintained which is (1) Credible leader in managing the organization's future, (2) Committed to wages for the good performance on subordinates, (3) Realistically assessing the environmental constraints, and (4) Understand the ability of subordinates. Motivation also affects employee performance, where there are also 3 (three) maintained indicators which is (1) The leader provides real guidance according to work standards, (ii) Providing adequate working facilities and (3) comfortable working atmosphere

Abstract

These study determine the influence of price, promotion and the quality of service on customer purchase decision at Burger King Jatiasih, Bekasi Indonesia. The data used are primary data by the answers of given questionnaires to customers of Burger King Jatiasih. These study using quantitative methodology. The analysis of the study used multiple linear regression analysis of three variables independent and one variable dependent. The results showed that the price has partially influenced the purchase decision, the promotion has partially influenced the purchase decision, the quality of service has partially influenced the purchase decision and the price, the promotion and the quality of service all have simultaneously influenced the purchase decision of Burger King Jatiasih’s customers.

Abstract

PT. Prima Global Sinagria is a Strategic Consulting & Advisory which also provides Trainning and MICE located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a developing company, PT. Prima Global Sinagria commited to improve working motivation of their employee by maintaining career development and compensation, further more exploring the effect of recruitment and employee reduction in the company. This research was conducted to support PT. Prima Global Sinagria manifesting its commitment. The objective of this research was to explore the relationship between variables of recruitment, employee reduction, career development, and compensation to working motivation. Quantitative Approach was used in this research with 30 employee as the sample. The instrument measurement applied using validity and reliability technique. Therefore, early testing was conducted using normality, linear and classic assumption test. The results of this research showed the negative relationship between variables recruitment and employee reduction to working motivation, in other side there was positive relationship between variable career development and compensation to working motivation in PT. Prima Global Sinagria. Moreover the result also showed that variable recruitment, employee reduction, career development and compensation only affect 88.6% to the variable motivation, the rest were influenced by another variables.

Abstract

This study is conducted to meet the public demand for good public services and the equal to the developed countries, for it is strongly necessary to have professional state apparatus. The variables studied in this research are knowledge and leadership management which associated with PPPK performance in City Government of Bekasi. This research was designed to examine the possibility of causal relationship between variables . The analysis method in this study is using path analysis. The process of collecting data using survey techniques, conducted by submitting statements to respondents in written form or closed questionnaire. Population in this research are PPPK employees in city Government of Bekasi which consists of 98 officer of PPPK that using simple random sampling. The results showed that knowledge management have an indirect effect on PPPK performance, while the leadership is significantly have a direct effect on it. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on PPPK performance. Leadership can not be an intervening variable between knowledge management and PPPK performance, because the value of the total knowledge management influence through leadership is smaller than the value of direct influence on the performance of PPPK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of human capital, creativity and organizational performance at Krisnadwipayana University.  The research method used in this study using quantitative methods can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. Researchers who use a quantitative approach will test a theory by detailing specific hypotheses, then collect data to support or refute these hypotheses. The approach to be used in this research is a quantitative analysis approach based on statistical information. This study shows that the effect of human capital on creativity has a significant effect, the effect of human capital based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, the effect of creativity based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, and the effect of human capital through creativity does not affect organizational performance. because the existence of creativity as a mediating variable does not make the role of human capital increase in organizational performance.

Abstract

Leadership Style and Motivation Affect Employee Performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa. To determine leadership style and motivation affect employee performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population was 123 people, using the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 55 employees of PT. Citra Waspphutowa. The research method using simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous or partially leadership style and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) to analyze the effect of workload and compensation on employee motivation, 2) to analyze the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance, 3) to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, 4) to analyze the effect of workload and compensation on performance through employee motivation. The research was conducted on functional employees of tax auditors at the Bekasi Middle Tax Service Office. The number of samples taken in this study was 58 employees with data analysis using path analysis. The results of the study are 1) there is an effect of workload and compensation on employee motivation, 2) there is an effect of workload and compensation on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of motivation on employee performance, 4) there is an effect of workload and compensation on performance through employee motivation.

Abstract

Masalah: Sebagian besar Petani di Desa Babakanraden, Bogor masih memiliki tingkat pendapatan yang rendah karena belum optimalnya proses produksi Padi dan pemanfaatan limbah jerami untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasikan produksi Padi dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomis limbah jerami melalui penyuluhan mengenai efektivitas proses produksi kepada Petani. Metode: Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan menggunakan alat bantu test sebagai pengukuran hasil sebelum dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan tersebut. Hasil Kegiatan: Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman Petani di Desa Babakanraden menjadi 75,9% terkait dengan proses manajemen dan produksi hasil pertanian, dimana di dalamnya terkait dengan pemanfaatan limbah hasil panen yang berupa jerami dan batu bata. Peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pencatatan akuntansi keuangan juga meningkat menjadi 77% setelah dilakukannya kegiatan penyuluhan ini.

Abstract

To achieve an optimal work result, the company must improve the career development and compensation system in order to support the performance of employee in the company. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of career development and compensation on employee performance either simultaneously or partially at PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The study was conducted on 75 respondents to employees of PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The results of tests conducted, it was found that Career Development and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, Career Development and Compensation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Pertambahan penduduk yang cepat berdampak pada peningkatan kebutuhan hunian di perkotaan yang tidak dapat terpenuhi karena adanya keterbatasan lahan. Hal ini berakibat pada meningkatnya harga tanah dan rumah sehingga tidak terjangkau oleh masyarakat khususnya golongan Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR). Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat kecenderungan perkembangan hunian vertikal di 3 tipologi kota, yaitu kota besar, kota metropolitan dan kota megapolitan dengan sampling pengamatan di 8 kota serta melakukan pembandingan terhadap kelayakan pengembangan dari suatu jenis hunian vertikal. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai tipe hunian vertikal (rusun/rusunami/apartemen) yang layak dikembangkan pada suatu zonasi kota tertentu dilihat dari aspek ketersediaan lahan, nilai tanah dan lokasi strategis terhadap kebutuhan kota.
