Abstract

Pemanfaatan cuka asal tanaman terutama cuka bambu sebagai inducer ketahanan tanaman, khususnya tanaman jagung belum banyak dilaporkan di Indonesia. Cuka bambu diyakini dapat menjadi bahan organik yang mampu menginduksi ketahanan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dosis terbaik dari cuka bambu sebagai bahan penginduksi ketahanan tanaman jagung terhadap penyakit bulai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2020 di Laboratorium dan Screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tidar. Percobaan disusun dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 11 perlakuan yaitu K-, K+, P6, P4, P2, A6, A4, A2, J6, J4 dan J2 dengan pengulangan sebanyak 8 kali.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman namun tidak pada jumlah daun. Perlakuan J2 memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman.. Tanaman jagung yang diberi perlakuan benih J2 tumbuh dengan tinggi rata-rata 78,18 cm dan memiliki ketahanan terhadap penyakit bulai paling tinggi. Tingkat keparahan serangan bulai hanya mencapai 26%.   Kata Kunci : Cuka Bambu, Bulai, Peronosclerospora maydis Utiliation of plant-derived vinegar, especially bamboo vinegar, as an inducer of plant resistance, particularly maize, has not been widely reported in Indonesia. Bamboo vinegar was believed to be an organic material that can induce plant resistance. This study aims to determine the best dose of bamboo vinegar as an inducing the resistance of maize to downy mildew. This research was conducted from July to October 2020 at the Laboratory and Screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with 11 treatments, K-, K +, P6, P4, P2, A6, A4, A2, J6, J4 and J2 with 8 repetitions. The results showed that the dose treatment had a significant effect on plant height but not on the number of leaves. The J2 treatment had a significant effect on plant height. Corn plants treated with J2 seed grew with an average height of 78.18 cm and had the highest resistance to downy mildew. The severity of downy mildew only reached 26%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pertumbuhan stek dilihat dari komposisi pupuk cair terutama kandungan hara kalium, kandungan non hara berupa zat pengatur tumbuh dan mikro organisme. Unsur kalium sangat penting terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman dari awal sampai panen, terutama untuk pertumbuhan stek dan tanaman penghasil karbohidrat. Unsur kalium akan mempengaruhi penyerapan unsur hara nitrogen dan fospor. Tiga unsur ini merupakan faktor pembatas pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian disusun secara non faktorial menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) dengan lima ulangan. Satu faktor perlakuan,berupa lima macam pupuk cair yang sudah dan akan beredar di pasaran yaitu  AB mix, Nasa, Jimmi Hantu, Super kebon, limbah Rumah Pemotongan Hewan (RPH) dan satu perlakuan tanpa pupuk sebagai kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair berbahan baku limbah sapi potong dari RPH paling banyak menumbuhkan akar pada stek ubi kayu, panjang akar terpanjang ,serta berat brangkasan tajuk dan brangkasan akar tertinggi baik basah maupun kering. Sedangkan  kadar kalium pada daun ,jumlah klorofil dan laju fotosintesa tidak berbeda nyata untuk semua jenis pupuk yang digunakan. Indeks luas daun tertinggi diperoleh pada penggunaan pupuk cair AB mix.

Abstract

The Dendrobium salaya orchid is an ornamental plant with high selling value, but there are problems with the flowering period which takes a long time. The study was to determine the effect of the frequency of formulations in the form of nanonutrients, gibberellins, and benzyl andenine purines on the flowering. The research was carried out from September to October 2022 at the Nambangan Greenhouse, Sidomulyo Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency. The plan used for the study was a factorial Complete Randomized Block Design . The first factor is requency of fertilizer formulations. The second factor was in the form of fertilizer formulation treatment, the research repetition consisted of 3 blocks per treatment unit repeated 3 repetitions. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance. followed by the LSD test. The parameters used in this study were plant height, number of leaves, day of spike emergence, spike length, number of spikes planted, number of florets planted, number of florets per spike. The results of the study in the form of nano nutrients, gibberellins and benzyl adenine purines on the flowering showed a significant but not significant effect on the frequency of formulation administration in the Analysis of Variance followed by a further LSD test, which showed that to stimulate flowering it was sufficient to use a 1 ppm nano nutrient formulation. but if you want more optimal results on the number buds, you need to apply a 100 ppm gibberellin formulation + 100 ppm benzine adenine purine + nanonutrient 1 ppm

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon dari konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) dan teknik aplikasi terhadap hasil tanaman kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merr.) varietas Dega 1. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juni 2022 di lahan Desa Mejing, Kecamatan Candimulyo, Kabupaten Magelang dengan ketinggian tempat penelitian ±437 m di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial (4x2) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi POC yang terdiri dari 0 ml, 105 ml, 210 ml, dan 315 ml. Faktor kedua adalah teknik aplikasi yang terdiri dari kocor dan tetes. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi POC dan teknik aplikasi POC tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman, panjang akar, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong total, jumlah polong isi, berat kering biji, berat 100 biji, dan laju pertumbuhan tanaman
