Abstract

This study aims to find out how to cultivate multicultural education to the community, what lies behind the establishment of a shared house of worship in a neighborhood location of the Boyolali Regency Government, and how the conditions of harmony among religious communities in Boyolali Regency. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Multicultural education has been going well and has been socialized by religious leaders and leaders through various formal and non-formal activities in places of worship and in schools; (2) Establishment of places of worship on the initiative of the Boyolali Regent and supported by religious and masayarak leaders, with the aim of building togetherness to overcome differences, and to create harmony of religious life; (3) Religious harmony in Boyolali Regency has been going well, there has never been a conflict between followers of different religions.

Abstract

Factors affecting students' character are very various. In this case, it needs a certain study that reveals several specific factors affecting students' character. The objectives of this study is to analyze the influence of affective learning strategies and Lecturers' Exemplary on shaping students' character. The research uses quantitative methods with multiple regression research. The research population was all students of the Buddhist Religious Education Study Program, Raden Wijaya State Buddhist college with the sample used was 33 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that partially affective learning strategies have a significant positive effect in shaping students’ character with a value of sig (p) 0.05 or t obtained t table (6,485 2,045). There is a significant positive effect among lecturers’ exemplary in shaping students’ character with a value of sig (p) 0.05 or t obtained t table (5.566 2.045). Moreover, affective learning strategies and lecturers' exemplary influence simultaneously in shaping students’ character, it is because of the value of sig 0.00 (p) 0.05. Furthermore, the effect is amount to 94.2% and 5.8% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied. Impliciation of this research is that lecturers should keep their attitude, utterance, and behaviour especially in the class because the students tend to imitate  their lecturers.

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia yang semakin berkembang saat ini memiliki banyak tuntutan untuk guru, baik di tingkat SD, SMP, SMA disemua mata pelajaran. Adanya tuntutan inilah yang membuat peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian dengan tujuang: 1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap peran guru, 2) mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap peran guru dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja guru dan 3) komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru melalui peran guru. Metode yang dieprgunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan guru pendidikan agama Buddha di tingkat SMP sejawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa 1) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja guru terhadap peran guru yang ditunjukkan dari hasil t hitung 0,432 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,683 > 0,05.2) terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap peran guru hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil t hitung sebesar 2,855 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,036 < 0,05. 3) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi dan komitmen organisasional guru terhadap kinerja guru hal ini ditunjukkan dari t hitung dari komitmen organisasional sebesar 1,689 dan motivasi guru sebesar -0,0882 terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi komitmen organisasional 0,167 > 0,05 dan motivasi guru sebesar 0,427 > 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan prestasi belajar dengan menggunakan media alat peraga pada mata pelajaran lambang-lambnag Buddhis. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan si SD N II Sokomoyo pada bulan April-Juni 2015. Kelas penelitian yang digunakan kelas I. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keaktivan siswa dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas I Sekolah Dasar Negeri II Sokomoyo sudah mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan media alat peraga. Peningkatan prestasi belajar dari siklus I sebesar 20% selanjutnya siklus III menjadi 60% dengan menunjukan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 40% dan siklus III meningkat menjadi 100% hal ini menujukan peningkatan 60% dengan seluruh siswa tuntas dan memperoleh nilai diatas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran new normal terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran agama Buddha di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Cluwak Kabupaten Pati. 2) mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan orang tua dalam pembelajaran new normal terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran agama Buddha di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Cluwak Kabupaten Pati. 3) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dan pengawasan orang tua dalam pembelajaran new normal terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran agama Buddha di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Cluwak Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif regresi berganda yang dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Cluwak Kabupaten Pati, dengan responden siswa yang beragama Buddha dari kelas VII-IX. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dan analisis data menunjukan bahwa (X1) dan (X2) secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) sebesar 18,4%. Sedangkan sisanya ( 100%- 18,4% = 81,6 % ) dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar bersama regresi ini atau variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The activeness and cooperation of students is one of the factors for students to understand a material well. Therefore it is necessary to increase student activity and collaboration. For this reason, there is a need for a learning model that can increase student activity and cooperation. One of the learning models that can increase student activity and collaboration is the cooperative learning model Think Pair Share type (TPS), because this cooperative learning model emphasizes student cooperation and discussion in groups and in learning divides students into small groups consisting of 2 students. This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of the Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning Model on student activity To determine the effect of the Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning Model on student cooperation. This type of research is a type of quantitative research that will use ANOVA analysis. The sample used in this study amounted to 16 students in the three SMBs in the Seputih Raman sub-district. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews and observations. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers that F count the activity of F table (0.459 3.81) then Ho is accepted. The results of these calculations can be defined that the TPS learning model has no effect on increasing the activity of SMB students. The results of these calculations can be defined that the TPS learning model does not increase the cooperation of SMB students

Abstract

This research elaborates about influence of dancing art lesson in 2013 curriculum to 7th-grade-students during the second semester year 2022/2023 in Bina Widya Junior High school of Surakarta. A description about how dancing lesson in Bina Widya Junior High school of Surakarta is able to enhance the character of 7th-grade students in the second semester. The research uses selected tools to collect and analysis data which focuses in quality and the profound understanding to a certain phenomenon. The research also demonstrates about how the dancing lesson 2013 curriculum is able to build the character of 7th-grade students of Bina Widya Junior High school of Surakarta in the second semester year 2022/2023. Research subjects are the art teacher, 15 students of 7th-grade the second semester year 2022/2023, and the headmaster. When collecting data, the researcher has done it by direct observing, giving some questions to the number of people and searching related information. The collected data would be very reliable when we use more than one resources and technique. The way of processing data by describing and taking a brief conclusion. The research reveals that Art Lesson in 2013 curriculum leads the 7th-grade students the second semester year 2022/2023 to a better characters; religious, honest, discipline, creative, independent, and responsible. Additionally, dance lesson in 2013 curriculum also teaches the elements of movements that promotes character building through lessons and positive activities.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum that not all schools have implemented. The implementation of the independent curriculum has changes from the previous curriculum which makes teachers feel difficult. The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Merdeka Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency, and to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education learning at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency. This research is a qualitative study with an analytic descriptive approach. Data collection using observation, documentation and interviews. Six informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis used the Cresswel model. The results of the study found that the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Independent Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih has fulfilled all components of the Head of the Education Curriculum and Assessment Standards Agency and the Teaching Modules designed are arranged coherently and clearly. The ability of the Buddhist Religious Education teacher in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education Learning at SMK N 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency is in accordance with the Teaching Module he prepared. Buddhist Religious Education teachers are able to bring the profile of Pancasila students to be interesting by using a scientific approach and carrying out differentiated learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beasiswa bidikmisi terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya. (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya mengajar dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya. (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beasiswa bidikmisi dan gaya mengajar dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 136 mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidikmisi dari mahasiswa semester 4-8. Teknik dan istrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan pada analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh beasiswa bidikmisi terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri sebesar 0,127. Pengaruh gaya mengajar dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri sebesar 0,131. Sedangkan pengaruh beasiswa bidikmisi dan gaya mengajar dosen secara simultan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri sebesar 45,168. Kata kunci: beasiswa bidikmisi, gaya mengajar dosen , motivasi belajar. This study was a quantitative study through an ex post facto. The sampling technique through Simple Random Sampling. The techniques of analysis data was use linear regression. Based on the result and data analysis show that: there are influences of Bidikmisi scholarship to students’ learning motivation at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri is 0,127. The influence of Lecturers’ teaching style to students’ learning motivation at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri is 0,131. Beside that the influences of Bidikmisi Scholarship and lecturers’ teaching style to students’ learning motivation at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya is 45.168.
