Abstract

Jayapura City chose Muara Tami District as the center for agribusiness and agro-tourism, which then made the Kelurahan Koya Barat and Koya Timur as food barns. The Koya area started from the transmigration area program at that time people who came from the Javanese and Sulawesi ethnic groups. After developing, now it has been able to meet the food needs of Jayapura City and Jayapura Regency. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of the irrigation network for the Koya Irrigation Area in the hope of increasing agricultural production and reducing Operation and Maintenance (OP) costs according to a priority scale. The method used is direct observation in the field by tracing the irrigation network of D.I Koya and interviews with farmers and officers. The results obtained and the results of data analysis are the performance of the main irrigation network system in Koya which includes aspects of physical infrastructure, supporting facilities, plant productivity, personnel organization, documentation and associations of water user farmers (P3A) which is 68.40% in the category of poor performance and needs attention. , the handling is routine maintenance, periodic maintenance and rehabilitation

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat yang masih kurang peduli akan pendidikan anak di usia dini dan membantu para tenaga pengajar dalam pembelajaran inovatif di PAUD Koya Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi lapangan. Studi lapangan melalui data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta studi kepustakaan untuk mendukung permasalahan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang hasil penelitiannya berupa narasi atau teks. Dan dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat  yang dilakukan oleh penulis kesadaran penduduk di kampung Koya Tengah dan orang tua murid di PAUD Koya Tengah masih sangat kurang. Dan masih butuhnya bimbingan tenaga pengajar melalui pelatihan pembelajaran inovatif . Sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan penyuluhan yang menargetkan para warga kampung Koya Tengah dan orang tua murid di PAUD Koya Tengah serta pelatihan pada bunda PAUD menjadi solusi untuk kemajuan dan perkembangan anak serta PAUD Koya Tengah yang berada di lingkungan Distrik Muara Tami

Abstract

This study aims to determine the capacity needs of the SRP in Hamadi Central Market, Jayapura City. The data required in the form of primary data and secondary data, quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis approaches to analyze the characteristics of vehicle parking against the needs of SRP in Hamadi Central Market, Jayapura City. The results of the analysis of the parking volume for 92 vehicles and 164 motorcycles, the accumulated parking for 326 vehicles and 301 motorcycles, the parking duration for cars and motorbikes ranged from 1-2 hours, the parking capacity for cars was 39 vehicles / hour and for motorbikes 19 vehicles / hour, 88.3% cars and 90.4% motorbikes, 0.83 car parking turnover rates for cars / parking lots and motorbikes 1.42 motorbikes / parking lots, parking availability 267 vehicles / 9 hours and 119 motorbikes / 9 hours. The result of combining the analysis method, the need for a 46 SRP car and an 88 SRP motorbike means that it exceeds the available SRP. To answer this, an arrangement of the SRP for the car was carried out, so that the SRP for the car was sufficient because the planned SRP was 61 SRP. Meanwhile, to answer the needs of motorbike SRP, which is to move the parking lot into the market / building area, so that the SRP for motorbikes is sufficient because the SRP planned is 108 SRP. The parallel parking pattern is recommended for SRP cars and motorbikes with an angle of 90º.

Abstract

Permasalahan genangan bukanlah persoalan yang sederhana, beberapa faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan, antara lain, pertambahan debit banjir akibat perubahan tata guna lahan, penyempitan dan pendangkalan saluran akibat desakan permukiman dan sedimen. permasalahan tingginya muka air tanah dan permasalahan sampah. Untuk itu, Solusi untuk penanganan genangan pada tanah dengan kondisi lanau adalah dengan menerapkan sistem konservasi air, yang mana salah satunya dengan membuat lubang resapan biopori. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengambil lokasi dengan keadaan tanah tanah lanau. data-data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dan dianalisis. Data primer yang di dapat adalah berupa laju infiltrasi air ke dalam tanah dan nilai laju infiltrasi sebelum dan sesudah adanya lubang resapan biopori. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh kondisi tanah secara umum yaitu lempung berpasir kasar, nilai kepadatan basah (É£b) = 3.32 gr/cm3 dan nilai kepadatan kering (É£d) = 2.61 gr/cm3 , kadar air sebesar 22,03 %, kadar air optimum sebesar 28,57 % dan berat isi kering sebesar 1,270 gr/cm3 , koefisien permeabilitas (k) sebesar 0,004748 cm/detik.

Abstract

Highways in Indonesia generally use this type of bending pavement. To get a good bending pavement, it is necessary to plan a good asphalt mixture. One type of bending pavement is Hot Rolled Sheet (HRS). The use of cement and stone ash in asphalt mixtures results in an increasingly expensive price. It is necessary to innovate to try to replace cement and stone ash with other materials. Alternatives to the filler substitute are zeolite powder and Kinang Jingkion Powder. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of using zeolite powder and Kinang Jingkion Powder as filler on HRS-WC hot asphalt mixture. This research was conducted by making a mixture of HRS-WC hot asphalt by using zeolite powder and Kinang Jingkion Powder as fillers with variations in asphalt content of 5.5%, 6.0%, 6.5%, 7.0% and 7.5% As a comparison, test objects with cement as filler were also made. Marshall Test results on Optimum Asphalt (KAO) 6.975% for Cement fillers received a stability value of 1242.90 Kg, MQ of 396.9 Kg / mm, VIM of 2.70% and VFB of 81.30%. Zeolite filler with KAO 7.04% received a stability value of 1335.8 Kg, MQ of 422.5 Kg/mm, VIM of 2.31% and VFB of 82.64%. Meanwhile, the Kinang Jingkion Filer with a KAO of 6.85% got a stability value of 1194.40 Kg, MQ of 460.2 Kg / mm, VIM of 2.68% and VFB of 80.16%.

Abstract

The characteristics of traffic flow are divided into 3 parts, namely volume (flow), speed (speed), and density (density) where the three have a fundamental relationship that is used as a guide to determine the mathematical value of road capacity for ideal conditions. By using the relationship between volume, speed, and traffic density, it can be seen the results of the flow and speed on the road section if congestion occurs. The location is on the Abepura – Sentani highway where on this road there is a phenomenon of narrowing of the road lane which is right in front of JNE Padang Bulan. There are 2 types of roads in the study location, namely 4 lanes 2 directions and 2 lanes 2 directions. A model of the relationship between speed and distance before and after the bottle neck point was obtained at the study location, namely on the Waena - Abepuea road section, Jayapura City in three conditions

Abstract

The main road pavement works carried out in Yalimo Regency are flexible pavements using asphalt as the main adhesive. Asphalt produced outside Papua Island is transported to Jayapura using sea transportation, then transported to Wamena using air transportation, then transported to Yalimo Regency using land transportation, of course the price is not cheap when it arrives in Yalimo Regency. In addition to the price factor of asphalt material due to the relatively high transportation services, another thing that becomes a consideration for the need to use Kinang Jingkion material is the ease factor in working on roads using Kinang Jingkion which allows the local community to work on it using standard equipment that does not really require treatment or specific technology. According to these problems, further research on Kinang Jingkion material is urgently needed. Analysis of the Characteristics of the Local Material of Kinang Jingkion from the Apalapsili, Habie and Hulikma Quarry, and the Best Mix Composition to be Used as a Class A Aggregate Base Layer presents the results of the analysis related to the characteristics of the local Kinang Jingkion material taken from 3 different quarries namely Apalapsili, Habie and Hulikma, as well as results of testing the composition of the mixture to be used as a Class A Aggregate Base Layer.
