Abstract

This study aims to describe learning outcomes in comparative material based on the cognitive realm of Bloom's taxonomy revision and to determine the factors that influence learning outcomes in comparative material based on the cognitive realm of Bloom's taxonomy revision. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which is analyzed using a descriptive technique approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were all seventh grade students of juior high school 5 Sulamu. The subjects in this study were 22 students. The subjects selected in the interview were 6 students who were selected as interview subjects were taken from the results of high, medium, low criteria and 2 criteria were taken each. Data were collected using test, interview and documentation methods. The results showed that the learning outcomes with the level of remembering on the high criteria are in the good and sufficient category, the medium criteria both in the sufficient category, and the low criteria in the sufficient and less categories. The level of understanding on the high criteria and medium criteria are both in the good category, while the two low criteria are in the sufficient and poor categories. The level of applying the high criteria is in the good category, the medium criteria are in the good and sufficient categories, and the low criteria are in the sufficient and less categories. The level of analyzing on the high criteria is in the good and sufficient category, the medium criteria are in the good and poor categories, and the low criteria are both in the less category. The evaluation level on the high criteria is both in the good category, while the two medium criteria and low criteria are in the less category. The level of creation on the high criteria is both in the good category and the sufficient category, while the two medium criteria and low criteria are in the less category. Internal factors that affect student learning outcomes are lack of accuracy, lack of understanding of students, lack of memory, lack of interest in learning mathematics, lack of confidence, while the external factors that influence student learning outcomes are the lack of family attention. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Cognitive Domain, Revised Bloom's Taxonomy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of the case method learning model assisted by e-module on the learning outcomes of mathematics education students in Nusa Cendana University based on students' perceptions of complex analysis courses. This research is quantitative research with quasi experimental type of research. Population of the study is all the active students, while the sample consist of 106 students consisting of 51 students in the control class who were taught by direct learning model without e-module and 55 students in the experimental class who were taught by case method model with e-module. This research used questionnaire, test, and documentation for collecting the research data. It used two-way ANOVA with different cell for analyzing the data. The result indicates that (1) there is significant difference in the learning outcomes of students who are taught using the case method model assisted by e-module and students who are taught by direct learning models without e-module, (2) there is significant difference in student learning outcomes based on the categories of student perceptions of complex analysis courses, (3) there is no significant difference in student learning outcomes for each group of interaction of learning treatment and student perceptions

Abstract

Ped'oa is a traditional dance performed in mass by the Sabu community in a circle and led by the dance leader or mone pedjoe. This research aims to explore ethnomathematics in the Ped’oa traditional dance of the Sabu Community in the Raijua District. In addition, through ethnomathematics exploration, we can identify various mathematical concepts that exist in the Ped'oa traditional dance of the Sabu community in the Sabu Raijua Regency. This research is qualitative-explorative research with an ethnographic design. The subject of this study consisted of five people who were dancers and leaders of the cultural society. The data in this research is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data validity test is carried out by triangulation of sources. The data obtained were analyzed using Spradley's model data analysis techniques carried out through domain, taxonomy, componential, and cultural themes analysis. The results of this study showed that there is ethnomathematics in the Ped’oa traditional dance which is indicated by the characteristic of counting, locating, designing, and explaining activities. Based on those activities, mathematical concepts can be identified in the Ped’oa traditional dance, including multiplication, geometry, number patterns, geometric transformations, and mathematical logic. Those various mathematical concepts can be developed by designing mathematics learning tools that can be applied in mathematics learning, both for primary and secondary education levels
