Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan pembuktian alat bukti pemeriksaan setempat dalam proses pemeriksaan sengketa pembagian warisan dengan Obyek Sengketa Tanah di Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan normatif sosiologis. Variabel nilai kekuatan mengikatnya pemeriksaan setempat dalam putusan peradilan, adalah pemeriksaan setempat dapat dijadikan dasar pertimbangan, dapat dijadikan dasar mengabulkan gugatan dan dapat digunakan menentukan luas. Dan fungsi dari pemeriksaan setempat itu sendiri adalah dapat memberikan keyakinan pada hakim dalam memastikan keadaan obyek sengketa tersebut sehingga dalam menjatuhkan putusan hakim telah didasari dengan keyakinan karena alat bukti yang diajukan para pihak telah sesuai dengan hasil pelaksanaan pemeriksaan setempat yang dilakukan oleh majelis hakim

Abstract

Students as an intellectual group should be able to be pattern for the younger generation, for example to behave honestly and responsibly. In the making of writing products, students must have an honest attitude in making writing products. To create students honest behavior cannot be separated from the role of the institution to form a culture of honest behavior by not doing plagiarism against the work of others. This is the reason of the author to make a study with the title Students Awareness on the Regulation of Intelectual Patent Rights on Their Writting Products (A Case Study on the Students of State Polytechnic of Madiun)Based on the principal issues stated above, the purpose of this legal research are:To know whether or not the students of State Polytechnic of Madiun have an awareness on the regulation of Intelectual Patent Rights On Scientific WritingTo determine what factors influence the level of regulation awareness of students State Polytechnic of Madiun to Copyright on Scientific WritingResearch method used in this research is empirical sociological approach method that have intention to observe how is the reaction and interaction happened when system norm (law) work in the society that is to know whether the students of State Polytechnic of Madiun already have an awareness of law to  the Intellectual Patent Right of Scientific Writing and to know what factors may give influence to their level of law awareness of copyright on Scientific WritingBased on the above discussion about students legal awareness of intellectual property rights of copyrights on paper case study of Polytechnic State student of Madiun, it can be concluded that the students legal awareness of copyright rights of writing is still low, indicated by the number of students who know about knowledge IPR / Copyright is still small. The copyright infringement is still committed, i.e., taking photocopies of ordinary and reasonable regardless of the sanctions or rules, then in the case of quoting other peoples scientific papers or books, the awareness to include the source of the quotation is still low.Regarding the factors behind the level of law awareness of the students of State Polytechnic of Madiun on the copyright of the paper, the first factor of knowledge and understanding of law, as a whole the students have a low level of knowledge and legal understanding, can be seen from the two aspects contained in it that is about knowledge rules or laws governing and their aims and objectives. Many respondents who only know one of them, know the rules governing, but do not know the purpose of the rule, vice versa. The second concerning legal attitude and legal behavior, most of the students legal attitude is good, but still many are not good, due to cultural habit factor in the environment and influenced by friends around.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPondok pesantren merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan menetap dalam asrama (pondok) dengan seorang kyai sebagai tokoh utama, dan masjid sebagai pusat lembaga dan menampung peserta didik (santri) dengan tujuan memperdalami ilmu agama Islam. Termasuk Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Mekar Agung dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islah yang merupakan pondok pesantren berbasis salaf (kajian ilmu menggunakan kitab kuning) dengan sistem pendidikan Madrasah Diniyah (MADIN). Pada dasarnya pendidikan life skills diterapkan itu memilki tujuan yang sama yakni menyiapkan peserta didik (santri) agar mampu, sanggup, serta terampil menjaga kelangsungan hidup dan perkembangannya di masa datang. Secara umum penyelenggaraan life skills di lingkungan pesantren adalah untuk membantu para santri mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir dan mengembangkan potensi diri. Solusi pendidikan life skill yang diberikan kepada santri pondok pesantren adalah berupa pelatihan teknisi komputer dengan materi mengenal teknologi informasi (ilmu komputer, hardware, dan software), 2). Perakitan komputer PC dan setting BIOS, 3). Instalasi software berbasis Microsoft (operating system, driver hardware, application software), 4). Troubleshooting hardware maupun software, 5). Evaluasi (ujian). Harapan hasil pelatihan adalah santri memiliki ketrampilan (skills) pada bidang komputer berupa teknisi komputer, dan dapat mengaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik didunia kerja maupun berwirausaha.Kata kunci: Pondok pesantren, life skills, instalasi hardware, instalasi software, troubleshooting

Abstract

This community service was aimed to give understanding to Paguyuban Perias Ponorogo as an entrepreneurship group in goods and service sector of cosmetics accessory equipment about the importance of contract law of sale and purchase in business as proper contract will give legal security to the parties and can be used as legal basis for the parties. It is expected that those entrepreneurs can apply it in their business in order to get their rights law with the strong basis that can support the finance of their business. The study was conducted at Kota Ponorogo on 2 October 2017. The method that was used was giving material about contract law of sale and purchase, discussing the problems related to the previous sale and purchase agreement in Paguyupan Perias Ponorogo and training to make letter of sale and purchase agreement properly. The result of the activity shows that Paguyuban Perias Ponorogo did not know and understand about contract law of sale and purchase and the importance of letter of sale and purchase agreement in business as the agreement that they had done previously was still orally. Keywords: Contract law of sale and purchase, Letter of Sale and Purchase Agreement

Abstract

Research aims: The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of Gross Domestic Product, exchange rate, and distance on the meat import performance of ASEAN countries both partially and simultaneously.Design/Methodology/Approach: Purposive sampling method was adopted to determine the research sample. The data used were the annual secondary data of ASEAN countries in the period of 2012-2018, collected from trademap.org, World Bank, and macmap.org. Multiple Linear Regression was employed to analyze the data.Research findings: The regression analysis results showed that GDP and exchange rate did not affect meat import performance. Meanwhile, distance had a partially significant negative effect on meat import. However, GDP, exchange rate, and distance had a significant effect on meat imports simultaneously.Theoretical contribution: Previous researchers have used economic distance in their study to see its impact on imports. Nevertheless, there has not been much research done using geographical distance as an antecedent variable. The distant market has to incur large-fixed costs, which can only be supported if the export value is large. The negative impact of distance on imported meat must be taken seriously. AANZFTA supposedly gives a contribution to the member countries thoroughly to export goods and services. It is to increase per capita income so that it can be used to improve the transportation system.Implication policy: ASEAN officials are suggested to encourage the member countries to provide better transportation facilities to eliminate geographical distance barriers and further support SMEs and other business actors' engagement. Due to the limitation of this research, it is suggested that further research should consider using other commodities to measure the import performance.

Abstract

The development of ICT in various aspects including office management. Now archives have also used technology as a tool to process, access and disseminate and preserve archives. Archives that have use value are now presented and accessed through electronic media. At the Business Administration Department of Madiun State Polytechnic has been acting as an archive processing unit and also manages electronic records. Therefore, in this study wanted to find out how far the use of electronic archives in the Business Administration Department of Madiun State Polytechnic in supporting the effectiveness of employee performance by managing archives. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Where the object of this research is electronic archives in the Business Administration Department of Madiun State Polytechnic. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use interactive analysis models. Based on the results of the study showed the use of E-filling has not been able to fully support the work effectiveness of the administrative staff of the Department of Business Administration, Madiun State Polytechnic.
