Abstract

This research is designed to analyze the influence of financial performance, proxied by Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Earnings per Share to stock return, with inflation factor as moderate variable. The study was conducted on sharia shares in the consumer goods sector, that listed on the Indonesia Sharia Sharia Index (ISSI) in the period 2014-2019. Method of sampling research using purposive sampling method, with quantitative data, and the sample taken is as much as twenty two consumer goods’ shares. Methods of data analysis in this study by using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The test results show that partially Net Profit Margin, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Total Asset Turn Over have a positive and significant impact on Sharia stock returns in consumer goods sector. While Current Asset and Earnings per Share partially have no significant effect on the return of sharia stocks in the consumer goods sector. If tested simultaneously and simultaneously, the five financial ratios have a significant effect on Sharia stock returns in the consumer goods sector. The rate of inflation in the testing of this study proved to be a moderating variable and able to strengthen the effect of financial performance on Sharia stock returns in the consumer goods sector.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the influence of employee competency, job stress, work environment, and performance appraisal system together to have a significant influence on employee performance at the Pratama tax service office in Metro and to find out the most significant variables affecting employee performance in the Pratama tax service office in Metro.The population of this research were all employees of KPP Pratama, Metro Lampung City. This research was conducted through filling in the employee questionnaire. The research respondents were 50 employees who worked in Pratama tax service office in Metro. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling, while for the method of data analysis and hypothesis testing, the researcher used multiple linear regression methods supported by the SPSS version 20 program.The results of the research show that: 1) employee competency has a positive influence on employee performance 2) job stress has a negative effect on employee performance 3) work environment negatively affects employee performance 4) performance appraisal system has a negative effect on employee performance The results of the study simultaneously showed that the research on employee competency, job stress, work environment, and performance appraisal systems did not significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at workshop PT Wahana Sun Motor Branch Office Puri Anjasmoro. This research used the dimensions of service quality, namely : tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to customer satisfaction. Data analysis that used were instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The sample that used in this study were 100 respondents that choosen using probability sampling method. Hypothesis test result indicate that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influencing the customer satisfaction. Furthermore, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously influencing the customer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination indicate that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influencing the customer satisfaction by 60,3% and the remaining 39,7% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other factors which were not observed in this study

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia serta kebijakan pemerintah melalui Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi ekonomi UMKM. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian adalah Komunitas Petani Tanaman Hias dusun Tarukan, Bandungan, kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 24 kelompok usaha. Selama ini Petani Tanaman Hias melakukan pengelolaan produksi dan promosi yang sangat sederhana serta hanya mengandalkan pengunjung dari luar kota untuk berkunjung di wisata Gedong Songo. Saat ini tingkat penjualan menurun drastis, bahkan permintaan tanaman hias dan jasa pembuatan taman hanya terjadi satu kali bahkan tidak sama sekali. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan digital marketing dan memberikan satu set peralatan tepat guna untuk mendukung Kaizen Production. Kegiatan dimulai dari survey bulan September 2021, kemudian pelaksanaan sosialisasi pada bulan November 2021. Sistem Integrated Digital Marketing dilakukan dengan integrasi berbagai aplikasi sosial media melalui informasi lokasi bisnis di google bisnisku, memperluas jangkauan pelanggan melalui media Facebook dan Instagram, serta kemudahan dalam proses pemesanan dan komunikasi di Whatsapp Business. Melalui strategi tersebut informasi produk jasa yang ditawarkan menjadi lebih luas dan menjangkau pelanggan berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok petani tanaman hias dusun tarukan bandungan memiliki peralatan tepat guna, serta strategi pemasaran yang tepat melalui media online digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to the influence Organizational Justice, Job Environment and Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employee in Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The data collection methods used in this research are questionnaire and observation. The sample in this research is 51 employees of Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The sampling method is using simple random sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result of coefficient determination shows that Organizational Justice, Job Environment and Job Insecurity contribute 75,7% on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employee in Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Tengah, and the rest is influenced by other factors that did not mentioned in this research. According to the result of this research, Job Insecurity did not influence Job Satisfaction, meanwhile Organizational Justice and Job Environment influence Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work competence, mutation, and promotion on the performance of finishing employees at CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. The population in this study were all 72 employees of the finishing department, and the sample was 61 employees who were selected using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model and the analysis technique used the f test and partial test (t test) with the SPSS 24 program. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that work competence and promotion has a significant positive effects on employee’s performance, while mutation variable has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the f test show that together the variables of work competence, mutation, and promotion have a significant positive effects on the employee’s performance in the finishing department of CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran

Abstract

This social mentoring activity is a part of the Social Entrepreneurship Program, a collaboration between the Semarang State Polytechnic and the Ministry of Social Affairs, especially the Directorate of Individual, Family and Institutional Social Empowerment. The activity involves lecturers and students, as well as coordinators and assistants from the ministry. Susukan District is one of the areas that is a priority assistance area in Semarang Regency. The target of the program is the Beneficiary Families (KPM), and aims to provide business assistance for KPMs so that they are able to develop their ultra-micro businesses. With this assistance, the ultra-micro business of the KPM business can develop both in terms of model, capital, assets and business turnover through mentoring in production, packaging, marketing, and also legal aspect. Kegiatan pendampingan sosial ini merupakan rangkaian dari Program Kewirausahaan Sosial, kerjasama Politeknik Negeri Semarang dengan Kementerian Sosial khususnya Direktorat Pemberdayaan Sosial Perorangan, Keluarga dan Kelembagaan Masyarakat. Kegiatan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa, serta koordinator serta pendamping dari pihak kementerian. Kecamatan Susukan merupakan salah satu wilayah yang menjadi area pendampingan prioritas pada Kabupaten Semarang. Sasaran program adalah para Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM), dan bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan usaha bagi KPM agar mereka mampu mengembangkan usaha ultra mikro yang mereka miliki. Dengan pendampingan ini usaha ultra mikro usaha KPM dapat berkembang baik secara model, modal, aset dan omset usaha melalui pendampingan sosial di bidang produksi, kemasan, pemasaran dan aspek legalitas.

Abstract

Bank BCA is one of the banks that strengthens its efforts in developing service products by utilizing the internet to make online transactions. So this study aims to determine the effect of privacy, security, and trust on the intention to transact online at Bank BCA Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Research location at Bank BCA Bandung No. 18 in October 2022. The population is customers who visited in the October 2022 period. Sampling was carried out using an incidental sampling technique with a total of 97 customers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were performed using the t-test and F-test. The results of the study found that privacy, security, trust has a simultaneous and partial effect on the intention to transact online at Bank BCA Bandung. The effect is 51.9%, while the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine if the profitability ratios represented by Return on Equity (ROE) and the solvency ratios defined by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an impact on Earnings per Share (EPS) for real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange securities in 2019-2021. The population in this study were all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In contrast, the sample in this study was 49 companies selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis models, and the analysis technique uses the partial significance test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the debt-to-equity ratio does not significantly affect earnings per share. In comparison, the return on equity variable positively and significantly affects earnings per share.
