Abstract

The study aimed to know the influence of quality of work life on employees engagement of PT Nusatovel Semarang, the influence of organizational culture on employees engagement of PT Nusatovel Semarang, the influence of job demand on employees engagement of PT Nusatovel Semarang, and the influence of quality of work life, organizational culture, and job demand on employees engagement of PT Nusatovel Semarang. The methods that used for data collection in this study were interview and questionnaires. The scale questionnaires were a agree disagree scale with 10 point scale. The sample that used in this study were 47 employees of head office of PT Nusatovel Semarang that choosen using convenience sampling technique. Used multiple linier regression technique for analyzing the data. It indicated that quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on employees engagement. Organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employees engagement. Job demand had a possitive and not significant effect on employees engagement. Quality of work life, organizational culture, and job demands have 47.5% contribution to employees engagement. That means every 47.5% of employee engagement was explained by quality of work life, organizational culture, and job demands, while 52.5% was explained by other factors which were not observed in this study.

Abstract

The increasing need for fumigation services causes many companies to compete in these services, thus affecting the frequency of service use in PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch. This research aims to analyze the influence of price, product excellent and promotions toward decision to use fumigation service case study on PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The population is the customer who has ever used wood fumigation service at PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch. The accidental sampling has been applied as the sample technique and the sample are 53 respondents who are wood industry using fumigation service. The results of t-test showed that price partially got negative significant influence toward decision to use fumigation service at PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch. Product excellent and promotions partially got positive significant influence toward decision to use fumigation service at PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch. Based on the result of F-test, the price, product excellent and promotions simultaneously got significant influence toward decision to use fumigation service at PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch. This means that if the price, product excellent and promotions done correctly and continuously, decision to use fumigation service increasing. Based on the adjusted R2, 61.9% influence in the fumigation service decision at PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch could be explained by price, product excellent and promotion, while the rest of 38.1% was explained by the other variables outside the model. In the implementation of PT. Sucofindo Semarang Branch should pay more attention to product excellent because it has the greatest effect. This can be done through continuous improvement of service quality.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Samudera Perdana Selaras. The study uses quantitative approach, samples that used in this study is 36 employees. Data collection method is questionnaire. Data analyze technique is multiple linear regression analysis equipped with a classic assumption test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination with software SPSS 26. The regression equation is Y = 16.035 + 0.171 X1 + 0.636 X2.   Coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.579. The result of this research showed that perceived organizational support (X1) has no partial influence on employee performance (Y), job satisfaction (X2) has partial positive significant influence on employee performance (Y). The results also show that the perceived organizational support and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The problem of perceived employability and employee performance has become a debate that affects higher education. Our study investigates the interaction of the relationship between perceived work ability and employee performance appraisals. Our study found discriminatory perceptions of employability between various job skills in students and job opportunities and demands. Our study also highlights the value through multiple perspectives that lead to marketing analytical skills with a distinctive competitive advantage. Our study positions marketing analytical skills as mediating the relationship between perceived employability and employee performance. Ultimately the aim of our study is to help bridge the gap between graduate skills and future labor market needs. The analysis used a sample of 107 using an online questionnaire and the data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of this study show that marketing analytical skills make the relationship between core marketing skills, customer insights skills and job market appraisal more valuable for the concept of employability

Abstract

The problem in this research is how well the understanding, and ability to use technopreneurship in running a business. Data collection methods used in this research are survey and interview methods. Respondents consist of owners and managers of Temanggung coffee SMEs whose products have been included in district or city level exhibitions. Likert scale with gradation from strongly agree to strongly disagree is used to measure the assessment of respondents' opinions about the statements in the questionnaire. Respondents' answers were scored and analyzed using the average, maximum, minimum, sort, and criterion values. The conclusion of this study is the understanding and use of technopreneurship in running a business is in the good and very good intervals, and can still be improved to be very good. Understanding and ability to market the product has the best criteria value. Understanding and ability to use in managing operating capital and a strong internet signal are prioritized in increasing the understanding and use of technopreneurship

Abstract

The issues being studied in this reserach was to define any appropiate model of newly recruited student’s spiritual capacity building based on Training Need Analysis. The objective of the research was to know the newly recruited students’ need to training in building their spiritual capacity and secondly to to find out the students’s actual need through three variabels; namely organizational variabel, job need variabel, and personal variabel as indicators.It was a qualitative descriptive research whose respondens classified into thre categories: management and policy maker who defines orgnisational, stakeholder and personal need, secondly, 100 respondentts from PESIMA participants and extrainers, taken by random sampling techniques. Data collection method was interview to management and questioanire distributed to participants and extrainer of PESIMA. Discussion scheme was adjusted with TNA model while analytic model was Iimportance Performance Analysis (IPA) techniques.The outcome of this research was normative model based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Scientific journal publication. In addition there was additional Training TOR for Students’ Spiritual Building / PESIMA TNA bases. It was concluded that PESIMA, which was conducted for 18 years, in general it has insufficient performance level, or the students’ satisfaction was considered low. On the other hand their expectation level to this training was classified into high. It was reflected from the low level of average score index. The mostly expected indicator or the Highest Level of Importance was pasca training (follow up) guidance. With the score index of 82,8. Training was asssumed as less powerfull to provide any supplies/basic capitals for students to face industrial 4.0 challenges
