Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) provides the aim of improving the quality of service becomes faster, more convenient, and accurate on the basis of human resources (HR) is competent. Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) & Umum is part assigned to training for all employees PDC. Based on identification and analysis of problems, SDI & Umum has a problem in the process of determining the training needs for assessment competence test has not shown effective results. Impact, time to analyze customer samples will be long and causing delays lab results. This resulted in the PDC service quality to decrease. To overcome these problems, then made application solutions competency-based training needs analysis. This application can analyze the value of the results of competency tests to generate the amount of tolerance gap on the type and level of competence. Analysis of the gap tolerance can be seen priority training needs for each employee. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation of systems, applications have suitability between the results of calculations using the application with using manual calculations. The application obtained the information gap that training needs are categorized by level knowledge, skill, and attitude.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin meningkat di setiap tahunnya dapat menyebabkan permasalahan kompleks yang berdampak pada lingkungan di Kota Surabaya. Salah satunya adalah masalah pencemaran lingkungan yang diakibatkan oleh sampah. Ada beberapa masyarakat Kota Surabaya yang masih membuang sampah disembarang tempat. Hal itu disebabkan karena kurangnya kepedulian masyarakat terhadap sampah, serta adanya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui lokasi tempat sampah terdekat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dirancanglah suatu aplikasi informasi tempat sampah terdekat berbasis android dengan menggunakan sistem layanan berbasis lokasi. Layanan berbasis lokasi merupkan sebuah layanan informasi yang dapat diakses dengan perangkat bergerak melalui jaringan dan mampu menampilkan posisi secara geografis yang berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi seseorang atau objek tertentu. Aplikasi ini menghubungkan penghasil sampah rumah tangga, rumah industri, rumah sakit maupun penghasil sampah lainnya dengan pengepul lokal terdekat untuk menjual dan mengelola sampah dengan cepat. Aplikasi tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menambah dan mencari lokasi tempat pembuangan sampah yang terdekat dari lokasi pengguna yang dapat diakses dengan menggunakan android dimana saja dan kapanpun. Aplikasi tersebut dapat memberikan informasi tentang sampah yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan maupun rumah tangga sehingga dapat membantu pengolahan sampah serta transaksi jual beli sampah.

Abstract

Toko Harova adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Surabaya yang saat ini membutuhkan dukungan teknologi informasi dalam bidang usahanya.  Tidak adanya catatan yang terekam dengan baik, pemilik sering mengalami out of stock pada barang dagangannya, serta kesulitan memantau pengeluaran dan pendapatan usahanya secara berkala. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pemilik terkait implementasi aplikasi penjualan berbasis website yang telah dibuat pada Toko Harova. Dalam aplikasi ini terdapat enam menu yang dapat diakses bebas oleh pemilik toko, diantaranya menu barang, kategori barang, pembelian ke pemasok, transaksi penjualan, laporan pengeluaran, dan laporan transaksi. Dari hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan, peningkatan pemahaman pemilik toko terhadap aplikasi meningkat 40% dari 35%, dan keterampilan pemilik menggunakan aplikasi juga meningkat 40% dari 25%.

Abstract

Website e-government merupakan salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang digunakan pemerintah daerah kota /kabupaten di Indonesia. Desain website e-government yang menarik tentunya dapat meningkatkan intensitas masyarakat untuk membuka website. Namun, fakta menunjukkan bahwa banyak desain website e-government yang tidak enak dilihat sehingga kurang diminati untuk dikunjungi. Padahal, afektif pengguna pada suatu desain website akan mempengaruhi sikap dan niat pengguna untuk melanjutkan eksplorasi atau meninggalkan website tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel afektif pengguna, sikap, dan niat penggunaan pada website pemerintah daerah kota dan kabupaten. Objek yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah website Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 48 responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis path coefficients dari aplikasi GeSCA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap, serta variabel sikap juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa perasaan seseorang ketika mengakses website pemerintah daerah akan mempengaruhi sikap dan niatnya untuk mengakses website tersebut.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development and implementation of a web-based citizen data management system in Keboan Anom Village, Sidoarjo, Indonesia. The aim of the study is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of citizen data recording and management processes. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model is employed as the methodology for system development, ensuring an organized and systematic approach. Data collection involves semi-structured interviews and unstructured observations, targeting the village's RT 01 (neighborhood association) officials. The application features two key functions: citizen registration, including permanent and non-permanent residents, and a comprehensive data summary. Access to these functions is limited to the RT Secretary and the RT Chairman. The implementation of the system provides improved data management and financial tracking capabilities, enabling simplified reporting. The web-based platform ensures accessibility for RT officials and residents with internet connectivity. Black box testing confirms the functionality of the website and its compliance with expected outputs. The results demonstrate that the application supports the transformation of Keboan Anom Village into a more efficient and technologically connected Digital Village. Future research is suggested to examine community participation levels in using the citizen data management application and its impact on decision-making and overall village governance, incorporating participatory approaches to understand the perspectives and active involvement of Keboan Anom Village residents. Highlight: Efficient citizen data management: The development of a web-based application for citizen data management in Desa Keboan Anom enables efficient recording and documentation of resident information, improving data accuracy and accessibility. Technological transformation: The implementation of the web-based system contributes to the realization of a Digital Village concept, facilitating efficient and technology-connected administration in Desa Keboan Anom, Sidoarjo. Participatory approach: Future research should focus on evaluating community participation levels and the impact of the citizen data management application on decision-making and overall village governance, utilizing a participatory approach to gain insights and foster active involvement of Keboan Anom Village residents. Abstract

This study aims to explore the growth of online evaluation to give a comprehensive overview and identify research in the trending field and recommendations for further research that can be developed. This study used a bibliometric approach with descriptive methods from documents in the last ten years of the Scopus database. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were performed using data collected from numerous scientific reference sources to determine development trends, the most popular subjects, and the contributions of eminent scholars. The analysis’s findings indicated that student evaluations of courses and teachers were the most commonly discussed subjects. However, in subsequent years, interest had changed to e-learning, higher education, assessment, and evaluation. Recent scientific articles further emphasized the significant impact Covid-19 had had on altering the evaluation process, placing particular attention on online learning. With the advancement of research on artificial intelligence in education, this study also outlined prospects and challenges in online evaluation research. We found thirteen publications covering Chat GPT for educational purposes by obtaining data from articles published in the most recent year in the Scopus database. This study offered a comprehensive view of the evolution of online evaluation through a bibliometric method, covered pertinent topics, and provided a basis for academics to carry out the most recent research in this area.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce STUNNING as a tool for evaluating high school student learning-based information technology. The method for implementing this service activity uses seminars, which are part of a series with the Opening of the 2023 Matching Fund Activities at Dinamika University. This activity was attended by 45 participants from subject teachers who were members of the MGMP administrators within the East Java Provincial Education Office and attended by several media crews, including D'Media, BTV, MNCTV, Merro, and Analisapost.com. The evaluation instrument for this activity uses a questionnaire, which is then analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that the introduction of the STUNNING application system has been successfully implemented and can achieve the stated goals. Participants seemed enthusiastic and welcomed the presence of STUNNING to evaluate learning for high school students. This is also reinforced by the results of the participant questionnaire, which shows an average score of 3.63 from a range of 1-4 scores.
