Abstract

Sundanese are tribes from West Java and Banten that use their own local language known as Sundanese. The large number of local residents who still use Sundanese in communicating daily is an obstacle in increasing tourist visits to the area. Then a translator is needed which can be used as a liaison between tourists and local residents so that there is no miscommunication between the two. But the increasing number of tourists, there is a lack of the number of translators needed, so it needs to be made a translator application by utilizing the development of computer technology. The application developed is an Indonesian-Sundanese to translate in the form of words using the IDA* algorithm. This algorithm is an A* algorithm whose depth is limited to each search iteration. Although the time complexity is higher than that of the A* algorithm, the IDA* algorithm does not require as much memory as needed by the A* algorithm. Then the IDA* algorithm is used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the IDA* algorithm can be implemented to convert translate words in Indonesian and Sundanese based on the estimation value of the smallest total cost of each word stored in the database, where the word that has the smallest total cost estimationcan be selected as a result of the translation.

Abstract

Science and technology is experiencing rapid development and progress in the world of education. One of them is technology in learning media. Language recognition in children needs to be improved on the media. The purpose of this research is to build interactive learning media for the introduction of IMAI languages (Indonesian, Mandarin, Arabic, and English) to broaden students' knowledge of languages. With the existence of learning media packaged with animation using Adobe Flash, it can also attract students' interest in learning languages. This learning media uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model with 6 stages. The result of this research is an interactive learning media for the introduction of the IMAI language (Indonesian, Mandarin, Arabic, and English) at the elementary level with material aimed at grade 3 elementary school students

Abstract

Kleptomania dianggap sebagai kategori gangguan kejiwaan, terutama terkait dengan kontrol diri seseorang, di mana tindakan tersebut dilakukan secara spontan dan tidak terencana. Ketika keinginan mencuri muncul, orang yang menderita kleptomania tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk mencegah diri atau melarikan diri dari situasi tersebut. Orang-orang yang menderita kleptomania memiliki situasi khas karena tindakan mereka tidak didasarkan pada motif ekonomi, atau secara emosional didorong oleh pemilik benda yang dicuri. Ini lebih tentang kepuasan diri dan kesenangan diri begitu tindakan berhasil dilakukan. Itu membuat mereka tidak memiliki perbedaan dalam penampilan, atau kehidupan sehari-hari dibandingkan dengan individu normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang program aplikasi komputer yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik, mengidentifikasi orang-orang yang memiliki kecenderungan sebagai kleptomania. Menggunakan sistem pakar sebagai metode pemecahan masalah, ia juga menawarkan kemampuan seorang ahli dalam menganalisis dan menentukan tingkat kecenderungan kleptomania seseorang.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Management Agency (BAPPENDA) of Asahan Regency in the distribution of Tax Returns Payable (SPPT) until the process of paying off Land and Building Taxes in the Rural and Urban sectors (PBB P2) to obtaining a Deposit Receipt (STTS) as proof that PBB P2 has been paid off is still not complete. efficient in terms of time. Researchers try to solve problems that occur by implementing an Information System in the process of paying off PBB P2. The results of this study are the system built at the Regional Revenue Management Agency (BAPPENDA) of Asahan Regency using the Short Message Service (SMS) Gateway in terms of commemorating the due date and using the Midtrans Payment Gateway payment method, this provides benefits to agencies in managing PBB P2 data and provide benefits for taxpayers in the process of repayment and obtain STTS so that it is more effective and efficient

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Napol Medan Berkah is a company engaged in retail souvenirs from the city of Medan in the form of Napoleon Cake. PT. Napol Medan Berkah always efforts to provide optimal services to people by improving services using Information Technology which is expected to simplify the service process and improve service quality. Therefore, an analysis of the information technology governance system is carried out at the company. In analyzing the current level of information technology process capability and the expected level of information technology process capability, an information technology management method is carried out using the COBIT framework. The process used in this research is EDM04 and APO11. PT Napol Medan Berkah has implemented information technology governance at the Defined Process level. The results of data processing found that the average value for the capability level was 3.9 from a value range of 0 to 5. This means that PT Napol Medan Berkah has carried out good information technology governance. Keywords: information technology governance, COBIT 5, framework, domain.  Abstrak. PT. Napol Medan Berkah merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang retail oleh-oleh Kota Medan berupa Napoleon Cake. PT. Napol Medan Berkah ingin memberikan layanan yang optimal, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pelayanan dan memingkatkan mutu pelayanan. Maka dari itu dilakukan analisa pada system tata kelola teknologi informasi pada perusahaan tersebut. Dalam menganalisa tingkat kapabilitas proses teknologi informasi saat ini dan tingkat kapabilitas proses teknologi informasi yang diharapkan., maka dilakukan metode pengelolaan teknologi informasi menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT. Proses yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah EDM04 dan APO11. PT Napol Medan Berkah telah menerapkan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada level Defined Process. Hasil pengolahan data mendapati nilai rata-rata untuk tingkat kapabilitas adalah 3,9 dari rentang nilai 0 sampai 5. Artinya PT Napol Medan Berkah telah melakukan tata kelola teknologi informasi dengan baik. Kata kunci: tata kelola teknologi informasi, COBIT 5, framework, domain.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pelacakan dan pengenalan wajah manusia (face recognition) merupakan salah satu bidang penelitian yang penting dan belakangan ini banyak aplikasi yang dapat menerapkannya, baik di bidang komersial maupun bidang penegakan hukum. Teknik pengenalan wajah pada saat ini telah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat berarti, mengingat teknik pengenalan wajah ini merupakan bidang penelitian yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk berbagai bidang. Aplikasi face recognition pada saat ini banyak dikembangkan karena dapat diaplikasikan di berbagai bidang permasalahan seperti pengenalan kriminal, aplikasi keamanan, absensi, ataupun interaksi manusia dengan komputer. Banyak metode yang digunakan dalam aplikasi pengenalan wajah, salah satu diantaranya adalah metode Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant(CKFD) yang merupakan pengembangan dari metode Kernel Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan Fisher Discriminant Analysis (FDA). Metode Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) memiliki dua keuntungan bila dibandingkan dengan Kernel Fisher Discriminant (KFD) sebelumnya. Pertama, implementasi algoritma ini dapat dibagi ke dalam dua fase, yaitu Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) ditambah Fisher linear discriminant analysis (FLD) sehingga hasilnya lebih transparan dan lebih sederhana. Kedua, CKFD bisa membuat dua kategori informasi diskriminan sehingga hasilnya lebih kuat. Perancangan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk implementasi sistem pengenalan wajah menggunakan metode Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD). Perancangan aplikasi pengenalan citra wajah ini dirancang menggunakan Visual Basic 2008, dimana sistem ini sudah bisa digunakan untuk pengenalan wajah dengan rata-rata 56,48% sehingga hasilnya dapat dikatakan tidak begitu akurat. Namun sistem ini perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut, agar bisa digunakan untuk mengenali citra wajah dengan lebih akurat, serta peningkatan ukuran dan resolusi gambar yang digunakan di atas 240x240 piksel. Kata Kunci - Sistem Pengenalan Wajah dan Metode Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) Abstract - Face recognition is one of the important research fields and lately many applications can apply it, both in the commercial and law enforcement fields. Facial recognition techniques have now made significant progress, considering that face recognition techniques are a much-needed field of research for various fields. The face recognition application is currently being developed because it can be applied in various fields of problems such as criminal recognition, security applications, attendance, or human interaction with computers. Many methods are used in face recognition applications, one of which is the Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) method which is the development of the Kernel Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method and Fisher Discriminant Analysis (FDA). The Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) method has two advantages compared to the previous Kernel Fisher Discriminant (KFD). First, the implementation of this algorithm can be divided into two phases, namely Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) plus Fisher linear discriminant analysis (FLD) so that the results are more transparent and simpler. Second, the CKFD can make two categories of discriminant information so that the results are stronger. The design of this application aims to implement face recognition systems using the Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD) method. The design of face image recognition application is designed using Visual Basic 2008, where this system can be used for face recognition with an average of 56.48% so the results can be said to be not very accurate. But this system needs further development, so that it can be used to recognize facial images more accurately, and increase the size and resolution of images used above 240x240 pixels. Keywords - Face Recognition System, and Method Complete Kernel Fisher Discriminant (CKFD)

Abstract

Mudharabah financing is a product that is in demand by the public, especially for those who want to develop their business but do not have capital. Meanwhile, murabahah financing is a product that offers buying and selling between BMT Tebing Tinggi and members. BMT Tebing Tinggi will purchase or order goods according to the request of members, then sell them to members at the purchase price plus the agreed BMT Tebing Tinggi profit. Data processing activities on this financing product are still carried out using hand or written media, services are hampered so that members have to wait a long time. Based on this background, an Android-based mudharabah and murabahah financing application was made. In making this application, researchers used qualitative methods to analyze data using Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools. By using kodular tools, Java as the programming language and MySQL as the database. This financing application produces a system that facilitates activities that occur at BMT Tebing Tinggi such  as member registration, savings submissions, financing applications and installment payments, as well as simplifying data processing such as member data, savings, financing, and installments.

Abstract

Advances in technology, information and technology at this time are growing rapidly, a lot of human work is facilitated by technology. Technology has also developed in investment instruments, especially in stock investments. Previously, when there was no technology, it would be very difficult to predict the stock price of state-owned banks in the future for ordinary people who do not understand fundamental or technical analysis. However, with technology, especially in the field of Deep Learning, it will be very possible to predict future stock prices without having to understand fundamental or technical analysis. In this study, stock price predictions of state-owned banks for the next 30 days were made using the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) model on stocks of state-owned banks in Indonesia, namely BRI, BNI, BTPN, and Mandiri bank shares. The data used uses historical close price data on the stock for 5 years with a total of 1260 data. From the results of the research for test data, the smallest RMSE value was found in BTPN bank shares of 23,91164 followed by BRI bank shares of 264,1475, BNI bank of 427,7984 and the largest RMSE value in BMRI bank shares amounting to 907,4804

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan cara manusia untuk menyampaikan sesuatu kepada orang lain. Lazimnya, komunikasi disampaikan dengan cara berbicara melalui suara dan didengar oleh telinga lawan bicara. Namun, cara ini menjadi tidak sesuai manakala pembicara atau lawan bicara adalah penyandang disabilitas pendengaran. Penyandang disabilitas pendengaran pada umumnya tidak dapat mendengar dan tidak dapat berbicara seperti orang lain (tanpa disabilitas pendengaran), sehingga penyandang disabilitas pendengaran memiliki cara berkomunikasi sendiri yaitu melalui gerakan tubuh atau lebih dikenal dengan bahasa isyarat. Masalah muncul ketika penyandang disabilitas pendengaran berkomunikasi dengan orang lain, di mana orang tanpa disabilitas pendengaran tidak mengerti akan bahasa isyarat, sedangkan penyandang disabilitas pendengaran tidak dapat mendengar orang lain berbicara. Untuk itu perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengubah suara ke bahasa isyarat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi pengenalan suara (speech recognition) dan mengubah informasi digital dari suara tersebut ke dalam gambar. Sebagaimana halnya peran teknologi informasi yang telah banyak membantu mempermudah jalannya komunikasi, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu terciptanya komunikasi yang lancar antara penyandang disabilitas pendengaran dengan orang lain (tanpa disabilitas pendengaran)

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This Community service was carried out at the Bani Adam As Orphanage which is located at Jalan Mangaan 3 Pasar 2 Mabar, Medan Deli District. This orphanage cares for and meets the needs of orphans and neglected children, from food to school needs from elementary to high school levels. Currently, Bani Adam As Orphanage High School students does not yet have adequate computer laboratories so that their ability to use computer applications is still very limited. For this reason, in order to increase students' abilities in using computer applications, especially to improve graphic design skills, training was conducted to improve graphic design skills for Bani Adam As Orphanage High School Students.
