Abstract

The development of information technology can make it easier to do various things, including the provision of services that use technology in providing information to customers who need and receive information. The service at PT Sumatera Sistem Integrasi is that the process of complaining about network disturbances from customers is still manual, so that customers still come directly to the company or by telephone to make complaints and prepare reports still in the form of ledgers and customers. queues are not yet systematic and integrated. Based on these problems, the authors built a website-based customer complaint application using the Dynamic Priority Scheduling algorithm as a queue priority. The Dynamic Priority Scheduling Algorithm is a dynamic approach to the priority scheduling algorithm. In the dynamic approach, this algorithm focuses on the process of determining the queue based on predetermined priority rules. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify and improve the quality of service to customers optimally at PT Sumatra Sistem Integrasi.

Abstract

Forecasting is the art and science of predicting future events. This can be done by involving taking past data and placing it into the future with a form of mathematical model. The application of the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method is very appropriate to solve the above problems because the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method is used in short-term forecasting, usually only 1 month ahead. The Triple Exponential Smoothing method assumes that the data fluctuates around a fixed mean value, without an even trend or growth pattern. the author conducted research related to the calculation of the development of laptop purchases at CV.Gaharu.Com problems often occur, especially the problem of calculating laptop sales predictions such as the absence of a special system in calculating laptop sales in the coming period so that the company's stock often runs low and is not proportional to consumer demand which is growing rapidly and increasing, as well as in making laptop sales reports are still processed with a fairly simple application so that the reports obtained are less accurate. The research method used by the author is using the R&D (Research and Development) research method. The method of data collection was carried out in this study, namely by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. The steps taken are database design and describe the workflow of the application to be built using UML. At this stage the author designs the interface to produce an interface that is in accordance with the functions required for the application to be built. The system development method used by the researcher is the waterfall.

Abstract

The presence of Information Technology (IT) has changed the way of business by providing new opportunities and challenges that are different from conventional ways. The information system implemented in UMKM activities deserves to be protected. The developed information system is a model for small and medium enterprises. This study aims to investigate the implementation of information asset security in UMKM and the challenges it will face in the future. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This research was assisted by the www.researchgate.net web application to collect relevant data and then conduct content analysis. The sample used in this study is journal papers that are relevant to the topic of national UMKM and information asset security during the COVID-19 period in the 2020-2022. The results of this study indicate that some UMKM have implemented an information asset security system in their operational activities, while some other UMKM still operate traditionally manually without involving information technology. The challenge ahead is the problem of increasing the knowledge, awareness and caution of operators to avoid data input errors as well as periodically checking the security of the security system. It is hoped that the collaboration of government, academics and UMKM practitioners can help answer these challenges

Abstract

Cancer is a condition that often threatens human health. Lack of public awareness of the main signs, symptoms, and causes of cancer is one of the factors causing the increasing mortality rate from the disease. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a cancer that affects humans and is potentially fatal. In Indonesia, where KNF is one of the top five malignant tumors with the most frequency, Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (KNF) is the most malignant tumor among ENT malignant tumors (along with uterine cervical malignant tumors, breast tumors, lymph node tumors and skin tumors). ). The Dempster Shafer method is one of many techniques that can be used to diagnose nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The Dempster Shafer method is a mathematical approach to proofs that combines different bits of information (proofs) to estimate the probability of an event. It is based on the functions of trust and reasonable reasoning. Based on the description above, an expert system with the Dempster Shafer approach is needed that will help medical professionals and the general public in identifying the symptoms of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (KNF) early. So many people can identify diseases affecting the nasopharynx, especially the neck and head, with the help of this method and get immediate treatment.

Abstract

Paraphilias are a group of disorders related to sexual activity that society considers strange or abnormal. This causes many people with paraphilia to experience ostracism and hide their condition. Even though social media and news report on the increasing phenomenon of paraphilia, there are still many people who don't know how to deal with this condition. Economic limitations and embarrassment discourage many people from visiting specialists such as psychologists, especially since most of them live in big cities. This makes it difficult for the public to access accurate information and early diagnosis. This factor causes people with possible paraphilia to be less aware of their condition and reluctant to seek treatment. This study uses additional methods such as forward chaining and Bayes' theorem to overcome the uncertainty of diagnosis and increase the level of accuracy. This expert system can assist the community in carrying out an accurate self-diagnosis to detect possible paraphilia. This system is capable of diagnosing 8 types of paraphilia with 31 symptoms.

Abstract

Lake Toba in North Sumatera is a tour that is being intensified by President Jokowi to become one of the international tourist destinations. But unfortunately, the residents around the Lake Toba area, which majority are Toba Bataknese, do not yet have the skills to communicate in English so it is difficult to communicate with foreign tourists. The purpose of this study is to apply the speech recognition method to the voice-based Batak Toba-English dictionary application. The method used is qualitative research where the chosen words in the database is obtained from The North Sumatera Provincial Tourism Office and Toba Batak Language literacy study. The application can recognize the words spoken by user in Batak Toba and translate these words into English in the form of voice output to make the translation easier than before.Wisata Danau Toba yang terdapat di Sumatera Utara ini adalah wisata yang sedang digiatkan oleh Presiden Jokowi untuk menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata internasional. Namun sayangnya, penduduk di sekitar wilayah Danau Toba, yang mayoritas dikuasai oleh warga Batak Toba, belum memiliki kecakapan dalam berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris sehingga kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan wisatawan asing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode speech recognition pada aplikasi kamus berbasis suara pada aplikasi kamus Bahasa Batak Toba-Inggris. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana pilihan kata pada basis data didapatkan dari hasil wawancara pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan studi literasi Bahasa Batak Toba. Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat mengenali kata yang diucapkan oleh pengguna dalam Bahasa Batak dan menerjemahkan kata tersebut ke dalam Bahasa Inggris juga dalam bentuk output suara sehingga dapat membantu penerjemahan menjadi lebih mudah.

Abstract

Pengiriman barang oleh kurir distributor DaysParfum.indo di Kota Medan mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan rute terpendek dan menghindari jalan yang sama. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, digunakan algoritma A* dengan fungsi heuristik Euclidean Distance dan Manhattan Distance. Algoritma A* dilengkapi fungsi heuristik merupakan salah satu algoritma yang dapat menyelesaikan pencarian jalur terpendek. Fungsi heuristik yang paling umum digunakan yakni Euclidean Distance dan Manhattan Distance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kedua fungsi heuristik tersebut dalam menyelesaikan pencarian rute terdekat pengiriman barang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi heuristik Manhattan Distance lebih baik daripada Euclidean Distance dalam algoritma A*, dengan nilai rata-rata total jarak sebesar 27.30338 km dari 10 data transaksi dengan jumlah titik pengiriman yang berbeda-beda. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah titik pengiriman tidak mempengaruhi nilai waktu eksekusi.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang semakin cepat dan menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi semua kalangan baik dikalangan negeri maupun swasta. Berbagai aplikasi sistem informasi memungkinkan pemrosesan data dan laporan secara cepat dan akurat, salah satunya pada intansi perusahaan dibidang perkebunan. Belum adanya sistem informasi akuntansi yang ada di UD. Lian Fil diketahui melakukan kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data yang berdampak pada pelaporan keuangan, antara lain pencatatan jurnal di buku besar, proses pelaporan posisi keuangan (neraca), proses penetapan rasio laba rugi, dan proses penyusunan laporan keuangan. perubahan modal sehingga menyebabkan rasio yang tidak seimbang. Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis web ini dapat membantu para karyawan UD. Lian Fil dalam proses perhitungan akuntansi masih bersifat manual sehingga dapat mencatat dan menyusun laporan keuangan dengan cepat dan nyaman. sehingga didapatkan laporan yang membantu memperkecil kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

CV Jon Indo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang material pabrik sebagai supplier, kontraktor, dan stockist yang memperdagangkan material pabrik lainnya. Untuk bersaing secara global, salah satu alat atau tools yang dapat menjangkau pasar yang diharapkan dalam hal ini adalah peningkatan penjualan produk. CV. Jon Indo belum memiliki sistem pemesanan yang mampu menjangkau banyak konsumen yaitu masih menjual barangnya melalui WhatsApp dan merekapitulasi data penjualan secara manual sehingga terdapat permasalahan seperti kesalahan penjadwalan pengiriman barang, serta kesalahan input produk. pesanan sehingga menyebabkan penjualan menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi yang ditampilkan pada CV Jon Indo untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan memperluas pemasaran produk CV Jon Indo. Sistem yang dibangun mempunyai fitur promosi dan penambahan CTA (call to action) pada website, kemudian pada sistem pengiriman barang peneliti membuat fitur tracking dan fitur permintaan barang sesuai keinginan pelanggan. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dan Metode Web Engginering sebagai perancangan aplikasi E-Commarece. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk implementasi E-comarece menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Aplikasi yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan penjualan, pembelian dan penyebaran informasi produk terbaru.

Abstract

The technological advancements of the past have transformed various sectors, including information, education, and commerce. Many utilized the internet to enhance business and trade efficiency. Pantai Gading Village was a significant contributor to agricultural production. Its residents traditionally sold agricultural products locally, resulting in a narrow market scope. Consequently, a web-based E-commerce platform was developed using the User Experience Design Process to aid farmers and expand the market for agricultural products in the village. E-commerce facilitated cost reduction for companies, consumers, and management while enhancing service quality and speed. Through this platform, farmers could promote and sell their products online, overcoming the limitations of the local market and enhancing the village's global visibility. User Experience Design (UXD) improved user satisfaction with products through enhanced usability, accessibility, and satisfaction in interactions. This approach yielded designs that were neat, simple, intuitive, flexible, and appealing, providing users with a unique experience and differentiating products or services from competitors. The author of this study employed the Research and Development (R&D) methodology and the Waterfall development method. The system developed incorporated user experience design processes derived from questionnaire results. Users expressed the need for features such as live chat for each product, shipping options, displaying reviews, and offering Cash on Delivery payment method. This system facilitated and streamlined the marketing of agricultural products, thus boosting sales in Pantai Gading Village.
