Abstract

Peran pendidikan sangat penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kecerdasan sumber daya manusia baik secara intelektual, emosional maupun spiritual. Namun seringkali pendidikan tidak berjalan dengan baik karena kurangnya faktor ekonomi yang mengakibatkan banyak anak putus sekolah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pemerintah telah membuat sebuah program agar masyarakat yang kurang mampu tetap dapat bersekolah secara gratis. Program ini dinamakan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP). Komputerisasi pada proses pemberian bantuan ini tak dapat terhindarkan. Agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam menentukan penerima bantuan maka diperlukan penerapan data mining menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes yang dapat mengklasifikasikan tingkat kelayakan masyarakat dalam menerima bantuan sehingga diperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat dalam menentukan penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan terciptanya sebuah sistem data mining yang mampu mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam menentukan penerima Program Indonesia Pintar.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims whose information is eternal and has miracles that can always be proven by the progress of science and technology that is fast and powerful. The Qur'anic revelation revealed to the Prophet Muhammad for about 23 years left a long, special footprint in the cities of Mecca and Medina. In this Centennial era, some Muslims were preoccupied with technological advances which sometimes led to the neglect of the Qur'an. So that the crisis of knowledge of generations of Muslims about the footsteps of the Prophet Muhammad in receiving the revelation of the Qur'an is very little, This is very dangerous for the unity of Muslims. So that with technological advances we also attract the interest of young people to learn the Qur'an. Augmented Reality technology with the Marker-based tracking method utilizes Qr Code and the use of agile development methods and design using UML so that application developers can produce Augmented Reality applications that can show traces of the decline of the Qur'an in Mecca and Medina. The appearance of Mecca and Medina in the form of 3 dimensions along with asbabunnuzul information causes interest and ease for someone to study the verses of the Qur'an. It is hoped that this application helps to facilitate the generation of Islam in learning and understanding ayat of the Qur'an.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the number of online shoppers has continued to increase in recent years. Online purchasing activities in 2016 were only 9.6%, 2017 to 10.7%, while it is estimated that in 2018 it will be 11.9%. This growth has resulted in a high level of competition for goods or package distribution services. The high interest of online shoppers certainly makes the distribution service company of objects or packages very busy in serving online shops and online shoppers, resulting in queues of objects or packages at distribution service warehouses. The FIFO method is one of the queuing algorithms for processing queued goods in the warehouse and coupled with the Dijkstra method which functions to search for graphics that solve the problem of the path or shortest route from the courier to the address of the intended online shopper. Its application is expected to be able to optimize the performance of the distribution of objects or packages to online shoppers so that they can compete and increase profits. Keywords: online shop, packages, fifo, dijkstra, vb.net

Abstract

The determination of the recipients of functional allowance subsidies for non-civil servant teachers at SMA Tamansiswa Tapian is done manually with no weighting of criteria which means that the teachers who will be selected are not based on the best abilities and criteria so that the system that runs is not appropriate and efficient. In order for the teacher's functional allowance to be properly targeted, it is necessary to implement a decision support system to handle it automatically. Teachers who receive the functional allowance subsidy are eligible once a year so that the election is conducted annually and the system can be used continuously. The combination of the MOORA and WASPAS methods in the decision support system is able to determine the best value from the assessment of 5 criteria with a predetermined weight. This system can rank the highest to the lowest scores of each teacher as a candidate for the functional allowance subsidy.

Abstract

Absorption words are words that are absorbed from foreign languages or regional languages which are then integrated into Indonesian so that they become common words for everyday people. However, people do not know that the words we often use are sometimes not native Indonesian words. Balai Bahasa as a unit whose task is to research the development of Indonesian vocabulary also needs a media that can inform the public about the results of its research related to borrowed words, apart from printed books or a large Indonesian dictionary. The most widely absorbed loanwords into Indonesian are Arabic, Dutch, and English. Therefore, the idea was born to build an application that is useful as a source of knowledge for the community and the media to document the results of loanword research for language halls. The application will be built on the Android platform and using the Java programming language, with a SQLite database. Speech Recognition is done by connecting the Google Speech API with the system, so that the percentage of voice detection becomes text is greater. The resulting application is an Android-based loan word dictionary application that contains 3 foreign languages and is equipped with a voice detection feature that is connected to the google speech API.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membawa perubahan pada metode pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah, termasuk di SD Yayasan Perguruan Amaliyah Sunggal. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang selama ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Hal ini tentunya menuntut kemampuan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran digital bagi siswa. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru membuat animasi menggunakan Microsoft Power Point sebagai media pembelajaran bagi murid.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, especially digital multimedia, can change the way people do business. The development of social media and the sophistication of new applications offer endless opportunities for product marketing. Product marketing strategy is needed to increase competitiveness. One of the marketing strategies is attractive advertising media. This community service aims to improve the ability of home industry entrepreneurs who are members of the Medan IPEMI (Indonesian Islamic Entrepreneurs Association) organization to promote their products through advertising media. This activity teaches women entrepreneurs how to use the Kinemaster app to create product ads with visually appealing content. The resulting media is in the form of moving advertisements in short duration video formats.

Abstract

Daihatsu is one of the automotive industries with the largest manufacturing capacity and has the earliest and most complete Research and Development Center facilities in Indonesia. In everyday life, although not a primary need, a car is one of the most important pieces of transportation equipment used by humans in daily activities. because the car acts as human mobility to move to a place so that the selection process must be precise. Therefore we need a system that has the aim of facilitating the selection with an accurate method and requires a short time in the decision-making process in selecting a car. Decision support systems use this method. MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis), which can process the selection accurately and quickly so it is needed in selecting the recommended Daihatsu car. The criteria and weights used are C1 = Car Category (2 0%), C2 = Price (15%), C3 = Passenger Capacity (10%), C4 = Cylinder Capacity (20%), C5 = Transmission(20%), C6 = Color (15%). 25 Alternatives for selecting recommendations in buying a car, therefore the results obtained are Xenia 1.3 X MT as the first recommendation with an optimization value of 0.00049404796467179.

Abstract

Desa Hiteurat melakukan penyaringan calon kepala desa tanpa menggunakan metode perhitungan yang matematis sehingga untuk menetapkan  calon kepala desa terbaik dari 70  calon pendaftar dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bupati Padang Lawas Utara, yaitu: umur, pendidikan, domisili, pekerjaan, penghasilan, status hukum, partai politik, penggunaan narkotika, kesehatan dan pengalaman bekerja di lembaga pemerintahan, membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama sekitar 10 hari karena menggunakan perhitungan manual. Oleh karena itu, pentinguntuk memiliki sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat mengambil keputusan calon kepala desa yang layak dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan yang matematis sehingga hasil akhirnya lebih akurat dan efektif.  Metode SPK yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi metode waspas dan moora dengan metode pengumpulan data RD serta penggunaan metode pengembangan sistem Extreme programming (XP). Pembangunan sisten menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php, teks editor visual studio code, Framework Codeigniter dan Bootstrap, database MySQL serta menggunakan Web Server XAMPP. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi dimiliki oleh Abdi yaitu 0,2229 dan nilai preferensi terendah dimiliki oleh Gerna yaitu sebesar -0.0994.

Abstract

The standard service hospitals provide for their patients is a doctor's consultation. However, many patients need help accessing this service due to having to go to the hospital, queuing, and long waiting times. So that patients no longer have difficulty accessing consulting services, we need a system that can speed up consulting activities. The system development method used in Android-based e-consulting applications is the Scrum method. The system development process is somewhat accelerated using the Scrum methodology because all development activities require planning and timing for each sprint, starting with sprint planning, continuing through the daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, which is repeated at each sprint to avoid delays in application development. By offering consultation services online, this system allows patients to access existing facilities and more efficiently supports the improvement of consulting services at existing hospitals, especially in Indonesia.
