Abstract

The role of the leader in an organization is the key factor to determin the success of the organization. By the organization leader, the members will be more easily managed and controled. Transformational leadership is one of leadership style that is able to create intrinsic motivation for organizational members. This study to determine the meaning of transformational leaders to create a better work culture in the company. This study uses a phenomenological method that focused on PT. Serkolinas Aman Nusantara Semarang. To obtain research results, researchers used unstructured interviews in extracting information. Unstructured interviews were addressed to nine number of employees at PT. Serkolinas Aman Nusantara Semarang. Research shows that the transformational type of leader style is able to create a positive work culture in the organization. Because, transformational leadership style is able to direct the behavior of organizational members to create value in accordance with organizational goals, thus ignoring the personal vision of organizational members.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan program berbasis Komputer akuntansi (MYOB) pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Artha Mandiri Kecamatan Karangawen, Demak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus s/d Oktober 2018 di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Artha Mandiri Kecamatan Karangawen, Demak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu yang pertama penyuluhan dan pemahaman mengenai Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor 13 Taahun 2015, yang kedua laporan keuangan koperasi dan pelatihan, yang ketiga pemahaman penyususunan laporan keuangan koperasi dan pelatihan-pelatihannya. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan pengelola koperasi mampu menyusun laporan keuangan koperasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha kecil dan Menengah. Sehingga penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi (MYOB) menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Hal ini akan membuat penyampaian laporan keuangan atau pertanggungjawaban pengelola koperasi kepada para anggota tidak terjadi lebih dari waktu yang ditetapkan. Kata Kunci: akuntansi berbasis myob, laporan keuangan, pelatihan

Abstract

ABSTRAK. The purpose of this research is to find out the right strategy in business development and knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Yulia's melted cake business during the current New Normal situation. The research was conducted on Yulia's melted ballen cake UMKM in Demak. Methods of data collection is done by observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the strategy used in business development is through management strategy namely the process of planning, organizing, directing, supervising the business carried out by UMKM, so that the product, price, taste and location of the business make a business become developed which previously was in the house now has a shop by the side of the road, Then investment strategies such as personal capital, loans from banks, equipment, vehicles, shop houses owned by , Bolen Lumer Yulia, make the business grow, with a business strategy that maintains product quality, quality of human resources, promotions, cooperation, expanding capital will affect the business development undertaken by UMKM, cakes bolen lumer yulia. However, the development strategy that will be implemented must be in accordance with the external and internal environment, so in a competitive strategy an analysis of external and internal factors is needed through a SWOT analysis, namely by looking at the strengths and weaknesses as well as threats and opportunities.

Abstract

Sport has become a lifestyle for Indonesian people, with various kinds of sports that people choose as a sport of choice and achieve achievements, one of which is the sport of karate. Analysis of the current situation of sports can also be used as a business and one of the efforts to advance it is the need for a marketing strategy, one of which is promotion. Social media is one part that can easily be used as a means of promotion in the form of advertisements, content and even videos that can be shared making it easier for the public to receive information directly from business actors, including business actors, as well as fostering athletes who can later make achievements through sports. The sophistication of social media has not been fully utilized by the Semarang Kenbu Karate Dojo.

Abstract

Wingko Babat is a kind of cake made from young coconut, glutinous rice flour and sugar. Wingko is very famous on the north coast of the island of Java. This cake is often sold at train stations, bus stations or also in cake shops for family gifts. Wingko is usually round and usually served warm and cut into small pieces. Wingko can be sold in the form of large rounds or also in the form of small cakes wrapped in paper. The combination of sugar and coconut makes this cake delicious. Wingko has an important role for the economic growth of this region. Currently wingko is a popular food in Babat and Semarang with different brands and sizes being sold. Marketing strategy is one way to increase sales volume through a series of continuous ways. The research was conducted by the manufacturer of wingko tripe Padangsari Banyumanik, Semarang. Methods of data collection is done by interview and observation. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy carried out by the Padangsari wingko babat producer is to sell to other sellers through resellers and reduce the selling price to the reseller, and change the wingko babat icon from a train to a night bus which has the characteristics of other wingko icons.. Through the 4P marketing strategy, namely price, product, promotion, and place. Through the 4P marketing strategy, it is hoped that sales from Wingko Babat will increase more than before the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Understanding of financial literacy is related to a person's ability to be able to manage his finances, including determining the right investment instrument. The results of the survey to the teachers of SMP Kuncup Melati showed that 70% of the teachers felt that investments could only be made with large capital. This PKM was carried out at SMP Kuncup Melati Semarang by offline meeting and collaborated with PT Pegadaian to explain about gold investment. Gold can be used as an investment tool for novice investors as it tends to be stable and safe. The teachers of SMP Kuncup Melati have been given an understanding of the concept and various types of investment, knowledge of how to choose safe, reliable, and affordable investments. The positive response was seen by the interactive communication between the presenters and the participants. The post-activity questionnaires were filled out, and it showed that the teacher's understanding was increasing. The aim of this PKM is that the teachers' insight will be more open and be more critical to various investment products on the market. Furthermore, it is expected that teachers can participate in spreading knowledge about financial literacy to students and the community.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, membuat hampir seluruh aktivitas dapat dilakukan melalui smartphone. Smartphone dari tahun ketahun terus berkembang, setiap perusahaan yang memproduksi smartphone harus bisa bersaing dalam perebutan pasar. Samsung merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembuat perangkat elektronik terbesar di dunia, namun Samsung belum mampu mempertahankan persaingan dalam rangka mengenal kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen dibanding perusahaan sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, dan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dengan jumlah responden 80 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan metode non probablility sampling dengan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 24. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator variabel yang diteliti telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian varibel penelitian telah lolos uji asumsi klasik, dan pada pengujian parsial (uji t) didapatkan hasil hipotesis 1 diterima kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, hipotesis 2 diterima promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung, dan hipotesis 3 diterima harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone samsung

The purpose of this service is to motivate them to become pharmacists and develop according to the discipline they are pursuing. The dedication was carried out by holding a seminar attended by students of the Nusa Putera College of Pharmacy Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of village digitization and its influence on economic growth in Krandegan Village, Central Java. Using a qualitative approach, this study found that the digitization of the village occurred because it was driven by a village head who had an entrepreneurial spirit, was supported by the millennial generation who were literate and responsive to digital technology, and was accelerated by the Covid-19 momentum. Furthermore, from an economic standpoint, the direct impacts of village digitalization are opening up market opportunities, increasing village income through BUMDES, and opening up job opportunities. Meanwhile, the indirect impacts of it are the flow of various aid and the opening of networks. All of these impacts ultimately increase village economic activity and growth.
