Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of estimates and accounts receivable partially to net income and to determine the effect of the number of estimates and account receivable simultaneously on net income PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Campalagian period 2016-2018. This study uses classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The population sampled are financial statement, reports on the number of estimates and accounts receivable period 2016-2018. Data collection with documentation techniques. The calculation result obtained by the value of tcount the estimates amount of -0,281 with a significant level of 0,781 and accounts receivable of 4,173 with a significant level of 0,000, while the value of ttable is 2,03452. This shows that the estimates amount partially has a negative and insignificant effect on net income (-0,281 < -2,03452 dan 0,781 > 0,05), while accounts receivable have a positive and significant effect on net income (4,173 > 2,03452 dan 0,000 < 0,05). The value of Fcount the number of estimates and receivable obtained is 17,066 with a significant level of 0,000, while the value of Ftable is 3,28. This shows that the number of estimates and account receivable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on net income (17,066 > 3,28 dan 0,000 < 0,05)

Abstract

Kegiatan pembangunan kepariwisataan pada hakikatnya melibatkan peran dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang ada dan terkait. Masyarakat yang merupakan salah satu unsur penting pemangku kepentingan untuk bersama-sama dengan Perguruan Tinggi, Pemerintah dan kalangan usaha/swasta bersinergi melaksanakan dan mendukung pembangunan kepariwisataan. Dalam upaya pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Kabupaten Majene menghadapi beberapa kendala diantaranya belum teraplikasikan dengan baik konsep dan strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan (manajemen) berbagai usaha/bisnis yang pariwisata dan terkait pariwisata di Kabupaten Majene dalam rangka mencapai Kabupaten pariwisata yang lebih profesional. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan pendekatan Advocacy, Cautionary dan Adaptancy kepada para mitra dengan tujuan untuk  memberikan edukasi kepada para pelaku usaha pariwisata di Kabupaten Majene, khususnya terkait manajemen dan pemasaran usaha/produk. Edukasi yang dilakukan memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelaku usaha pariwisata khususnya di Kabupaten Majene tentang manajemen usaha dan pemasaran produk/jasa usaha pariwisata dalam rangka meningkatkan penghasilannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi digital SDM dan penempatan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene sebagai institusi publik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner angket kepada seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 44 orang pegawai dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital sumber daya manusia berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, penempatan kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, kompetensi digital sumber daya manusia dan penempatan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the public MTs School Polewali I Mandar. The total population in this study was 68 and all populations were sampled so that the sample in this study amounted to 68 people. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data and has passed the validity and reliability test stages while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis normality test, multicollinearity test and coefficient of determination test and T test and F test. The results of the study at MTs Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar found that (1). Sharing knowledge has no effect on teacher performance because teachers do not use other people's opinions in teaching even though this method is very good for students and teachers also cannot combine several knowledge processes that can become new knowledge for students. (2). Teacher commitment Partially influence on teacher performance. Because teachers have a strong commitment to become teachers and teachers are also proud to be teachers at MTs Negeri I Polewali Mandar so they motivate themselves so that students can excel at the regional and national levels (3). Knowledge sharing and commitment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the public MTs Polewali I Mandar school together. Because teachers already know that a good way to share knowledge is by interacting with students. In addition, the explanation of the material must also be precise so that students can understand the lesson, firmly to students who do not pay attention to the lesson. After that, it motivates students to be more active in learning so that they can get achievements at the district and national levels

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of earnings in Islamic banking companies whether they have maximum earnings quality. The location of this research wa carried out at the Indonesia Stock Exchange through media browsing on the https://www.idx.co.id website for 10 Islamic banking companies. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique in which the entire population is sampled. The data source is taken fromsecondary data. The data analysis technique uses the earnings quality formula, namely operating profit and average cash to analyze finansial from 2016-2020. The results of the study show that (1) Companies that have good earnings quality are Bank BNI Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah and Bank BCA Syariah because they have maximum profit quality. (2) Companies that have poor earnings quality are Bank Muamalat Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah and Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, the rest are considered to have constant earnings quality

Abstract

The study aims to investigate how service quality contributes to passenger loyalty in LCA Indonesia, considering satisfaction and trust. A survey was conducted with 400 respondents who used LCA services for domestic flights at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar between 2021 and May 2022. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that service quality, passenger satisfaction, and trust are crucial in shaping loyalty. Satisfying services have the potential to foster trust, leading to passenger loyalty. Satisfaction and trust act as effective mediators of service quality and passenger loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of delivering high-quality services that meet passenger expectations and generate satisfaction. LCA Indonesia can build trust and establish a loyal customer base by exceeding customer expectations. Service quality is vital for providing positive experiences to passengers. Understanding the mediating roles of satisfaction and trust is also key. LCA Indonesia can enhance passenger loyalty by prioritizing service quality, improving satisfaction levels, and building trust among passengers. Addressing these factors strengthens the airline's competitive position and ensures long-term customer loyalty in a highly competitive market.

Abstract

The problem faced by Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners is the lack of entrepreneurial and digital marketing skills in their students. This activity aims to help partners create graduates who have entrepreneurial and digital marketing skills so they can work professionally in facing the current era of digital transformation in all fields. The partner in this activity is Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Majene, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. The number of training participants was 20 people who were representatives of four specializations of interest at the school. The methods used are lectures, mentoring, discussions, questions and answers, and practice. The results achieved are (a) Partners have entrepreneurial and digital marketing competencies, (b) Partners have gained literacy regarding business analysis and creating business websites, (c) Partners have gained understanding regarding digital marketing, (d) Partners have gained practical experience analyzing business and designing digital marketing and producing output from the practices implemented.

Abstract

Marketing through social media has become a marketing strategy that is widely used by the cosmetic industry, especially with the number of consumers that continues to grow along with the number of generations. Generation z women are a potential market in this industry where they are newcomer consumers and have a relatively large number compared to other generations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of implementing marketing strategies through social media on Gen Z attitudes toward cosmetic products in the city of Makassar. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 288 sample respondents. The primary data collected was then processed using the linear regression method using SPSS 23 software. The results showed that marketing through social media had a positive and significant effect on positive attitudes toward cosmetic products. The results of this study imply that cosmetic companies targeting the female gen z market in Makassar City should pay attention to the right social media marketing strategy to get a positive attitude from their consumers.
