Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran IPS materi keragaman suku bangsa dan budaya Indonesia di kelas V SDN 117/1 Gentar Alam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK kelas V SDN 117/I Gentar Alam T.A 2015/2016. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data rata-rata skor keaktifan siswa persiklus mengalami peningkatan,siklus 1 peneliti menggunakan media gambar terdapat skor rata-rata keaktifan siswa berada pada kategori kurang,siklus II ditambahakan dengan video mendapatkan skor rata-rata keaktifan siswa berada pada kategori cukup dan pada siklus III meningkat dengan media gambar dan video. Hasil belajar siswa dari tes siklus I mencapai 57%, siklus II sehingga meningkat 64% dan siklus III meningkat 75%. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran materi keragaman suku bangsa dan budaya di Indonesia di kelas V SDN 117/1 Gentar Alam.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran di kelas V SDN No.34/I Teratai. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa kelas VB SDN No. 34/I Teratai. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tiga cara yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah menggunakan media saat dalam pembelajaran, guru menggunakan lebih dari satu media, guru juga memperoleh media dari internet, dari sekolah dan media lingkungan. guru menggunakan media untuk mempermudah siswa belajar dalam upaya memahami materi pelajaran, media juga sesuai dengan materi dan diarahkan untuk mencpai tujuan pembelajaran. Selanjutnya guru melakukan evalusai dan tindak lanjut kepada siswa tentang pembelajaran tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru telah menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti media gambar, media powerpoint, dan media lingkungan. Sebagian kecil media yang di buat melalui sumber internet. Namun guru belum optimal dalam melaksanakannya, hal ini dapat terlihat saat guru menggunakan media powerpoint masih belom sempurna, dan tidak setiap hari guru menggunakan media pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the attention of class III students in social studies subjects through visual-based learning media, which directed students to be eager to learn, students seemed serious in learning, and many students did learning activities that not only listened to the teacher's description, but also did a lot other activities. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted by researchers and teacher collaborators in class III SDN No.111 / 1 Komplek Air Panas through 3 cycles. Where each cycle is held 2 times. Each cycle consists of four activities, namely planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Based on the results of the study, the results achieved in each cycle have increased. In the first cycle of observation, the teacher's activity got a score of 63%, observing the attention of students getting a score of 65.52% and learning outcomes gained an average of 58.52. In the second cycle of observation the teacher's activities scored 73%, observations of students' attention gained 75.76% and student learning outcomes gained an average of 68.67. In the third cycle observation of teacher activities scored 89%, observation of students' attention gained a score of 83.88% and student learning outcomes gained an average of 81.61. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that through visual-based learning media can increase students' attention on social studies subjects in grade III SDN No.111 / 1 Komplek Air Panas .

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of learning models The Power Of Two to improve social studies learning outcomes in grade IV SDN 104/I Simpang Jebak. This study is a class action (Classroom Action Reasearch). Concluded this research : Using the model of learning The Power of Two can enhance the activity of student learning and learning outcomes in social studies lesson on the material development of production teknlogi, trasnportasi, and communication in class IV SDN 104/I Simpang Jebak. Student activity through the application of learning models The Power of Two reached an average of 53.5% (less criteria) in cycle 1, then the teacher can make improvements increased the activity to 63.5% (enough criteria) in cycle 2 and cycle 3 more increased to 75.4% (Criterion good) student learning results from tests (Evaluation) cycle I reached an average of 57% (or less), then the teacher make improvements in cycle 2 study results increased by an average of 64% (enough) and the third cycle is increased to 75% (good). Learning model The Power Of Two can improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning the material development of production technology, transportation and comunication class IV SDN 104/I Simpang Jebak.
