Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and obtain the data and analyze the data that reinforces the notion above for applicative solutions or can be done to solve the problem is happening. In this study the authors used a quantitative approach. housekeeping employees take a sample and use the questionnaire as a method of data collection. The reason researchers used a quantitative approach because the researcher intends to eliminate subjectivity in research. The results obtained do indeed proved strong motivation and competence contribute to the performance of the employee. Each variable has a strong influence signifies the alleged author approached correctly. Based on the data also that the competence and motivation is weak then performance will be less. Recommendations from this research is to use the award or awards system to boost employee motivation and also conduct training for employees to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Abstract

CSR is an important issue in ensuring the survival of the business world today. CSR is a form of the company's concern economic, social, and environmental based on three basic principles that include profit, people and planet. The benefits derived from the application of CSR is to increase the reputation or image and add or increase the strength and image of the company, access to capital, maintaining the quality of human resources, and facilitate risk management.This research aims to identify and analyze the implementation of CSR, corporate image and influence the implementation of CSR in the economic, social and environment against corporate image Grand Clarion Hotel Makassar. This study was designed with the form of quantitative and survey method. Types of samples in this study is nonprobability Sampling, ie accidental sampling and convenience sampling, the sampling technique based on coincidence and convenience as many as 70 respondents who are the target communities CSR, employees and society around the hotel at the time of the study and according to the characteristics of the desired sample , Data were analyzed using path analysis.The results showed that (1) the implementation of CSR in the economic, social and environmental dimensions at high category indicating that CSR has been implemented properly by the Grand Clarion Hotel Makassar, (2) a variable image of the company shows the number of 4.05, which means that the company's image in this hotel is very high GCM and (3) the variable implementation of CSR in the economic dimension, the social dimension and environmental dimensions has direct and indirect influence positively significantly to the image of Grand Clarion Hotel Makassar.To create a positive image for the company, it is one thing to do is implement a CSR program both on the economic, social and environmental. Corporate Image is able to provide many benefits to the company so that the necessary efforts to improve its image in the minds of customers. Corporate Image is the company's intangible assets, and CSR is an investment to improve the asset. CSR can create economic, social, and a better environment will enhance the company's image in the eyes of customers.

Abstract

The city of Bandung has great potential for halal tourism. In addition to the carrying capacity of natural and human resources, Bandung has been designated by the Indonesian. However, policy makers still have not carried out special branding for halal tourism for the city of Bandung. This study has a purpose to observe the importance of branding for halal tourism in Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data were collected through questionnaires and literature study. The result showed that the majority of Muslims from various countries consider halal tourism branding important and influence their choice of the city they will visit.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata berbasis digital merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk menjawab permasalahan pariwisata massal yang kerap mengancam keberlangsungan destinasi pariwisata. Keberlanjutan dalam perspektif pariwisata tidak hanya tentang bagaimana lingkungan ekologis, tetapi juga bagaimana masyarakat setempat menjalani kehidupannya sehari-hari serta manfaatnya secara ekonomi. Penerapan teknologi reservasi digital merupakan salah satu terobosan yang diterapkan oleh daya tarik wisata alam Curug Leuwibumi di Provinsi Banten dalam upayanya mewujudkan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pendampingan digitalisasi berupa teknologi system reservasi digital pada destinasi wisata, khususnya yang berbasis wisata alam. Metode kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan narasi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem reservasi digital dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelola daya tarik wisata Curug Leuwibumi.
